Minneapolis Marriott Northwest Review

The hotel looks really nice. Very large open center place for the wedding we attended. It was a smaller brunch style wedding so it for perfect.

Had a work presentation at the Marriott. Meeting rooms were nice and served the purpose of the meeting well.

My company hosted our Christmas party here, and the food was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the building itself was great. I hope they keep using this venue for parties in years to come, because it was remarkable.

The facility was very easy to navigate, ultra clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were available, approachable and helpful for questions. The food and snacks were very tastey, temperature adequate, nice variety and visually appealing. Overall, I had a most excellent experience while at Marriott Brooklyn Park.

The food in the restaurant was good but the service wasn't the greatest. I sat down and the were 3 server standing there joking around with each other. I head to say something to the bar tender before any of the servers helped. I ordered a burger and asked for it to be well done and it was rarer than a steak.

I have been to this hotel many times for work events. It is a very nice location with very helpful staff. The food served has always been very good and the accommodations have always been more than adequate.

Great place to attend a conference. Good food and clean facilities.

My husband and I used the app to check-in. Taryn who provided our keys and verified us at check-in was most amazing, helpful and friendly.
Restaurant prices were a little higher than if we had chosen to drive somewhere else, but you pay for convenience.
Restaurant staff was friendly, checked back often but not too much.
Our room was clean and spacious.
Every staff member was polite, courteous and generally AMAZING! (I have worked in customer service for 20+ years in some fashion and this is important to me)

No free wifi or breakfast. Was very loud in our room but was ok after we went into the bedroom area. Pool was tiny and cold.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Newly renovated. All employees are very respectful and professional. Will definitely stay again when I'm visiting the twin cities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; we had a bedroom separate from a living room area... Sleep was quiet and peaceful, but it's worth noting that in the living room with pullout couch that you will hear many sounds via the atrium. Furniture was comfortable; there's a good breakfast buffet available as well, with a variety of items including fruits, bagels and muffins, eggs, pancakes and waffles, cereal and oatmeal, yogurt, etc. We've stayed before and will again, no doubt.

Rooms were very large. The grounds were very nice. Overall a great experience.

Love everything about this place, but the tree bark toilet paper is unforgivable! Yikes!!

Friendly staff, tired property.
I stay at a large number of Marriotts and this one was below average from a n update perspective, and wasn't super clean. But the staff is friendly and attentive.

Professional Holiday Party. The space in the lobby was amazing and we had excellent catering stations and bar. I was very impressed with the look and feel of the location, including the serving of meals in unique and delicious ways. I highly recommend it for events!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice. As is he room layout and size. My only complaint is the room cleanliness as it was only so-so, especially the bathroom.

This hotel, staff, room service and rooms are absolutely AAA only critique I have is that the beds are entirwle too firm. I know can't make everyone happy but I slept and ate well. Sheila at the front desk was so polite and assisting to our needs.

Went therefor a conference and the facility is very nice. The catered lunch left much to be desired as the chicken was extremely dry. Staff were wonderful and polite.

Attended a work party at this location. The facilities were beautiful, food delicious, and staff friendly. We also stayed overnight and our room was very large with all of the amenities!

The location and services of Minneapol Northwest Marriott were solid.
