Terrible experience in having my car serviced at this dealership. After having many parts replaced...some unnecessary and some that caused greater damage...they will not honor the 2 year warranty on the refurbished engine.

I just had a regular maintenance check done on my mini and had one slight problem with a seat knob- the service went above and beyond my request. In the process they fixed a rattle coming from the seat. Not sure how they did it but it certainly was a nice surprise to hear the rattling any longer.

I went there for service. The receptionists and technicians are knowledgeable and cordial. The patiently answered all my questions. I feel safe after they fix the warning notification on my car. I really appreciate their help.
I love this place so much I drive over an hour to it even though there is another one ten minutes from my work. They gave me a fair value on my trade in when the other dealer was playing lowball games. Even for normal service they tell me what things I can wait on, and they don't try to up sell me.
