A neighboring business suggested that I come here for a big order of flyers that I needed printed. Once I came into the shop I didn't immediately see anyone, after a few minutes of waiting I was greeted by a woman. I began to explain that I needed to have 400 double sided flyers printed and that someone had referred this company to me. I continued to tell her that I my graphics were custom made and that I may have saved them in the wrong format. I began to ask if I could use a computer to bring up the design and a man stepped out from the back and said that he "we can't do that here" and folded his arms. I paused smiled, said thank you and left. After two days I am in shock by his clipped demeanor with a customer. I work in customer service and the one thing I have learned is that tone and body language goes a long way. I felt as though my business was unwanted and that he did not want ME in the store at all. If you are looking for somewhere with better customer service I suggest you try somewhere else.
