Milosport has been my go-to for my teenage son. They are super knowledgeable and willing to help provide guidance... and naturally make every customer feel comfortable regardless of how much they know or don't know. DJ helped me out with my son's skateboard this evening, and he was awesome. Really think this store does it right. Well done!
Super knowledgeable and helpful staff put me into a Nitro Banker, answered all of my questions, and stayed past closing time to get it all set up. They threw in a pair of socks and beanie. The board is amazing, and really owe it to the staff that listened to me and patiently addressed all of my questions. I will be getting my next board only here. Thanks!

I initially called and went into Milosport this evening to get my new (1 year old never used) board waxed. I had spoken to an employee on the phone before coming in and he was helpful. When I got to the store, I knew I was also going to make a purchase of new boots as my current ones were 10+ years old. Peter was the employee that took my call and also who helped me out when I got to the store 30 minutes later. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and didn't judge me for basic questions. Every time I come here they have no inventory. It doesn t do me any good to go to a shop to purchase a snowboard if they don t have any to buy. Very little other snowboarding equipment as well. Guys are nice but need to come out from behind the counter to help a little more often. There are other places with much better inventory and knowledge where your time and $$ are better spent.
Awesome service! They did a wonderful job full tuning my board after I destroyed the bottom on some rocks. Also got to try out a cool demo board while waiting for it. THE place for your snowboard needs
