[ ] I brought my car in a Thursday at 12pm just to get brand new tires and alignment. They called and said my front brakes were bad and needed to be changed I was like okay go ahead. Car didn't end up being ready till 7. Started driving home on interstate and car started shaking. Drove right back to shop and told them. One of the techs didn't even know what it meant... that was concerning . The guy from the front desk had to tell him it needed to be balanced. He supposedly took it on a test drive after it was supposedly balanced. I started to go back home and it was still shaking by this time it's 8pm. I go back on Friday morning and ask for Manager....Jarius. He apologizes and says he will take care of it himself by balancing tires. Take the car home and even though the shaking stopped my car wasn't riding right and veering to the right. Took the car to my dad to let him check it out and he noticed the tires looked worn,dusty as If they had been on someone else's car previously.took the car back AGAIN at Saturday to try to get the car fixed. the manager swore up and down the tires were new when both me and my dad were like NO way. I was extremely upset and tired by this point and went OFF.i told them I wanted my car fixed or just give me my money back. Jarius, the manager ended up putting different tires on himself and doing an alignment. the tires looked great and my car rode like she did before I went to them. The manager Jarius was nice but as management if a customer keeps coming back like I was you need to do something to resolve the situation because obviously I was given used tires that were bad.DO NOT give your business to Mavis, the techs working there don't have a clue. Go elsewhere and spend your money.
