It has always been a wonderful experience at Morgan Buick GMC. And our Salesman Glenn Scruggs is the best. He goes over and above to make sure we are getting what we want, answering all of our questions. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly.

Great service advisors with an excellent manager. Everyone is knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have bought numerous vehicles from them and will continue in the future.

My first experience with the service department was excellent. I scheduled pickup and delivery. My vehicle was picked up earlier than expected. No issues and everyone I encountered via phone and in person were so friendly.

Brought my car for an airbag recall. Five days later my airbag warning light comes on. I go back to Morgan Buick GMC only to be told they only repaired the passenger side airbag. The warning light stems from the steering wheel airbag. It's going to cost $922 to fix. However, they will work with me and charge me the cost of the part $684. Not cool. Not cool at all. I was told by Nicole Linn they believe in 100% customer satisfaction but that's as far as went. I haven't heard from anyone since. I am now a former customer.

Coming home from Florida to Oklahoma, sheriff told us about dealership. Without even coming to truck, at your dealership, we were told that they could look at it in 4 hours, parts wouldn't be in until Monday (3 days away). The 4 wheel drive wont switch to 2 wheel drive. The service department is full of crooks. I had my Yukon towed to them for an issue with no oil pressure. They were going to charge me almost 1700 dollars to change the oil pan gasket and the oil pressure sensor.
I had just recently change the sensor myself so I went to pick up the vehicle and not have the repairs made. When I picked up the vehicle it clearly had oil pressure reading on the gauge and when I got it home I crawled under the vehicle and checked out the oil pan.
The oil pan was dry as bone!! No appearance of oil from around the pan. Besides we never saw any oil stains on the driveway.
So a word of caution when dealing with these folks.

There has never been a disappointing moment when I come to the dealership. Bill Thomas always gives exemplary customer service. His presence and knowledge of the vehicles has always been great when I decided to make a choice. I can always count on him to help me when making the right choice.

I bought a used high mileage Cadillac Escalade EXT here, and the transmission failed the next day! BUT, the dealer stood behind the vehicle and offered to pay a significant portion of the repair cost.

I was definitely disappointed when the vehicle I just purchased broke down, but I couldn't ask for a better response from the dealer.

Many years ago we purchased a vehicle from another dealer and the motor blew up on the way home with it. To make a long story short, that dealer would NOT make good on it, in any kind of way. We contacted Mike Morgan because it was a Pontiac and believe it or not...they made good on the vehicle even though we did not purchase it from them. It was because it was one of their products and they take pride in the products they sell and stand behind them.

Having shared the above...we went back to Mike Morgan and just purchased a new vehicle from them. Their service is impeccable! After all these years...they still remain loyal to their customers. We purchased our vehicle through Bart Swain who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Bart is a seasoned professional who really has it on the ball. GREAT JOB, Bart!

Be very careful dealing with this dealer ship, was there this last weekend ready to buy but ended up walking out because we could not come to agreement. To many changes and mistakes made by the sales crew on what was available at the price we wanted to pay. Had one vehicle and was prepared to drive off the lot and all of a sudden that vehicle was not at that price anymore. The vehicle that they wanted to sell us had many problems after supposedly going thru their inspection but was put on the lot anyways.
Just be careful and watch very carefully in dealing with their sales crew......

I was so excited to receive a $9.95 oil change from Morgan Pontiac I headed right over to have my oil changed. When I arrived it was about noon, the service technician was very nice and told me it would be a few minutes so I decided to visit my salesman while I waited. My salesman ask me if I was told all of the technicians were at lunch at this time, I said no he just told me it would be a few minutes. Well, my salesman, Pete, came to my rescue by giving me a loaner car so I could get lunch and run errands. When I returned my car was ready and off I went. Thanks Pete, you are the best.

My go-to-guy is Mr. Willie Sherin. I consider him the Redden-Wallace family salesperson. Initially, I purchased a Chevrolet Impala and totaled it a month prior to the one year anniversary in 2016.
