Mile One Collision Works Review

I brought my BMW 2 mile one 4 bumper replacement, and they did an "Excellent" job.
The staff (Brandi,Kevin and Linda), the best kind hearted people, I have ever met in one environment. I would recommend this autobody shop to (Jesus), his spirit is surely in that place. This is where the kind of work, and customer service exsist that makes you happy to share your review with the world. If you are looking for the best, then look no further than Mile One Autobody(Automobile Blvd), Silver Spring, Maryland. This is a true statement from my .

I was taken in by a gypsy auto repair perp who said he could fix my car and, "Make it look new." I am ashamed to say I fell for his pitch. He made it worse!!!! I went to this shop to beg for help as I knew I couldn't afford a "like new" repair. They said it wouldn't be perfect, but they would see what they could do for an amount I could afford. Well, they may not have gotten it perfect, but what they did do was amazing! I am deeply grateful that they took pity on me. Folks like this renew your faith in people.

Horrible experience as soon as you walk into the office. I wish I would ve got the mans name who helped me this morning when I arrived. Very dismissive, not helpful and no information given at all to me when I asked for a estimate.... all he said was we are short staffed but we can give you a estimate and walked away ... As if I was suppose to follow him... you EASILY lost thousands for a repair because of a dismissive and very nonchalant employees attitude as if I m not already upset about the fact my car was HIT. Instead of arguing, I can take my business elsewhere... I know where my business welcomed.

I also had another repair I wanted them to look at as well... so you really lost out on two checks.

Teach your employees how to treat customers with common courtesy. Very impolite...

I am very disappointed with the service at mile one body shop express. My Audi has been at this facility for over two months. The body shop manager has made it a point to hold my vehicle ransom because he has not received a return on a part ordered that was apparently faulty. He has received all payments from my insurance company, but for whatever reason not from the part supplier he ordered a headlight from. This is unacceptable and I certainly won t give nor refer any business to the body shop. I m understanding in most situations when it comes to auto repair and service because I was a service advisor at one time. But this is a total cluster....

Outstanding quality of work, efficient and extremely friendly staff. The team at MileOne Express exceeded my expectations in the repair of the rear of my car which suffered cosmetic and structural damage. As an auto enthusiast, I am VERY particular about my car. I hope never to have to see the folks at MileOne again but if I need repairs in the future, I will use them -- fantastic experience given the unfortunate circumstances.

Wifes 2016 Forester was in a minor accident that required a new front bumper and some buffering. Linda D. was superb to deal with on the phone, internet and in person. Dropped the car off Tuesday morning and all was done by Thursday afternoon. Very pleased with the whole process and yes the work appears to be top notch. Would def use again and highly recommend. Top notch service.

Kevin is extremely dismissive and not friendly at all, when I first called a few days prior he seemed to be agitated over the phone but I always give people the benefit of the doubt so I continued with setting up an appointment.
When I entered into the office today, Election Day, I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL, just rude for no reason.
Kevin called me about 30 min after me leaving in regards to my estimate, Verbatim he says This is Kevin, yea you can take your car somewhere else because I waited on hold for 15 min with your insurance I just cut the conversation short and said thanks have a good day.

2010 750I front bumper replacement, one week turn around and that included a delay in parts. Excellent job, but the car was washed, waxed and fully detailed on the inside.....That's full customer service for sure.....I highly Recommend

I had a part replaced on the upper rear bumper of my GLS450 and the silver trim above it was injured during the repair process. The manager opted to replace the injured piece however that was three weeks ago and the part was to be available within two days. Due to mile one's parts policy I have no choice but to wait. Clock is still ticking...I'm trying to remain patient.
