Horrible experience as soon as you walk into the office. I wish I would ve got the mans name who helped me this morning when I arrived. Very dismissive, not helpful and no information given at all to me when I asked for a estimate.... all he said was we are short staffed but we can give you a estimate and walked away ... As if I was suppose to follow him... you EASILY lost thousands for a repair because of a dismissive and very nonchalant employees attitude as if I m not already upset about the fact my car was HIT. Instead of arguing, I can take my business elsewhere... I know where my business welcomed.

I also had another repair I wanted them to look at as well... so you really lost out on two checks.

Teach your employees how to treat customers with common courtesy. Very impolite...
