Unfortunately only 4 stars because of the age and staff not so friendly. Room partly not clean with mold in the shower. Newer better room only with upgrade. Simply no longer in the customer's interest. Classic management mistakes of an American company I think. There are better hotels in Bangkok for the same or cheaper price.
