Very nice place to stay at but it's bit expensive per night charges are very high

Best place to stay in nathia gali with breathtaking views. Situated at the top of the mountain at a very peaceful place away from main nathia gali bazar. But the place needs improvements in some areas, first of all they need to make their booking process easy and transparent when we called them for reservation they refused us straight away by saying they dont have any availability for next 3-4 weeks but when we tried through a reference we got the booking. Secondly we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, 2 of the rooms were in need of some maintenance, mattress are very hard washrooms aren't that good either, its almost impossible to get the water of your desired temperature, water is either too hot or too cold. But despite all the cons its still best option to stay in nathia gali. The food quality was very good too with ideal place to sit with a view of mountains. Also the staff was very nice and friendly

A very good place to stay indeed. Location is a bit odd. Beyond to walking distance to main nathia gali bazar. But still it is worth it.

Our office staff went to the resort for team retreat in first week of November. The weather was cold but the resort was equipped with central heating system. Staff is very professional. Recommended for any team retreats or family visits.

Most pathetic staff I've ever visited after travelling around the globe. Went their with family first of all you have to follw Hotel Summer Retreat Boards because there are no Alpine Resort boards. Once reached, I loved the place. Gatekeeper helped to park the vehicle as there were merely 2 cars already parked that means hotel was empty as it's off season. The moment we've reached reception. The guy was quite unwelcoming and first thing he said you can't get in without reservation. I was like is there no rooms available!!! He said, there are some but we can't let people walk in. Dude, I've travelled half of world and heard that for first time.. then without asking he thought we are 4 people, i asked if there's delux room available with view. He replied, sir you have to take 2 rooms 15000 each room. I said, did you hear what i just asked. He assumed as we were 4 people. I said we want to see the room. While taking us to room he said, please don't touch anything in the room. And i lost right there. I said just because it's disinfect what would i need to touch in there and what for. Do you see kids here ? Why you said that. Anyways, restaurant had good view but again no friendly staff who could come and talk.... and yet we left right then....

Best of the best hotel ever I found in Northern areas

I stayed in this place on the 12th and 13th April with my family and i was in love with the place and staff and views from the dinning area. Though its a bit expensive place but worth a stay.
They also have 3-4 room apartments for a family stay in a separate privacy and i would love to stay there in future.
Overall the best place to stay if you want to stay in area .

Awesomeness at it's peak. Splendid restaurant and service. Better than PC bhurban .. if u r looking for a quite place with family.

it is one of the well maintained hotel. it is located in nathia gali which is awesome in its beauty.service is good. but more interestingly it has good chefs and the food they put on table looks great.they have some playing facilities for kids as well

A wonderful and peaceful place to stay and visit in NathiaGali. It has beautiful lawn and restaurant with Ultimatr view of valley. Staff is good and hospitable. Rent is little high in off season and extremely high in summet season.

Unprofessional. Will never visit them a again. They are not worth the money they charge. I booked the 4 bed villa with them and one room. The rooms smelled bad. The kitchen appliances were dirty. The extra mattresses had dust on them. The electricity has a mind of its own. There is no gas after 10 pm. You can get much better and pleasant stay at another hotel at fraction of the cost. They don't have anything for drivers to stay the night. We went to the reception to figure something out for the drivers to spend the night they told us they can give us blankets for them to stay the night in the cars. This is pathetic. Please save yourself from these guys.

Good place but quite expensive. Price starts from 18k minimum per night.

Tasty food and scenic view in a beautifully decorated restaurant

Hotel staff was good.
Hotel service was good.
Food was excellent.

But I am giving 1 star as the hotel team failed to inform me that car systems get choked in winters due to sub zero temperature. This lead to my car getting stuck in middle of road after check out. The repairs will cost around 20000 rupees. The experience has been great but I believe the hotel staff has a duty to inform people and they failed to do it. Furthermore the lack of any sign boards indicating location of hotel and false google maps directions make going to this place a hell.

A great place to stay at with friends or family,really pleased with the services and aesthetic of this place,this is my 3rd time staying here.The place is great wether if you are staying in the newer upper single rooms or in the Cottages that come with beautiful rooms,views and a large lounge.The price however is a little too high however if you are willing too pay all in all its great

Beautiful view. Had lunch there and the food was not that great! Coffee was good as well as the people. It was raining when we drove in and they were offering umbrellas and walking us in under them!

Luxurious hotel especially the 4 bed room cottage just like staying in 5 star hotel with a perfect view. Good service also but very expensive. If you are looking for luxury than this is the one.

This time I found Nathiagali well maintained by KPK government.
Main Bazaar is well managed by police to let traffic run smoothly.

Great hotel, this is the best hotel in Faisalabad.
It is very expensive. Only rich can afford it or people on official visit can afford it.

I heard it was an expensive hotel so I booked it. Very disappointed, In this price anyone can find a 5 star hotel better than this one. We paid 55 thousand per day atleast we should have hot water all the time and not broken washroom pipes . Food was again very normal but over priced.. next time we will not come here and in this same price we will get a way better restaurant

Worst experience ever.. someone who made a pretty looking place with worst customer service and dealing. Lacks hospitality and basic courtesy
Its a pity they wont survive for long due to their behaviour.
We stayed fr two days and third day they kicked us
Out even after we told them we are extending our stay and confirmed it with them. It means they dont ask the existing customer about stay extension and then rudely and unapologetically ask u to leave saying they have bookings ( so apparently they made bookings wdout catering the existing customer) .
The only sane voice was mr Bashir who knew customer dealing, the owner just roam around with his rude demeanour .

The hotel was very good ..compact but clean ..people are very welcoming too..the food in restaurant was very fresh and worth dining but only problem is they take very long time in preparation so you should order before 40 minutes atleast and in winter months no water available from 11 pm till 7am thats very hard to manage..otherwise heating system and wifi is perfect and in summer months no issues as such.scenic views and location is very good too

The staff was very rude specially in the restaurant. My wife got food poisoning from the chicken. Spent the next two days in the hospital. Very disappointed stay away.

One of the best hotels in Nathiagali. The rooms are well-maintained, the staff is courteous, and there are plenty of outdoors inside the hotel compound to enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings in its relative privacy. The restaurant inside the hotel is also ideally placed to provide some great views of the surrounding mountains. A much better place than its neighbor Green Retreat.

Amazing hospitality and the best fresh food I've had in my whole trip of Pakistan. The views are great and the rooms are nice. Not far from the market, church, and other view spots. I would recommend this place and come back! Thanks Alpine!

This is the best place to eat out, stay and even just visit when in nathia Gali. Beautiful aesthetics and great views coupled with a surprisingly friendly staff. Kudos to the management.

Had the best time at Alpine Hotel. The property is extremely clean, staff is highly professional, courteous and helpful. The views are breathtaking. The hotel has gas, electricity, wiffi and hot water 24/7. The best part was clean and delicious food. Highly recommended
