Good, but enough people, the extra bed is not enough. Despite booking Do not recommend taking the family to sleep in the same room. Breakfast is a lot. Chinese people, a lot of steaks are not bad. Salesman take good care

Unfortunately only 4 stars because of the age and staff not so friendly. Room partly not clean with mold in the shower. Newer better room only with upgrade. Simply no longer in the customer's interest. Classic management mistakes of an American company I think. There are better hotels in Bangkok for the same or cheaper price. Otherwise beautiful location and views. Shuttle boat service is good, but the other hotels also offer

Nice place to spend a good family time as well as a business. It is located on the river side. The view form Three sixty degree bar is ultimate in the evening. The food is awesome, good spread over breakfast. I love the chicken and prawns with fried rice in pineapple (see picture). The staff is courteous and helpful.
For guest you get a complementary boat ride to the nearby night market.

Not the best Hilton hotel I ve stayed in, but has a nice room and lobby.
The coffee place in the hotel doesn t have soy milk, very strange but whatever.
They have free ferry that takes you across the river which is nice.
They have a bar with a view on the rooftop which we found out after we left, that s a shame they didn t tell us about it when we checked in.

Large, well maintained rooms. The view over the river is excellent. Service is good and no frills.

Location is good, the adjacent Icon siam shopping mall is top notch with great cafes and restaurants.
The hotel runs a boat shuttle to the other side of the river.

The room AC is not completely silent for those that are bothered by that.

Pool is not for kids, too narrow to swim for more than 1 person, nothing. Staff was so irritated by kids splashing. No excuse or smiling. Almost yelled at me in front of the kids and other clients.
Trying to charge for every little thing. Lounge is so-so. Mariott is way better.
The whole hotel needs some upgrade. The king suite room views are good

I love Hilton, but not this time. 1st ever stay in Hilton that make me feel so uncomfortable once entered the room and the room smell weird. I made a complain, get a room change, but the smell and comfortable feelings remain. 1 star is for the toilet still meet expectations..

Revised to 3 star, as next day better room provide. Thanks

Fading star but still a Grand Hotel. Great food and good service. Would have to say I've stayed at a number of 5 star Hotels but the food here is second to none!. Walking distance to the Ikon Siam Shopping Centre but some travel needed to the Ratchaprasong shopping district. Right on the river so great views. Terrific roof top bar. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Everything was consistent. We really liked our deluxe river view room on the 15th floor. The view from the window over the Bangkok skyline was simply a dream! Everything was very clean. The pool on the fourth floor invites you to relax in the bustle of the big city. The hotel also has a free shuttle boat service to the sky train and in the evening to the asiatique market markt

One small negative aspect, the drinks are very expensive. Here a Coke, Fanta etc. costs 160B + tax and service fee, that's a lot. At Seven Eleven it costs 30B in comparison.

We stayed at the Millennium Hilton Hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights and loved it!
Right at check-in we got a room upgrade. We found ourselves on the 22nd floor, in a newly renovated room with a fantastic view.

The rooms are modern, clean and very quiet. In the bathroom you will find both a shower and a bathtub as well as a hairdryer, shower gel, creams, etc. There is also a separate charging station for pretty much all the connections that are available.

The highlight of the infinity pool on the roof!

The breakfast was very comprehensive, something for everyone. From the more American breakfast with baked beans, to eggs in every conceivable shape and variation, to fresh sushi and ramen, everything was there.

In addition, we treated ourselves to a "Christmas eve dinner" on Christmas Eve and everything our hearts could desire was there too. The cheese room and the selection of desserts stood out in particular.

The most scenic hotel on Riverside in Bangkok. The Executive Lounge overlooks the Royal Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Wat Traimit, Hua Lamphong Station and Baiyoke Tower.

The convenience of shopping, etc. has been improved by having Icon Siam next to it, but the prospects on the side of Sapan Takshin have deteriorated.

The staff of the hotel responded well, and it was very good for casual and quick response. In particular, the woman who was in charge of check-in responded well and was able to check in without feeling any stress.

Breakfast was taken at the executive lounge, but it was a bit late and it was not crowded and I had a nice meal.

Room 2721 (King Executive Room) where I stayed was easy to use with simple decor like a Hilton, but it was disappointing that the scenery was slightly damaged by Icon Siam. (If you emphasize the view from the room, it is better to request the river side than the elevator hall.)

As for the access to the hotel, the free pick-up boat from the Sathorn Pier under the Sapan Takshin station was airy and convenient without traffic jams.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. I had a reservation booked through a travel agent for 3 nights. It turns out that they oversold the hotel and never notified my travel agent. The service here is horrific.

Two points result in only 3 stars. First relates to security. The floors of the hotel are open to anyone using the elevator. There is a place to insert you room key before selecting your floor, as instructed. It doesn't work. Second, the Executive Lounge seems a bit sparce compared to similar hotels in Bangkok.

On the positive side, the staff, from the smile greeting one at the front door, to the check in team, to the wonderful team in the Executive Lounge, one feels the warmth of Thailand culture and friendship.

Stayed 2 nights. Fab views from the roof top. Especially at night. Had issues every day and night with wifi connection. Massive Complex is being built right next door so was woken up early to the sounds of building sites every morning. Which isnt mentioned in hotel description Looking onto a building site.

The location is nice with spectacular views of the city. The services and facilities are also very professional and well maintained. The room is very outdated, old, and not so clean. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. For the price there are many five star hotels in Bangkok that are newer and cleaner. This hotel is simply not up to the level of a five star.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in the 8th floor suite room, river view. The view of the Chao Praya river and the city of Bangkok is very beautiful can be enjoyed from a hotel room. The breakfast is amazing and has many choices. Just a few notes, if you are a smoker, do not choose this hotel, because it will be difficult to find a place to smoke, even on the 31st floor (roof top) there is an open air balcony that is not allowed to smoke. There is even a staff at the Lounge executives whose name is Grace) who reprimanded me disrespectfully, disrespectfully with Thai language that I did not understand (I come from Indonesia not Thailand) then corrected in English and threatened to be fined 6000 Bath (I am not a smoker , who smokes is my husband). After what happened that morning at breakfast upstairs, they said they didn't get fined but no apology. This is my first and last time at this hotel.

After 4 years, I went to go upstairs in the high view room of the Exotic View Room. The lounge was available for two days. Sound insulation was a bit disappointing and breakfast needs improvement

The buffet there is great. Especially the cheese room and the sweet room are special which can not be found in many other restaurants. The selection is very huge and many different kinds of food can be found.

Incredible!! Right in the heart of the Bangkok's city center by the beautiful creek of Chao Phraya river, right next to the 4th largest mall in the world, ICONSIAM, it offered stunning and pleasing views of the Bangkok skyline and beyond, I've enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel's staff was incredible too, a true 5-stars experience!

If you don't mind throwing few extra bucks for a Riverside view on one of the top 15 floors, don't mind at all. It's worth every penny and it makes your stay a memorable one.
