Great location to explore Amsterdam. Prices okay and clean rooms. Top!

Great location, loved the complimentary breakfast and sky lounge. Definitely worth the executive upgrade. Friendly staff!

I stayed in this property for 3 nights but unfortunately I lost my phone on the breakfast table of this hotel on the 2nd day and when I realised I told the staff but I am not satisfied with their search
They directed me to the police station to file an FIR and then they will look into the matter but the police seemed least interested and didn't lodge my complain
I remember it very well forgetting on the breakfast table and walking out empty hand
Unfortunately a really bad experience with them

Very nice location, but the value for money is totally inappropriate.

The superior room is very small, the decor looks old. The room service was okay, but not good.

For the price, there are much better hotels in the center and partly with 5 stars.

This was my first and last visit to this Hilton.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast and scenery are excellent ... the free pet in the lobby with water and apple refreshments. There is a service and interest that deserves a high price.

Very neat care. The coffee was good, only English-speaking service, but yes, that is Amsterdam nowadays.

The Managers of the hotel are great. The a few staff are friendly. But! the procedure of how the hotel runs the service, and the base level of service STINKS. I think is a fine place if you come for fun, but if you want and need a business level of service then give it a miss.
I do hope for the managers, that this place gets better.

Location is good. Just 5 mins from the central station where you get around easily by trams, metro, or buses.

Nice hotel, mid range pricing. Free refill with coffee and tea is advantageous. Restaurant Eastwood is of good quality, quite expensive.

the hotel is close to canal cruise tours. place in the middle of town. from the window of our room we can see the atmosphere of the riverside

Very well located hotel in the centre of Amsterdam.

Terrible service by nearly all of the staff we came in contact with.
I would not not recommend eating if you have food allergies. I clearly expressed what I needed, nothing complicated, and when my order came out entirely wrong, I ordered salmon not tuna, I was told to Just eat it. Sure I could but in about 1 min you would be calling ambulances. After we sent it back it was brought out wrong again. I sent it back and did not eat.
The front desk treated us with a similar attitude. I thought it might be us but the other 8 people in our group reported similar events. I reached out to the management team and had no response.

Fab hotel. Superb location right next to the train station; from plane to hotel room was less than 45mins. Perfect location for exploring the city. Skylounge on the top floor a must too. Rooms are spacious and modern.

At high altitude and with a great view of the city. Enjoy a drink.

It's very central, just a couple minutes walk from Centraal station, service was good, view on rooftop bar was beautiful.

Very nice rooftop bar with amazing sun set views of the city. Lots of cocktails and drink options. Only negative is that it is a bit pricey. Overall, very nice

Mind blowing location, nice view, humble people, excellent hospitality. Experience it, Live there. It is located near by train station and week connected by trams and buses. Famous night life Street is at 10 mins walkable distance. Rooms are very good. A lot of options in breakfast but somehow vegetarian have less options.

Modern, professional staff, great view, comfortable room and bed. Great workout facility.

Toenails on the carpet of my room. Inexcusable in general but at the price point of this venue specifically.

The Sky Lounge Cocktail bar on the top floor offers great views across Amsterdam. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the large roof deck. On the ground floor, there is a Starbucks as well as a car rental agency. Outside, you are straight by the water and plenty of restaurants.

Very good stay, room is spacious, right next to central station, however a little walk to reach center where the action is.

For starters the room did not match our expectations, beautifully placed hotel by the water, but when you get the view of a stone wall it doesn't matter.
The receptionists are pretty slow, and on multiple occasions they talk to eachother in their own language and laughing while they are serving customers, which makes me feel uncomfortable, are they laughing at me? The iMac's they are bragging id 8 years old, my kids have better computers than that and the and the screen size is not big enough to replace a TV.
Also they charged me with 100 euros more than the booking price.
Otherwise the rooms the where clean and comfortable, but we expected more.
Conclusion, not that impressed.

Very good location in the center of Amsterdam. Check in was very friendly. We were given a room on the 8th floor with a view of the harbor. The room and the bathroom were big enough. Everything was very clean. The facility was functional. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. A safe, TV, kettle and very good WIFI are available in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

One of the best centrally located High end hotel in Amsterdam city center. Starbucks below the hotel with internal entrance to it and amazing views of the Skylounge at the top of the hotel. Apple MacBook inside the room, amazing WiFi service. Remote controlled windows with beautiful city and canal views from wall sized glasses.

Only in the Skylounge, food and drinks were expensive, but good, and a mega view of Amsterdam, both from the inside (very nice facility) and from the outside on the terrace.

The skyline lounge is located in the middle of the city next to Amsterdam Central. A large part of Amsterdam can be seen from the ski lounge. The service at the skyline lounge is good. The drinks and snacks are, however, priced very high.

Good music & vibe. Can be crowded, but you know its a good place when you see people wait 30 minutes so they can find a place to sit inside (was too cold to sit outside)

The lemon cheesecake and sticky brownie were out of this world. Friendly staff, nice roof terrace and close to Amsterdam centraal.

Best breakfast buffet I know. Even Sushi. Servants kindly ask if you want a special omelet or pancake. This is then freshly baked in the kitchen. Really recommended. Staff is very friendly!

This is a conveniently located hotel. It is right next To Amsterdam Centraal station. The place is not within the main dam area and is easy to get to. Several places of interest are a short walk away.

My room had a good view of the city. I had to request this at the time of making the reservation. Everything else was really predictable. The service was as expected.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. It has an elaborate spread. I was pleased to find hot breakfast as well. The place has a nice restaurant and you can have a nice meal outside.

while, I wasn't in the room for long, I did miss the TV. The room had an apple computer that doubles up to be a TV. But the screen is way too small.

All in all, I liked my stay here.

The rooms are great and very accommodating. The location is perfect since it is directly across from the Centraal station, which goes to anywhere in Amsterdam... or even the neighboring cities.

Excellent experience here. I highly recommend it. Staff were amazing!

The best location in Amsterdam area. Friendly staff, modern & clean, one of the best to stay in either if you are on a Holiday or if you are in for business. One remark I wish I knew before I book my suite, don't take a room/ suite on the trains rails if you are a light sleeper. Trains run all night !

Absolutely beautiful hotel if you are visiting Amsterdam!

It is the 2nd time I go, very good quality, varied breakfast, very very complete room (coffee maker, supplies, table / iron, slippers, etc.) and with compiuter. Very good views and excellent location.

We sat in the bar upstairs. The view is stunning. Music for me personally does not come well ..

It's a beautiful hotel with a great lounge at the top. The hotel is about 150 yards from Amsterdam Central Train Station. The rooms are typical Hilton quality that we all are accustomed to. Taxis and Uber were consistent around the hotel. No Lyft in Amsterdam at this time. I will definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam next.
