Poor customer service. Not knowing what the proble...

Poor customer service. Not knowing what the problem is and just adding parts, we finally got the parts removed but had to pay for labor anyway. Left cover off of wires luckily it was placed in a spot so when I got to my destination and looked things over it had not dropped and got lost. We use the dealership because they are suppose to be the best...Not true in this situation.
