all the vets and techs were very helpful in getting Chloe back to 100%. They explained everything they were going to do and why, they also were very willing to answer all questions i had.

The best service and best caring people. The care they gave my dog was above and beyond. They quoted me a price to care for her injuries and the final bill was about half that, which really helped.
She, my dog, is enjoying the attention she is getting wearing her cone of shame, although it stops her from going into her normal comfort zones at home. I definitely would recommend Mid Columbia Pet Emergency to anyone that needs care for their pets when their regular vet is not available.

We brought in our beloved toy fox terrier last night because ha had bladder stones. The staff at Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Services were phenomenal ! They were informative, compassionate and realistic in their approach to caring for our dog as well as taking in to consideration our finances .Dr. Erickson was fantastic ! She was everything I could hope for in a Dr. She cared and was willing to do whatever it took to save our dog the whole while keeping us in the know ! I would highly recommend Mid- Columbia Pet Emergency Services to anyone. The staff was so wonderful taking us through this uncertain time ! Even when our dog was biting them in fear they still continued to do a fabulous job taking care of him ! Thank you so much Dr. Erickson and staff

I will give a better rating when they take strays or unowned pets and help them (in serious cases at least). I called about a cat that's always wondering to my yard he got into a fight with the cat that lives next door and he cant use his back legs and he was bleeding from his pee hole(not peeing blood)(I think he might have fallen from the window sill down to the downstairs neighbors which is a hard long fall) and they told me they couldnt help(I cant afford that vet bill)and that I should call the human society. really call the place that kills animals. I know it can be spendy to help an animal without getting reimbursed but this was serious and they should have made an exeption.im very disappointed in the human race right now. I'm trying my best but there is only so much I can do without the proper vet care first.

Did not feel that they cared about my puppy at all! Horrible communication and very expensive for treatment! More than double elsewhere.
I was still charged for an office visit even though my puppy was never seen by the vet! She stayed in the car and never went in.
My puppy died in my daughters arms about 2 hours after leaving their clinic!

Receptionist needed more sleep or something. Everything else was good and fairly fast. Good rapport with our cat. Knowledgeable and answered all questions adequately.

Horrible service. They charge you an insane price. The drive anywhere else is worth it. We came in worried sick about our puppy, we got welcomed in the worse way possible, when the front desk lady went to get the "technician" she said he would be back and ask us a few questions. He walked in, didn't even look or touch my dogs stomach, and said "he's fine. Ok bye". Insanely rude and insensitive. The doctor was nice and informative but the male technician was not.

The staff was very friendly and helped with our kitten Poly. They got us back right away and worked to find out what was going on with him. He was in rough shape and he is starting to feel better this morning! Thank you to the staff of Mid Columbia Pet Emergency Service for all your help!!
