after several years one of there security lights needed new bub and glass cover. Heath sent them out to me straight away and at no charge.

Have a doorbell from this company and you cannot read any of the instructions on the back even with a magnifying glass. Unsafe, ridiculous and if their was any proper supervision of products coming into the USA from China this would be banned. It happens because HeathCo buys the cheapest product that is all one color therefore you cannot read the printing that is exactly the same color as the background. Utter nonsense. Actually is should be no stars.

Very poor quality doorbell! Didn't even know It had directions inside the package until I took out the paper to find the address to complain about the poor quality. The doorbell cost $17.98, probably cost them about $2.00. I was lucky to install it without breaking the plastic mount.

Wired doorbell button: totally useless directions, the internal release tab does not release which requires the back to be forced free for installation, and then because of either misalignment or incorrect tolerances or both, the tab does NOT allow the installer snap bottom in place . What should have been a 10-minute installation is not installed completely after 40 minutes of trying. As a last resort, I will have to buy a special screwdriver to try and blindly manipulate the tab into place. Do NOT buy the nickel-plated button or ANYTHING from this company!!!
