I had the cowboy burger. Very dry and bland
No flavor. The clams were good.

Good beer, shitty burgers. They wouldn't cook my burger the way I wanted, only well done. I was too tired to care at the time, but it tasted no different than burger king.

Cold beer and great atmosphere. Make sure and order a side of cheese dip with your meal.

Great place. Beer and food was amazing. Just as amazing were the customers that paid the tab for two hungry and thirsty Marines. Semper!

Terrific selection of house brewed beers, wonderfully friendly staff, and tasty fried pickles! Low key atmosphere to get a drink and enjoy a bite.

Good brew. Tangerine hef was tasty. My brisket panini had way too much fat on it and the bacon had too much fat too. The flavor of the sandwich was good however.

Great owner operated craft brewery has a beer engine. If you like IPA beer it is the only way to drink it.

Stopped in on my journey across America for Veterans and had a great lunch! Prime rib cheddar sandwich was on point! The fry sauce here is delicious. You could dip rocks in them and they would be great. Talked with the manager for a good bit and had a great conversation. Name was Nate. Great guy!

Great place to eat and drink and it's a dog friendly place they have a water bowl out for your dog. You can sit on the patio and eat your meal. The employees are sweet and friendly and helpful and respectful and kind and the cook is fabulous. You can play pool upstairs. They even have a place for the kids to play. It's a very nice place for the family.

Took over 15 minuets to even get acknowledged. Service after we got our beers was non existent. Not the place you want to go to if you re looking for good food, beer, and service.

Fish and chips came out way to fast. Fries were cold and my server didn t check back on me until he delivers the check. Sub par compared to previous visits there.

Best brewer in town! If you love IPAs, you'll love their beer. Atmosphere is perfect, the food is good, the beer is best.

Very good pour. Excellent Ice Harbor selection on tap. Solid pulled pork sandwich called Das Uber Schwien. Definitely a strong locals presence. When I walked in the door I could have sworn that the music stopped and every head turned toward me entering.. Staff was kind and gentle knowing it was my first time.

Went to get something to eat. We ordered 3 burgers. I had the fire burger. I am still waiting for the heat!

Food is always good here and, even though I'm not much of a drinker, everyone says the beer selection and taste is great. Only beef I've ever had is that sometimes the service is a bit on the slow side. Not always, but enough that we only come here when we're not in a rush.

Lots of options on the menu for all kinds of tastes, so you won't be fighting to find something to order.

Always feels like home here and the best beer in town.

Service was very friendly but slow. Iced tea was bleh - it was instant. BBQ pulled pork sandwich was decent but arrived luke warm. The cheese sauce for pretzel dipping was cold and solid. The hamburgers are made from frozen patties and should cost half of what this place is charging. The restaurant isn't well ventilated so everything smells like fried food, including my clothes an hour later. The bathroom was clean. So yay for that!

Great place to stop for a beer and some food. They have a wheel they spin for beer specials whenever a train goes by.

I sat on the patio with my dog. They have water bowls out so they are definitely dog friendly. I had one of their red beers which was great. I also tried their tangerine beer but didn t care for it. Ordered the Brisket Sandwich with beer batter fries and it was delicious with a good helping of meat. Service was a little slow but not bad.

Train beer! Get a discount when the wheel spins and enjoy another. Great people good food and more beer than you can drink.

The guy at the homebrew store wasn't very helpful and seemed very impatient. I'm just going to buy my supplies amd ingredients off of amazon next time.

First time there! The beer and the service was good. The food was very disappointing real basic, open bag and throw it in the deep fryer or microwave. Small servings and over priced. I had the house special fish. We had a party of 5 on a Tuesday night all disappeared

We had a few beers, wings, onion rings and one of the burgers and the food was alright. The best thing was the beer for sure. Onion rings were thin and skimpy. Wings were average, nothing special. Burger was good but a little small. I guess we were expecting more with all the 5 star reviews. While food was average the service was super friendly and attentive.

Beer battered cod was great for lunch. Four nice sized filets were filling and their house tarter sauce is awesome. The new southwest spuds are like mini hashbrowns with a mild kick.

