I have work here last 3 months and I like the job good coworkers

Nice place to pick up a load. It is tight in there but I had a good experience.

It is not good it is not safe either and there is a lot of racist people there specially the manager and it is really hard job

Hard to believe this company is still in business, Between hiring practices and extremely slow deliveries. I will be searching for a new supplier for my $25,000 contract.

My name is Calvin Thomas and I worked at this job as a security guard for about two weeks. While I was at this job, I had been nothing but good to this company even when the employees that trained me talked bad about this job and our boss Rendon. Rendon fired me today because he said I had a "no call, no show" for Saturday and Sunday. This is incorrect because before I was hired I let him know that my schedule was strictly Monday through Friday due to my second job and me visiting my mother in Terrell on the weekends. We also have text messages between us in which I asked him why I was scheduled on the weekend and he responded that he will find someone else to cover for me. He never got back to me so when I went in today he told another employee to fire me without even talking to me himself when I tried to get on the phone. The boss is just all around shady and a coward for not talking to me himself. If he wanted someone to work the weekends then he never should've hired me because I made my schedule very clear in the interview.

They could care less about keeping appointment times for drivers and their attitude is even worse oh well his response I got no phone numbers for after hours will be my last load from here should pass this one by

They management need to clean all around the mill because lots of little metals everywhere if truckers catch one of them it very dangerous and and they will be screwed for whole day because of that !

They don't pay the checks when you leave, they take as long as they want ...

Worked there for three months, and right before I got hired on because I missed a day, and even had a doctor excuse. And I witness a friend get hurt. And they say they reported it but I know that didn't. So they wouldn't have to pay for it. Don't apply here. And just a year ago 700 employees were arrested and deported by I.c.e. and most of the people were high. To future customers, don't buy from them. They might get the job done, but look at the situation you put on citizens that have hope on a career, just to use them.

I was hired by Abel Rendon , for security, he came off like a genuine dude ,I noticed all my co workers was Hispanic but no big deal I'm just there to work, I get a call from a co worker telling the company racist and only hired me so it would show diversity in the workforce and that I would get fired I payed no Attention but stayed on my p's and Q's , sure enough on my day off Human resources called me saying I wasn't at work at somebody came to replace me , which never happened, I never left property and no one ever had to replace me .Then Abel Rendon want respond to your calls , might be a nice place to work if u Hispanic but I wouldn't suggest u working there if u are not u will be discriminated against in some form.

Worst work and in this company and, staff in HR is not good they are young people work their and they don't know how to deal with new people. I took extra days off than told them, I had Dr note reason for late but, they didn't expect it. Never apply in this company ever.
