Mint Hotel Amsterdam Review

The hotel is near the train station, near the city center where there are many restaurants of museum shops. I spent 2 nights in Hilton. The room was clean with a nice view if you pay extra. When arriving at the hotel, the employee surprised us with still warm cookies what was nice and it was useful because we traveled late in the evening. Above the hotel is SkyBar

This hotel is so convenient to Amsterdam Centraal train station. An ideal location for our brief three day visit: we disembarked the Eurostar and the hotel is 7 mins walk from the station exit; we join our cruise ship tomorrow, berthing at the Passenger Terminal, 14 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel, a few minutes walk into the centre of town, has bright rooms overlooking the harbour, with all normal amenities: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, soaps and shampoos.

Trendy nightclub on top floor with great views of the city.

The rooftop bar is perfect. There couldn t be a better spot. Unfortunately it s super expensive and crowded with tourists.

Something expensive but very rerecomendable. In the center, next to the Central Station

Truly a nice hotel a stone's throw from the center. In the room an iMac (which as a TV is really bad though), spacious room, nothing to complain.

The DoubleTree located here in the city center is quite nice. The rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. You can see the hotel from miles away so it's easy to find when you're trying to get back. Unfortunately, not all rooms face the city. Some windows look out onto the buildings behind the hotel, and that view is not so nice. On the roof is a sky lounge. It's very chic with an awesome view, but also very expensive...but thats normal I guess for a great location like this one. Really the only down side in my opinion to this hotel is because it's so popular, the wait at the front desk for check in and check out takes a long time, due to the amount of people. Other than that, great hotel.

We have been traveling for 4 weeks now and this is the hotel with the least value for money. We paid 276 euro per night. There was no bath tub. No water provided. Hard beds with stupid pillows. The tv is a joke. They are providing an iMac as a tv which is hard to figure out how to use and to small to watch from bed. Car parking is very expensive. Long cues to check in and to check out. Felt like we were at a train station.

Short walk to Amsterdam Central station and excellent parking and commute options. Very good facilities with Starbucks next to it.

A wonderful hotel created exclusively for the Hilton. Located right on the banks of the river in Amsterdam. Near the hotel there is Amsterdam Central Station, a Nemo Museum.

The roof top bar has an incredible view! Just worth it for that!

This is a clean, modern hotel which has excellent placement for people looking to access the dam and areas around Central station.

Modern finishings, 2 mins walk to Centraal station and 7 mins walk to Dam square.

Views from room are incredible if you can get one facing town.

They offer bicycles to rent for 15 a day. Concierge desk is very knowledgeable and has great restaurant recommendations.

My only complaint was contrary to standard Hilton benefits and even my reservation benefits stated in the app, the hotel did not give me complementary breakfast as a Gold member. I asked several managers and both declined to offer me, stating only Diamond members get the benefit.

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel last week from 3 rd till 5 th of Feb in a queen room with executive lounge access and a balcony , upon arriving we were greated promptly and politely , the lady at the check in took payment and handed over our room key all with in 5 mins, which is just what was needed after a flight and airport waiting. The hotel is self is in a fab location for central dam. And easy acsess to coffeeships , food , museums and other attractions, the room was good size clean and comfortable. The balcony was a extra bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good night sleep for reasonable price close to dam square and central station.

This is a great, centrally located hotel. The staff are very accommodating. You can take in some great views of Amsterdam from the Sky Lounge.

Perfect the situation and very lively terrace with live DJs for a drink.

The restaurant was cozy and the food was nice. A live band was playing lounge jazz. We had meat and it was very tender and tasty. Definitely recommend!

Good hotel. It has nice breakfast and enough of facilities to spend time comfortably. It is also located not far from tram stop which can get you to the main square in just 3 stops. If you are tourist I would definitely recommend staying in here. However, if you need to pick up a cab, then driver must wait for you on the road, which is a little be inconvenient for both you and driver. Hotel has no place in front for taxis.

The room was as you would expect, but if you get the pleasure of meeting Ronnie at breakfast it will make your stay. Personal and enthusiastic, he made my morning.

Amazing view of Amsterdam from inside the lounge/bar and from the outdoor deck, overpriced cocktails but worth it.

They also have snacks, tea, coffee,.. Whatever u fancy, or whatever time of the day, its alwaya a good scene.

Great location for all downtown activities, quick drive to schiphol airport. Alot of food option inside the hotel and walking distance from hotel.

Great hotel, friendly service, beside central station, the canal cruise terminus , the tram terminus, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly.

The Skylounge is only recommended but you should take the necessary change

In Amsterdam this hotel is located a few meters from Central Station, so booking there is very convenient.

Sky lounge has awesome views of Amsterdam's skyline. Nice vibes from the DJ and tasty popcorn when you buy a drink. A little pricey but definitely a must do if you are visiting Amsterdam. Good location not far from Amsterdam central station. Bring a jacket or sweater since it can get chilly.

Very nice view and super lovely staff !! Drinks and snacks are expensive, but are nicely prepared and are acceptable in the ambience.

The roof terrace is an absolute eye-catcher. You pay no entry. A small beer then 5 euros but worth the view

Good breakfast and location but the bedding feels quite old and uncomfortable.

Hung out at a glow party for a bit loved it. Bartenders were more than happy to be giving me drinks.

Breakfast is pretty amazing but their coffee is terrible. Rooms are as expected and the staff are nice.

Simply great stay at this hotel, very close to main station. The check in was smooth & fas, the staff was amazing. The room was clean, modern with a lot of day light and fantastic view over the part of the city, very recommending. The journey to the airport takes you about 30 minutes.
