At 90,000 miles.i had the transmission fluid chang...

At 90,000 miles.i had the transmission fluid changed at 118000 the transmission went out. When I read the dealership analysis. It said the transmission oily was burnt and dirty. That shouldn t have been the case since it was serviced at 90000. I m questioning, was the transmission oil changed at 90,0000 or was I charged for service not rendered. on one occasion I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was charged for the rotation. When I got my truck back I noticed the tires were not rotated. I brought it to the attention of my service rep. I was refunded the money. I had my water pump replaced. Several months later. The new water pump failed. I had to have a second pump installed. I question the quality of parts being utilized by the dealership and I question if the work I m paying for, is actually being done.
I think the dealership has some ethics issues. I won t be buying from the dealership again. Definitely won t be using the service department

Beware, there's no loyalty here whatsoever. If you want multiple vehicles I highly advise you go elsewhere. I went to Morgan GMC for a new truck. The salesman are nice enough, they will do what is necessary to make sure you're taken care of. Pretty much what you expect and get at any dealership. The loyalty problem with this place in my opinion is a glaring one. If you want one vehicle that's one thing and a different review. However I bought 3 trucks from this place, all in about a 6 month span. You would think a deal would be headed my way but no it wasn't. In my opinion they knew I was in a bind and took full advantage. That's just my opinion tho. I will be needing 2 more vehicles next summer and then 2 more at the beginning of 2022. I have a fleet and my employees like the GMCs now that they've seen them. However I will absolutely not be coming back here for any reason whatsoever.

Great experience with Morgan in Shreveport! Recommended by a friend because I was in the market for a new GMC truck. Glenn and Pete got me exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Very painless no hassle process. I will be using Morgan GMC in Shreveport for all of my car needs in the future.

Spent 5 hours there and got a Chevy impala for nearly $8,000 which on blue book(true value for a car) said it was only for 5,000 then ,Patrick, the guy lied to us and said nothing was wrong with the car because they checked the car before giving it to us and there was a big oil leak so we gave him the car back the very next day

My recent visit while car shopping was a great one I must say. I am still indecisive on when I will make my buy but I am most certain that I have found the "right place". I got to experience this with a very helpful salesman Dedrick Dixon and will be soon back to purchase. Excellent customer service and great cars.

This company doesn't deserve one star! All the salesmen are liars even the managers. Had bad experiences with them, they sold me a lemon car and the promised to fix and when I send it to fix it they broke something else they totally sucks company with bad attitude and no respect for costomers!!!

Okay, the service department will absolutely tear ...

Okay, the service department will absolutely tear you a new one if you re not persistent in having them repair only what you need or is diagnosed wrong. Up sell and over sell here is atrocious. We have a 2012 Enclave and we took it in for a transmission diagnostic and engine mount replacement. Guy calls and says needs new bulbs on front fenders, windshield wipers etc etc etc. Also transmission was diagnosed as torque converter bad. ($144 bucks for that diagnosis.) I decided I was not going to spend the quoted like 2 grand on new torque converter R and R, so said replace just the bad engine mount and just go ahead and replace those 2 bulbs while they are at it and nothing else as I d probably trade it. Anyway the service guy conviently failed to inform me oh by the way it s 200 bucks labor to replace those 2 $2.50 bulbs . I was thinking it might cost maybe half hour labor. Anyway my transmission did not have a bad torque converter. It was a fluid problem. A transmission flush and 2 oucnces of Shutter Fix corrected the problem. Car shifts like new. Bought that vehicle there. Will NEVER buy another vehicle there again due to the service department experiences we received several times.

I recently purchased my Dodge Charger from them and the entire experience was great thanks to my salesmen, Jacques Fuller. He made the process quick, easy, and painless lol. He talked to me showed me different vehicles that fit the description that asked for. Worked to make sure I drove off with something that I WANTED and didn t try to push me into anything I didn t want. Excellent customer service!!! Answered all my questions and didn t leave me in the dark about anything!!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Will definitely be my go to salesman for any future purchases. Was greeted as soon as I opened my car door, didn't even have an opportunity to walk inside the facility, I basically told the salesman I wanted a specific car on their lot but I didn't want to pay the ticket price due to some damages, I had almost enough to buy it outright, however since he didn't haggle I left.

Poor customer service. Not knowing what the problem is and just adding parts, we finally got the parts removed but had to pay for labor anyway. Left cover off of wires luckily it was placed in a spot so when I got to my destination and looked things over it had not dropped and got lost. We use the dealership because they are suppose to be the best...Not true in this situation.

Morgan always goes out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. They have built a top notch dealership. You can tell they spare no expense to offer a state of the art facility. Their staff has to be happy because they have kept the same people for the well over 15 years I have been a customer. That is a remarkable accomplishment in this day and time.

I moved here a few months ago and I have been here...

I moved here a few months ago and I have been here three times now, as they are the only Saturn Servicer in the immediate area. I have yet to have a good experience here, the customer service is terrible. Not only slow, but they are rude. I felt like I was being talked down to like a complete idiot when I asked questions both on the phone and in person (talking to different people). I had very valid questions, but they apparently don't want to explain themselves or answer questions. Not only that, but when they did service it was extremely slow and I had a wait before they would even take it back even though I had an appointment. When I brought this up they basically told me I could have dropped it off instead of waiting for it. I also had something missing from my car after getting an oil change and instead of trying to correct the situation or help me find it or replace it they actually yelled at me for accusing them of stealing. I had nicely asked if they just forgot to put it back on and if I could come back to get it returned to my vehicle. They said they never removed it, and therefore would not be replacing it. I ended up having to go to another dealer while I was on vacation out of town to get it replaced. Unfortunately, I will have to return to this dealer if I don't want to drive an hour for another certified Saturn service department. If you don't have to go here though, I'd recommend against it. They also are not very informed when it comes to warranties. I called them and asked if a problem would be covered under warranty, they said no. I called the number on the warranty itself, they said yes it was covered. I called Morgan Buick GMC back to let them know and then they blatantly admitted they didn't know much about the warranty and would then look it up. They looked it up, and it was covered.

Update: The manager did call and apologize for our poor experiences and the unprofessional employees. Hopefully the problems are being fixed.

The best thing to do when going there to buy a car, is already have your own finances because you are going to come out with a better deal. I came with my own finances and I got done with the car buying process by 3 hours.

Show up for scheduled appt for 9am. They have service advisor trying to get cars in. I've been sitting in this line waiting and the advisor gets to other vehicles that have just arrived. Poor service. I can't say I will use Morgan again for service. I guess I'll have to travel for another dealership for service. Very unhappy and ticked at this point!

I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from Holmes Honda with an extended warranty. I had it less than 30 days. I call Honda they were rude and extremely unhelpful so I called Morgan Buick GMC. I spoke with Tony who was extremely nice and helpful and got my vehicle in to be repaired. He even put me into a rental which he didn't have to do. Because of how nice and polite everyone was at Morgan I will never go anywhere else but there to purchase a vehicle or have one repaired. Thank you Tony for turning what started as a nightmare into a stress free situation.

I can't even deal with the service department at Mike morgan. What a rip off. They tried to charge me almost $500 For something that ended up costing $190 at another shop. I'm so glad I got rid of my gmc vehicle so I never have to go back. I will say that Willy is the nicest salesman though. If he went to another dealership, I would definitely come see him.

I explained to him what I was looking for and my price range. He said OK. I can help you with that. His attention to what I was looking for was extraordinary. Not only did I get great service but, I got the automobile that I was looking for.
