I had the best experience ever with Jonathon Jay Skutt! I couldn t have asked for a better agent! I transferred to North Carolina from Texas and needed somewhere to live within a month before my husbands returned from deployment. Once I met with Jay, we were out on the streets the very next day touring houses. The features I was looking for in a rental would ve potentially thrown me out of my budget but Jay realized that with me being stationed here at Camp Lejeune for 4 years; buying could be a fitting and budget friendly option ... and why pay rent to someone else when you can pay less to own it?! Jay extensively explained the benefits of renting vs buying and let me drag him around the city to find the perfect place for me! Jay was behind me 100% throughout the entire process and helped me stay sane! He went above and beyond to really help me understand homeownership and get the most of my money. I cant say thank you enough. He laid everything out to me in the simplest ways possible and made sure nothing was left to question. He was extremely forthcoming about the ins and outs of owning a home. So today I closed on a house, bigger and better than any home I thought I fell in love with! I was having trouble finding a new location for over 10 months. I finally came across a realtor that was willing to assist me. Mrs. Fay Reidl She went above and beyond. She knew the areas that were not in my best interests and through with everything I asked. Now my family is in an environment exactly how I pictured us to be.

I can not stress enough how horrible this company is to work with. We had rented a house through this company and experienced nothing but issues for the two years we lived there. The realtor was very nice and they were welcoming at first. Great people. We moved in and did our little home inspection, paint was chipping off walls and door ways, doors were coming off the hinges and the paint was two toned from previous renters patching things up. Throughout our time there we noticed our front window was rotting out and it would leak rain to the point where we would have puddles on the floor and on our furniture. We put multiple requests in through the portal, we got maybe one call back on it. We noticed as time went on, the faucet for the kitchen sink stopped working and then on top of that had multiple issues with our fridge. It wouldn t keep our food cold. A few months later we came in to a problem with the plumbing and hookups for the washer and dryer. We had put requests in for all these through the portal and had called to verify that they knew about the problem. They said they would look in to it. Okay great. Months later we finally got people out to fix the sink. After multiple attempts at fixing the fridge military Relocator didn t bother to tell us that We had a new fridge on the way. Luckily my husband was home... so we finally had the sink fixed and a new fridge. They eventually got a plumber out to fix the hookups... things we re going smooth for the most part. Then we realized they still haven t fixed the window... again, put in a request. Finally, had a guy come out said it was rotting out and we needed a new window. Of course it wasn t that simple it took multiple attempts at personally trying to seal it so we wouldn t be living in a flooded living room. We had to personally fix the doors that were off the hinges and make minor adjustments around the house. Finally we were able to move out. I can not tell you how many issues we ve had, and how much this company did not help! We did most things ourself as well as spent money on a lot of tools for maintenance that we did ourself. If i could give 0/5 stars, i would. Horrible experience. Should ve went with choice reality.

Asked for help from the other side of the country looking for a house to rent 2 days ago and was told I d be getting an email with contact info and a link to help me browse what s in the area but instead I haven t been contacted nor emailed. I definitely don t recommend this place for those PCSing long distances.

Madison helped us sell our house over the summer and she is absolutely essential for anyone buying or selling a property in the area. She did fantastic work throughout the entire process.

Madison was an absolute relief to work with. Last year after the hurricane, we had to find a new place to rent, and obviously there weren't many options. If we found somewhere we liked, it seemed to get taken out from under us. Regardless, Madison helped out daily and was always SUPER prompt and tried her hardest to get in as many showings as possible. Eventually, I decided to give up on trying to rent and just buy a house. I am young and knew nothing, especially since my husband was deployed, but to say that Madison went above and beyond for me is an understatement. She kept me in the loop the entire way, got everything done promptly, explained everything in detail to me, and even suggested people to go to for inspection, mortgage, attorney, etc, when I had no idea what I was doing. Everything went by super quickly and smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the price and property, even now almost a year later. Despite turning over to my family a filthy dusty apartment with hair still in the bathroom sinks as well as dirty kitchen, they made sure to delay the deposit return to my family as I moved out of state needing the money to make my move easier as long as possible blaming it on technical issues while nitpicking the cleaning that I had turn for my turnover.

We decided to sell our first home during a time of definite uncertainty. However, Fay Riedl was confident in her ability to sell the home for us and I am glad we trusted her confidence. Through a pandemic, a hurricane, and other unforeseen life events she was unwavering in her dedication to us. She gave constant updates and continuously checked on our home for us (we live in Texas). Even though we were 1500+ miles away it felt like she was right there with us during this process. We are thankful to have had such a great person guiding us through what can seem to be a very stressful process at times! Our endless thanks to go to her for all her help in getting our home sold!

