Very nice accomodations. Can't go there as often as we would like as it is kind of pricey. Employees who we dealt with were all very nice. We went to celebrate our anniversary and had roses and chocolate covered strawberries in the room when we arrived
Attended a wedding rehearsal dinner and the wait staff were exceptional!! The food was perfect in every way.

10/10!!! I 100% recommended! we had an incredible stay! The staff were wonderful and incredibly kind! This hotel has easy access to the harbor and waterfront! As well as at least 15 restaurants! The rooms were beautiful and most amenities were for sale! In the morning they had complimentary Starbucks coffee in the middle of each floor! STAY HERE! WE COULDNT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER
We had an amazing stay at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel! We had a room with a view balcony overlooking the lake. The room was beautiful comfy & clean. My husband booked the room for my birthday the staff was very accommodating providing champagne & balloons in our room. It was a very memorable stay..yours truly John & Laura Haszlauer
Our stay at this hotel was perfect and our first getaway since late 2019. We had a spacious, spotless room with a view of Seneca lake that is simply gorgeous. The staff was courteous and took time to share their safety precautions. We had a fantastic dinner at the hotel and will definitely eat there again. Our only regret was not booking a stay earlier.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant, which we definitely appreciated. The restaurant is very good; we dined there for dinner one of our nights, on the gorgeous outdoor patio, and it was excellent! We both enjoyed our entrees, which were prepared well and featured generous portions. The tables on the patio are spaced very well, an important consideration in light of the pandemic. The servers were knowledgeable and efficient and enhanced our meal. We also ordered room service for a couple of our meals; those meals were equally delicious and delivered quickly. In terms of the building, the Harbor Hotel is charming and spotless. We stayed in one of the Admiral Suites and we were really pleased with our choice. Our room was well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. Our favorite part was the spectacular view of Seneca Lake from our balcony. We ate our room service meals on the large patio table, which was very nice. We had planned to use the inviting indoor pool, but didn't find the time...next time! In closing, we have nothing but very positive things to stay about this hotel, and its staff, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a superior stay.

Luxurious Rooms! Feel Pampered! We stayed in a jacuzzi suite the bathroom was bigger than some people's bedrooms so spacious with a stand-up shower a gorgeous jacuzzi tub 2 sinks available. Three areas with mirrors for people to get ready one in the hallway one over a single sink in the bathroom another in the bathroom at the other sink. Room came with a mini fridge room service food was delicious staff was great I love that they had Starbucks coffee at the end of our hallway every morning with an employee supervising. Lots of sanitizing stations and outdoor seating right on the water.
We had a great stay at Watkins Glen hotel. It was very clean and located right on Seneca lake. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. There are lovely views of the lake and a pier to walk out on right nearby. It s also located near restaurants, which was super convenient! We could walk to grab breakfast and ice cream!
