The gardens are a stunning sight, and the architecture its truly a testament to the almighty Dow, may they reign forever, a truly fantastic wedding experience held here for our dear friends (not pictured).

We get an annual family membership here every year, not necessarily because it's the biggest and best museum (it has a few nice permanent exhibits geared towards kids who can read, and a few that younger kids can appreciate, and its temporary exhibits upstairs are usually pretty good) - though for the size of the town it's probably about right. We love that it's part of the ASTC Passport program (you can get into other museums across the nation for free with a membership here!)! The plays and concerts we've attended have been high quality performances, and summer camps and adult classes are offered (though they're a little pricey, so we've not yet participated in those).

Always a great place to see the symphony. Intimate theater with good acoustics and a top-flight conductor. Don't forgot the Saint and Sinners lounge for a pre-flight cocktail. They usually have excellent acts come throughout the year and great programs for kids. Make sure to check out the science museum that is also part of the Center for the Arts.

I love Midland Center for the Arts. You'd think Mid-MI wouldn't get any decent anything because it's considered hickville by people from Metro Detroit (I know, I live down here now) but some of the best shows for the best prices are here! Beautiful, Mamma Mia!, Rock of Ages, the MSO, the Midland Concert Band, movies, and we've not even talked about the museum. Great place for a show or to look at awesome art. $8-$15 gets you into the museum depending on what they have displayed, and the Hall of Ideas is included in the price. Great for kids!

I took my children here for the dinosaur exhibit. The cost of admission was $10 for an adult ticket and $7 per child. It was well worth the price. The dinosaur exhibit was fantastic and there were crafts and hands on activities for the kids. Not only were we able to see that exhibit, but we had access to the rest of the museum as well. The artwork at present was fabulous. The staff was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back.

It's the Midwest, you don't expect much, but the MCA really delivers. They have a lot good shows and a good Musuem. Of course it's Midland so they weren't allowed to use the word 'evolution' at a dinosaur exhibit, but such is life.

The little ones love going to see the fish, experience a hurricane, play the piano, guitars, and drums. My 8 year old granddaughter loves to "be on the news" and "announce the weather". There are several fun things for them to do and all while learning at the same time.

Very nice museum, especially for the area. The building is a bit old and Dow could kick in some funding for remodeling. There are lots of stairs, which is fine, but some ramps would be much kinder for parents with strollers. They couldn t pay me to use the tiny elevators.

We went with another family and enjoyed the Dino exhibit. It was very popular and crowded. Will go again for other events.