100 percent recommend Military Relocator. My husband and I moved across the country with not knowing where we were going to live. We found a GREAT house we love within 3 days. Our house was pretty much move in ready and in great shape. Within the first month, a panel on our roof came off during a storm and it was fixed the very next week. A plumber came out a day after I filed for maintenance that the drain was clogged and we are getting an automatic garage door opener this weekend.We have had a good experience so far with everything and with using the online portal it is easy to communicate any issues or ask questions.

Fay Riedl was a godsend when it came to purchasing a home. The place I was living was damaged during hurricane Florence, and Fay helped me find a home in record time! I should give 0 stars but I have to give one !!! If your a landlord do not ! Go threw this company , They have costed us thousands ! Work more for the tenants and allow their dogs to ruin your property ! Never call and process payments for things without your consent ! Don t even get me started on selling your house becuase it will never get sold threw them !! You don t know who your talking to and everyone over there is lost and has no clue about anything ! They let tenants destroy your property and make you fix them ! Lord only knows what happens to the deposits if the tenant gets them back but we don t see them either ! This place is a joke . And I will be contacting the BBB. Just if your a landlord feel free to look me up and I will save you so much money and hassle becuase I can tell you everything they ve put me a marine veteran threw !!!

Well here goes ANOTHER month here and nothing getting fixed. We had not just 1 but 2 people come two different days the first week of September to come measure things and look at things to be fixed. A month later and no one has come back to come fix what was looked at. We ve given up on calling whoever at the office because nothing is getting done. In the past month our back door handle has broken (it s been broken since we moved in) the handle finally broke off so we covered it with duct tape so the only way is opens and closes it if it s locked and unlocked. Our gate door is still broken after we have call numerous times (even once last month) after our dog got out so I was running around for 3 hours finding him. Luckily he came back. If we weren t so desperate to live in a house I d definitely be getting out of here and rent with someone else. I guess we ll see how the next 10 months goes with this realtor place. As first time house renters, were very disappointed. For those who want to live in a house, find somewhere else to rent from or maybe even through the owner and not property managers.

She sent us over 50 houses to look at within 20 minutes of speaking with her. We were going to rent at first and then she sent us a home for sale that we just fell in love with instantly. I thought the paperwork and pulling a mortgage would be a painful and long process, but Fay was great about staying in touch and letting us know what was happening the whole time. It was like I barely lifted a finger, and just stayed on the bed in the hotel the whole time til it was closing day! Everything about this place is amazing from the people who work there, to the smooth process they give you.

We are currently renting a property through Military Relocator and have been for 3 years. We have been great tenants, always pay on time, take great care of the property, and always respect the rules set in our lease. They, however, have been gone out of the way to make it hell on us. When we first moved in we had to to pay for the water to be turned back on because they hadn't replaced a broken faucet and refused to take the blame for it. It took them 2 years to fix the light in the master bed room that we had constantly asked them to fix. They never seem to care about you at all and are usually disrespectful whenever we call. Now that we have to move due to me being forced out of the military for medical reasons and have no money to stay here, they are refusing to work with us and are trying to make us do things that were never in our lease agreement. If you are moving to the Jacksonville area, do not use this company, they WILL cheat you.

Fay was everything and more that we could have wanted as a real estate agent for selling our home. She was always a step ahead of us in communication and we never felt like we were out of the loop. She kept us informed and the process was very simple, even though we were stationed an entire country away. I can t say enough positive things about her. Highly recommend.

The customer service from the back office gives a arrogant and rude demeanor when it comes to new customers looking to rent. My company recommends them for the veterans we use but after trying them out first hand, we will take our business elsewhere. Similar to the DMV, everyone we speak with has a different answer or way to do things instead of a blanket way. Very disappointed after recommending so many clients to them.

My husband and I were looking for a new management company for our rental property due to us moving across country. We were already in California when we had to start the process. They worked with our schedule and answered every question we had. Especially Connie Hill, she has been great through the whole process and is always readily available. A great management company!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY .In the process of getting my deposit returned. I have pictures of every part of the property and they are trying to charge a bogus cleaning fee .They have tacked on a 90.00 fee for rent which was paid I have all the receipts .Unfortunately , I now have to waste my time in court since they will not return phone calls. BEWARE SO YOU DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY ALSO

My husband and I have rented from 3 different companies in the last 8 years in Jacksonville, NC. We are currently renting from Military Relocator and have been for the past 1 year and 9 months. They have been the best by far to help us when we had any issue with the house we are renting. My husband and I have decided to take the next step and buy a home.
