See my review on Trip Advisor. Very enjoyable stay. A little aloof in service but efficient. Great free river shuttle to catch the Skytrain or to go to Asiatique theme park. Very nice breakfast. We had a beautiful view of the river. Lovely at all times of the day. Room a little small but comfortable.

Comfortable rooms, very nice staff, breathtaking views from anyway: room, terrace and swimming pool.
Very complete continental breakfast.
Lobby is also spectacular. We only stayed 2 nights but next time in Bangkok sure we will repeat again a longer stay.

An absolutely great location right on the river, with a fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline. Even if you do not need it, the action of the room price can be worthwhile.
We got a great room on the 15th floor for 2000 baht. The service was of course terrific.

Great price, customer service and great location. There's a Hilton boat that will pick you up and drop you off along the river to different places before midnight. It was very convienent to get around. I suggest doing the Uber app instead of bargaining with taxi. Taxi will upcharge you every single time.

What a hotel! From the moment I walked in the lobby I thought this was luxurious. The rooms are amazing with spectacular views, the sky bar/executive lounge has beautiful panoramic views over the city, the pool is lovely with great views over the river.

The new Iconsiam shopping centre is next door too, which has a market downstairs, plenty of shops and loads of restaurants. There is also a market next door with street food and other items.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Came here for a company conference and had a lovely time.

On the way to Bangkok my phone died and when I arrived at the hotel the staff were so helpful and friendly and directed me to the closest shopping mall where I could go and buy a replacement phone.

The hotel itself is well located and has great facilities.

The food throughout the event was always very good and fresh

And the views from the 360 bar are something to experience

Excellent treatment and breakfast. The rooftop is amazing although it is not the highest in Bangkok. The location is very good and they provide free shuttle boat every half hour to a connection center.

Awful! Worst 5 star hotel ever!

Awful! Worst 5 star hotel ever!
Dirty rooms, old decor (not the stylish old one), unfriendly reception!

Luckily I only spent two nights here (25.08-27.08 room 821)

The reception was not as friendly and warm as usual in Thailand. The opposite was the case!
It was also my birthday on the arrival date, which nobody noticed (should be a matter of course with 5 stars and Hilton Honor membership).
The exchange rate was bad (34, .. baht per euro instead of 37, .. baht per euro which I got at other exchange offices)
The lady at the reception even wanted me to read the course myself at the end of the reception when I asked how the course at the Hilton is.
Only after being asked to see for herself what she has to do anyway if I want to change money, the opulent lady dragged herself to the table in order to tell me this absolutely bad rate.
Internet is chargeable for non Hilton Honor members (approx. 8 per night. We bought 7-day internet for mobile phones with unlimited data volume for 3 from 7-Eleven). How to get such prices is really questionable. It is unusual that the internet is charged at all in a 5 star hotel and, in my opinion, bold.

But now the highlight:

The room looked awful !!!
In contrast to the apparently modernized lobby, the floors of the rooms and the rooms themselves were in the 80 / 90s look and also incredibly dirty!
The bathtub had red stains (I didn't want to know what that was) the carpets were also extremely stained (huge stains). The toilet leaked.
The alleged river view was also only a lateral river view (2/3 of the view was a huge construction site of a Gochhaus right next door, which has taken every view).

So all in all a total letdown!

Big and pretty, but executive/club lounge service quality is low. Feels like a cheap Chinese restaurant all you can eat buffet dinner. Needs renovation, details are looking old and worn out

Great hotel on the river. A great roof top bar with views of the river. The food is good and the buffet is good value for money. The decor is stylish and well finished. The service is good and staff are helpful. There is a free and regular boat shuttle service to take you to and from saphan taksin bts (sky train). The hotel is situated next to a lovely Thai restaurant (be my guest).

Poor experience when I stayed. Hotel is mediocre and the service was abysmal. Not a lot of focus on customer service.

Note that the happy hour buy one get one free on the roof deck is the same as regular prices. They cut the drink in half and sell it at the regular price. The second "free" drink is basically the second half of the normal drink.

There is also a free shuttle boat from the private jetty to the market to the market, so it was convenient to go out for cruising for food and shopping.

Rooms are nice, all seem to have a pretty good view over the river/city. They provide a shuttle boat to a nearby sky train station, and it is a next to a ferry stop that will take you across the river for 4-5 baht.

Just an old hotel. Name only 5 star. Rooms are 2.5 star
The view of the Chao Phraya River from the room is really nice, but the hotel facilities were all too old and the refrigerator in the mini bar was too old and too noisy to interfere with sleep

The Millenium Hilton Bangkok has an ideal location along the Chao Phraya river in central Bangkok. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the Saphan Taksin BTS and Chao Phraya express boat stop. This will get you to nearly everywhere in Bangkok, whether it be the central business and shopping district or the historic Rattanakosin Island. The ICON Siam complex and mall just opened directly adjacent to the hotel, which offers nearly anything you would need; from diverse dining options to luxury shopping.

The rooms are modern, clean and extremely comfortable with good views of Bangkok. The pool is clean and relaxing; also with great views of the river. The locker rooms are equipped with a free jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Multiple restaurants are on site. While priced quite high, Prime steakhouse is a great option if you are in need of a good steak.

Room prices are extremely competitive for what is provided. My only complaint is that the laundry prices are ludacris. We hopped over to the backpacker district around Khao San to get six kilos are laundry done for a third of the price this hotel was charging for a single shirt.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the river with boat transfers to the public transport network.

The staff were great and the room had fantastic views. Price wise, it's good value for money.

The bar at the top of the hotel, despite a little expensive by Thailand standards, had breathtaking views.

This hotel and I ve had lengthy history for almost a decade like wedding ceremony participation, and partying with BBFs at 360 bar for multiple times. I love this place so much I would have to be just honest here.
On check-in at approximately 4 pm, it s kinda quick process with a minor mistake. My family and I booked 2 twin premium rooms, despite the fact that we actually aimed for panoramic executive suit which failed to be available, but only one room was ready because we requested the same floor. I thought I should ve checked in online the night before, so everything d go smooth as planned. Our rooms were nothing short of good with stunning view of Chao Phraya river. Next, we went down to the pool and gym located at 4th floor, which we found too small for 5-star hotel, or perhaps I ve seen more of better facilities before.
360 bar was ultimately never a letdown and deserved a separate review for its own right
Breakfast time was seemingly a nightmare .. like a traffic during rush hour. Several guests had to wait in line to get their tables properly. Although the staffs were professional and polite, a few incidents of erroneousness were observed. Long known of glory reputation of Sunday brunch and dinner buffet, I only wished our breakfast would be a certified copy or at least proximal to those of similar quality.
Finally, it s check out time. Kudos to its fast and uncomplicated undertaking.
