Madison was an absolute relief to work with. Last year after the hurricane, we had to find a new place to rent, and obviously there weren't many options. If we found somewhere we liked, it seemed to get taken out from under us. Regardless, Madison helped out daily and was always SUPER prompt and tried her hardest to get in as many showings as possible. Eventually, I decided to give up on trying to rent and just buy a house. I am young and knew nothing, especially since my husband was deployed, but to say that Madison went above and beyond for me is an understatement. She kept me in the loop the entire way, got everything done promptly, explained everything in detail to me, and even suggested people to go to for inspection, mortgage, attorney, etc, when I had no idea what I was doing. Everything went by super quickly and smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the price and property, even now almost a year later. If you are looking for a TRUSTWORTHY realtor, Madison is the way to go.
