Had a nice experience , everything went perfect, little bit expensive but must stay place in Nathiagali ,special thanx to mr mazhar

A very nuce family resort. Plus point is that they only accomodate families. They hav villas.. Of 2,3,4 bedrooms with kitchen, tv lounge, drawing, independent lawn with bone fire on weekends. Good menu, good service. Only minor point is that u hav to waste a lot of water, to get hot water in the tap. I will suggest families to stay here.

Nice hotel very at very calm place almost highest peak in Nahtis gali

Awesome place, Quite,Serene,Close to Nature. Little play area for kids too. Great quality food at reasonable price. Though a little bit away from the main bazaar but indeed a hidden gem.

Nice place infact best place to stay in Nathiagali verg good cleanness, location is great and food is amazing.

Good comfortable and cosy. The staff follows the SOPs in a good manner. The restaurant staff was a bit stiff and non-smiling.

We had an amazing stay in the 4 Bedroom apartment. Beautiful unobstructedviews of snow covered mountains from the cozy lounge with big windows. The kids loved the snow activities, sledding and making snowmen. Food in the restaurant was served nice and hot and service was great. Abdul Jabbar gave his cell number at check in and provided us with efficient room service.

It is one of the coolest place in Nathia gali. The food is economical and pleasantly good

Above all the owner of this hotel (azam) is fully involved in all the matters of the hotel and restaurant to maintain the order in the premises, he's extremely concerned to deliver the best quality, service and discipline within the resort. (Really very impressed by his management skills).

Beautiful hotel a nice addition in Nathiagali. Good to stay for a day or two.

This is the worst place to stay in Nathia Gali. I stayed there on the 24th of December 2017, room no.11 and it was a very bad experience.

First of all I asked them if my driver can stay and they said yes and after sometimes they rudely kicked him out. The driver had to stay in donga Gali.

The heating system was rubbish they gave us an electric heater and said that the heating system will only be switched on in the evening but when I shouted they switched on the heating systems which was not effective at all the whole night my family and I spent sitting around the electric heater. They had the audacity to come and ask for the electric heater which I bluntly refused.

Water was not hot at all I had to make a call for them to turn on the geyser. In the morning at Fajer we used the cold water for wudu. I checked in at 5 p.m and checked out at 8 A.M.

The food and its quantity were good though.

The staff were very rude. This hotel is not recommended for extreme winters.

Undoubtedly the most beautiful place in Nathiagali. A nice place to just check in and relax. The staff is helpful and courteous. The hotel is wonderfully designed and nicely kept. The room rates are way higher than 5 Avari and PC in Lahore and Karachi. So affordability might be consideref but at the same time that filters the crowd as well. That said Its the highest point in Nathiagali so no noise of truck or diesel smoke. Offering rooms, apartments and villas. Its peaceful, clean and serene. They offer actitivities all week round such as hiking abd trekking to nearby Miranjani and Mushkpuri. One can take horses if unable to take the 2.5 hour climb. Tamboula on weekends and movie night as well. It has play area for children and zipline as well. The resturant has beautiful views and plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting option including an extended deck into the Forrest. Rooms have balconies, comfotable beds and hot showers.

One of the most scenic and architecturally well designed hotels in Nathiagali. The views from the villas are great, especially the ones at the back of the hotel. KPK house and governor house are nearby. Nathiagali main bazar is also at walking distance, although the road to main bazar is a steep slope

Kind people. Eager to help. This place is in upper nathia so you are a bit removed from this city which is nice.

Top quality summer hotel & resort. Newly built hotel and restaurant located at few miles away from nathiagali main bazar. The rooms are of top class quality and facilities one can get in nathiagali although the rates are quite high. The restaurant is named as Miranjani Grill that offers wonderful ambiance and view. The food quality and rates of the restaurant is quite reasonable and affordable!

The views are like nothing you have ever seen. Cozy and spacey rooms good food. Loved it!

A great hotel to choose among all others in Nathia Gali, this hotel has a great location with a beautiful view and its the best I've come across in Nathia Gali. I'm gonna strongly recommend this to anyone who goes here.
