I am very disappointed with the service at mile one body shop express. My Audi has been at this facility for over two months. The body shop manager has made it a point to hold my vehicle ransom because he has not received a return on a part ordered that was apparently faulty. He has received all payments from my insurance company, but for whatever reason not from the part supplier he ordered a headlight from. This is unacceptable and I certainly won t give nor refer any business to the body shop. I m understanding in most situations when it comes to auto repair and service because I was a service advisor at one time. But this is a total cluster....
