When their machines stole money, we couldn't get any response from them. Delivery men were on the phone and swearing, and giving food away to the girls. We never got any answer when we asked where the money was going. When we asked them to remove it, they stalled. When we unplugged it, they reloaded it and plugged it back in. Very unprofessional!

I recommend not to use this company as their equipment is not up to par and it is not professional. A contract involves both sides keeping their end of the bargain. I understand machines malfunction but as a long term user of machines and losing more then $40 I have decided to use the local gas station as it is more affordable, even the Chai Tea machine only spits out a few ounces. I have documented pictures of malfunctions, as evidence. This is at the 1085 Montreal location and does not represent anyone's opinion but mine. Still pop cans falling and jamming the machine. You may check revenue streams but a large portion of Residents are buying their own 24 packs and Residents that have voiced their opinion and believed it was a mistake to switch services. Was hoping for a improvement but none came. Tried one more time, machines frequently only take change. Bottle Machine jammed on me again right before speaker came in from Midwest. Last time due to me being exhausted, it jammed. Another Resident lost their pop. Had to buy a soda for a fellow Resident to get my water to come out in the second machine. The belt is jerking back and fourth every 15 minutes. Attorney General will be contacted, YouTube malfunctions videos going up as well. Do not Use Period. 3rd Time wasn't the charm but did me stressful harm. Sorry but you don't get any more chances.

I had a great experience with this company! Being from Woodbury I know a lot of companies around here that have midwest vending so I decided to give it a try. It was such an easy process and the man I talked to on the phone was extremely accommodating and answered any questions I had. The machines themselves work awesome-- super easy with Apple Pay and comes with a ton of options.