The coconut shrimp was very good. The Grilled Salmon was dry and over cooked. Hailey are server needs to find a different job or learn customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and she made a large scene. My meal was $41 dollars and some change and just wanted to let the manager know, since she didn t care. I paid my tab, I will never go back or recommend this establishment. I just didn t want anyone else to experience what I have tonight.

Great beer, GREAT WAIT STAFF, and DAM good friends! Ice Harbor, lives up to it's name! Best bathrooms in the tri cities! We'll be back!

I can't rate 4.5 stars but that's closer to what I'd rate them. Excellent brew pub style food. Good not great beer. Pub style pretzel was hot and fresh. Prime rib sandwich was excellent.

Good IPA, & decent pub food. and they've been around since 97! I'd go back.

So-so. Cool space, good pub grub, but the beer needs a lil work. I'm admittedly comparing them to the elite echelons of Portland, but while their Kolsch is clean and crisp, their seasonals taste and feel like experiments. Specifically, the tangerine hefe, Tropika IPA, and Scottish Ale were feeling a bit too much like home brews. I have high hopes for Ice Harbor, I love what they're doing in the Tri-Cities, but think if they honed in more on their lagers and German-esque beers (seriously, brew a Helles, you'd nail it) they could capitalize on an underserved niche and really excel. Also, I get you have to cater to your market, but it's such a bummer to hear so many people order Coors Light (which, nothing against Coors) at a real brewery. It'd be awesome to see the bartenders at least half-heartedly try to steer them toward their own lager (which is mighty tasty).

Ice harbor brewery is a great place to eat and drink and the employees who work there are friendly and respectful.

Good old hometown brewery, not always the best beer but feels homey and the staff and food are very fast. Definitely recommend!

This is a really cool brew pub. Kristen our server was extremely friendly and our brewery tour from Red was great. And Bob's pulled pork nachos were delicious!

Jessie, our waitress, was phenomenal. She was super thoughtful, quick to respond to a need, and truly took care of us like we were guests in her home. Stand out, 10/10, star experience. The food was wonderful, the cider was to die for--on a ten day road trip, this was the best place we've eaten yet.

It's crazy a 11.49 for a lunch special sandwich . Ok that being said when you offer a PBLT ( pastrami, bacon , lettuce and tomato w/picked ) and the tomatoes are horrible the pastrami is out of a package and cheap white bread and the pickle ( that they make a big deal about on their board ) was a sliver of garbage . I've also had the wings here what a joke ! Small and expensive! Don't know what people think the food is good but I've had almost as good of a sandwich out of a grocery store when I was a teen .

Food, beer, and atmosphere are all fantastic for a friendly neighborhood brewery. Very laid back, great specials, and always keep an ear out for the train beers.

My wife and I stopped in here March 2 about 4ish for dinner on our way home from Oregon. Wasn't overly busy. I figured we would give it a go based off reviews that I read. Wasn't overly busy. 3 ladies working the taproom from what we could see. Should have moved along to the next place......Beer was decent and food was good, but sadly the service was lacking. Was able to order a beer, but wife wasn't completely ready to commit on a one. Thought we would have another chance to order her one when the lady took our food order......not quite. She moved along pretty quickly after we ordered our food. Server checked on the gentleman next to us a few times, but apparently didn't have time to ask is how we were doing. Took a few glances and couple walk byes to finally get a check and a to go box. Would have come back for the beer and food, but sadly will skip due to service.

What happened to Ice Harbor Brewing Co.?
Warm beer, greasy onion rings, poor service and the pub smelt like a urinal. Bathroom was filthy. Not what it s been in the past. We were very disappointed.

Great home brew selection in the shop, plus grab drinks and a beer while you are there.

BEEER! Local beer! I love love love their IPA.. I love their dryhopped IPAs. Hope Warrior is amazing even when bought from a local grocery store. Always fresh. The food fair at this location is like... way better than typical bar fare.. It all reads and looks on the menu to be typical food service delivered barfood, but they make it al soooo much better. Pulled pork nachos are NOT my thing, but they are delicious at Ice Harbor Brew Pub.
