Absolutely fell in love with this place. If you are visiting Nathiagali with your family, then this is the place to stay in. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful mountain view. Food is economical and scrumptious. For starters try their special Pakoras and Karak Tea.

The owners are super friendly and will ensure your stay remains epic. The owners put their blood & sweat to build this epic resort.

Stags are absolutely not allowed. This property is family friendly

best place for family and couples,if you really wana enjoy go in summers,you can also enjoy in winter and have a good time but water is a issue and hotel staff is always there to help you but if you are snow lover so you have to compromise a little bit,be sure to do your booking and tell the hotel management to prepare your room if you are going in winter otherwise you can go anytime for me it was little bit difficult because i arrived suddenly and water was freezed but after some time i got the water and at night time from 10pm to 8am you have to use water in buckets because of minus temperature the water is freezed other then this you have the water all the time,the food here is amazing but water problem apart i like the view and the food,management i suggest for people who want to see something new in nathiagali must visit alpine,a bit expensive but worth it,thankyou for your hospitality..

Great pick if you are visiting NathiaGali. Well made and maintained. Great staff. Restaurant is equally good. Beautiful views all around. You are a big family go for their Villas! Worth the bucks

Extremely disappointed, what a pathetic management and overall experience.
They are charging hefty amount of money for 4 beds villas and what you get in return; stained bedsheets & blankets, smelly washrooms, no gas after 10pm, less amenities, no arrangement of drivers room.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know

It's a resort to be and enjoy at least three days it's awsome u yourself n nature mountains greenery chill weather comfortable rooms excellent for vacations family friends n couples

True to it's reputation, the place is a good family outing resort. They cater to families of all sizes as offering ranges from single rooms to 5-bedroom villas. Located atop Nathia Gali hills, the place is serene and offers unobstructed views of the hills. The place is well maintained, staff is hospitable and well trained. Above all, their food is excellent.
Highly recommended.

Firstly be prepared for this trip. Wear warm clothes, warm hat and scarf and gloves, Wellington shoes any kind will do so your feet don't freeze in the snow. Then u need is a water heating rod just in case the water is cold. Also bring 2 or 3 lighters just in case u camp fire outside. Bring your own kettle aswell. Alpine hotel may provide some of the basics but if you stay in any neighbouring hotels then definitely you would need all the above and bring your own heater too as its very cold at night and won't be easy to sleep if it's very cold.

The standard of the rooms is live -able but not top notch as the price indicates. However their deck is really nicely made, with tree top seating and great food and anyone who is not living there can dine in too. It's a family resort so done in is also open for only families.

The view and rooms are amazing but there food it very very very bad

Stayed in a 3 room villa. View was good. But, not worth your penny. Rooms need heavy maintenance. Uncomfortable bed mattresses, poor plumbing (the water is either too cold or too hot-you can not mix hot and cold water), food is poor quality yet they don't allow outside food. The view is amazing but again in this price you can stay in PC bhurban and get 5 star services. And yes, extremely unprofessional and untrained staff they stare at you like anything, walk into your rooms without premission and are very agressive.

Best place to stay in nathiagali. Its on the highest spot and away from main roads so no noise and not many people. Lawn outaide east cottages are amazing. Service and food are good. Best thing is that its very clean and you have privacy in each cottage. Living in home outaide home.

Alpine is a very good hotel, A Luxurious accommodation and great hospitality., specially the food was outstanding. highly recommended.

The view is very good. Came here to enjoy with my family after the COVID lockdown was over. It was Not a pleasant experience at all. The rooms are heavily priced with ZERO privacy. The staff needs training. They entered my room without permission. They keep staring at you and even chasing you while you're clicking your pics in the premises. There's always NO response from the management if you complain about anything. Washrooms are very poor. Plumbing is weak. The food is below average. When I brought food from outside the owner rudely told that we cannot bring food from outside.
Next time, if you're traveling with your family or gifting someone a trip, Alpine hotel will be the Worst choice.

Good location, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms are uncomfortably tiny though.
As for food: will what can you expect from nathia gali murree etc. Poor quality, lack in taste. 3/10

Its nice and cozy with friendly staff and basic facilities. I recommend it for a short escape from routine.

The best hotel in Nathiagali. The dining room, also a perfect sun room, is a place one can sit the entire day without a worry in the world.

The place was great... From the general manager to the staff the service was amazing.

My trip was with kids, the rooms were super clean and warm. Tv had channels and the WiFi was working aswell.

The area is on top of nathia so one has to walk a while to reach somewhere but they have a restaurant in their hotel with the best coffee ever.

Must stay place in nathiagali. Very nice, cooperative staff and beautiful location. Delux Rooms were quite normal but the villas are much better in terms of furnishing and bathroom amenities.

Very beautiful place to go with family, their lawn is so majestic with the scenery all around. Service is also awesome. Oh and washrooms are also clean!? Highly recommended

Modern and trendy accommodation. The place is very clean with spectacular views. it's kid friendly and also great for couples. Their restaurant offers great food with great views. They offer central heating which is a huge bonus considering most of the hotels in this area don't. The hotel has ample private parking as well. Only place to stay I Nathia Gali.

We had a short stopover for lunch and discovered this place a few months back. It was a good experience and visited today again. It seems to be off season as some renovations were underway. The animals at the entrance were in hibernation as well, kids love them.

Its very unfortunate that the covid SOPs mandated by the GDA or local government in Nathia Gali require outdoor seating and no indoor service. It was 2c and there was snow was beginning to fall. The staff had positioned outdoor heaters which was good but it was windy. The weather was amazing and the place is serene but we were feeling really cold. It was difficult to have lunch there with kids, so the kind manager agreed to serve us in our car. The food was fresh and on time so we are happy with their service. Mr.Ibrar did a good job trying to serve us better.

Stayed there for a night in standard room. Good location. Staff is very good starting from entrance greeting to check out. Rooms are clean. Resturant ambiance at night is awesome. They have rabbits in the lawn which kids enjoyed the most. Recommend to stay here.
