Kevin is extremely dismissive and not friendly at all, when I first called a few days prior he seemed to be agitated over the phone but I always give people the benefit of the doubt so I continued with setting up an appointment.
When I entered into the office today, Election Day, I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL, just rude for no reason.
Kevin called me about 30 min after me leaving in regards to my estimate, Verbatim he says This is Kevin, yea you can take your car somewhere else because I waited on hold for 15 min with your insurance I just cut the conversation short and said thanks have a good day.
