Bob Rodgers Travel helped me plan a trip to Spain for my dance school. I worked with Mike Wallace to put together a fabulous trip. Mike was so helpful and did all he could to make the trip just what we wanted at a price we could afford. He was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to our questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to take the trip because of Covid 19. Bob Rodgers was very professional in helping us cancel and we hope to work with them again. Their communication and efforts during what must have been a hard time for them were everything I could have hoped for.

I have used Bob Rogers for 3 large trips with my high school band. They have been great to work with. Staff is courteous and professional. They communicate well. The company has also been great at helping us customize our travel experience and keep the trip in our budget parameters. Highly recommended. I will continue to use them for all my group travel needs.

Our music department has used BRT for many years (and I also used them at my previous school) for our travel needs. We have traveled to NYC and FL. Every experience has been absolutely amazing! They are so helpful, accommodating and responsive and the tour guides are top notch! Even when our trip needed to be canceled in 2020, they did their best to get us the absolute highest refund possible. They know how to give is the best experience possible, no matter where we travel. And they always find us the most memorable and rewarding performance experiences. I wouldn't travel with anyone else!

I have used other companies and even planned a few of my own small trips. Bob Rogers is the easiest to work with! They take care of all of the big and small details and make sure all you have to worry about is making music, enjoying the experiences, and creating life-long memories with your students. Working with Terri Jo Fox has been incredible because she puts so much effort and time into all her itineraries to make the best experience for you and your students. Even when things don't go as planned, Bob Rogers Travel is always there ready to help and solve any issues. I wouldn't travel with anyone else.

The service and attention you get from Bob Rogers is priceless. Parents and chaperones always have nothing but positive comments about each trip. I've even had parents of graduated students offer to chaperone future trips!! As a director, every question and concern I had was taken into consideration and handled efficiently.

Bob Rogers has taken such good care of us over the past several years! I never have to worry about anything when we book our travel through them. Super easy to work with, very professional and friendly too!

Bob Rogers Travel has organized many band trips for our program. Besides all of the convenient services they offer, the people that we have worked with are simply kind hearted, dedicated and reliable people who love their jobs. Perhaps a true sign of a great company is their response when something doesn't go as planned. This past year, when we were forced to cancel our trip due to the pandemic, Bob Rogers Travel was fantastic in getting as much money as possible returned to our families. We love traveling with Bob Rogers!

I have used Bob Rogers Travel for my high school choir groups over the past 10 years. They are always professional and easy to work with for any destination! If there is an issue on the trip, they are easy to contact and quick to help others have the best experience possible. My choir parents always love the easy payment system online. It's very organized and easy to apply fundraising funds to any student's account. I highly recommend BRT!

I've been a part of multiple school trips with Bob Rogers Travel. I've never been disappointed. They've always set up highly entertaining and educational opportunities for my bands.
Our last trip to Nashville was a standout. Our agent organized performances at both the Grand Ole Opry and RCA studio B! Fun for the students...and the band director! From the pre-planning, clinics, performances to the flight home...I can't say enough about Bob Rogers Travel. A+

I LOVE these people! Every trip has been meticulously planned and executed - I would never consider going with another group travel agency. Everything flows, and it doesn't matter what destination or crazy idea I throw out there, they manage to make it happen. They find great ways to entertain and educate my kids while providing great housing, transportation and wonderful musical experiences. Stacey is ALWAYS so personable to talk to - like family! I love planning with her - she is enthusiastic, and makes my crazy dreams a reality, and we can work together to make sure we hit our necessary price point.
