I want to share my experience with all who are planning to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle... Jay Bibles is your guy to call on @ Mike Brown Ford. I was in the market of purchasing my sister a pre-owned GMC Yukon Denali in Dallas, Tx., and the experience was horrible with customer service/ satisfaction. I looked outside of DFW in nearby cities, and saw the SUV I was looking for in Granbury, Tx (MBF). I made 1 phone call there, got Mr Bibles on the line, he shared everything possible about the vehicle to me over the phone, and I was sold on his willingness to get me exactly what I requested. 5 Star Service with MBF, Mr Jay Bibles.
