My telephone call to the local store went to the corporate answering service. The operator was nice and he set me up to have 2 tires installed the following afternoon. When I arrived at the store, the tires I wanted installed, which I were told were in stock, were not! They had to be ordered for the next day. The next morning I called to check on the status and once again, corporate answering service... I told the operator that I needed to talk to the store, but, he would not connect me saying he could take care of my question. I told him that the corporate answering service had already wasted several hours of my time and I didn't need that to happen again. He said that was rude and hung up on me... the folks at the local store were very friendly when I finally got thru to them. This MAVIS corporate nonsense needs to understand that as customer's we have the ability to spend our hard earned money where we choose. If it wasn't for the friendly folks at the local store, my money would have gone somewhere else!
