Honestly, the vets and the assistants are wonderful. I have taken multiple pets here and have even had to have a baby euthanized here. Everyone is professional and kind. It is pricey, but worth it in case a pup has an allergic reaction in the middle of the night.

So let me start by saying last December my neighbor shot my oldest sons dog. Our Primary Vet tried to save him, however he had to go to mid Columbia for over night care. But he crashed on the way there. Dr. Erickson had to put him to sleep. It was so VERY devistating to our family!
This summer was very challenging for us, it seemed like one thing after another.
We came home this Sunday from a junior livestock show and my 6 year old son brought me his VERY loved baby bunny OJ and said that his leg was hurt. Let me tell you my 6 year old bought OJ with his own money that he won at the fair this year muttin bustin. OJ is his very special fur baby! We took him to mid Columbia emergency vet. Dr. Erickson was on duty. I explained to them that we really wanted to save him but I did not have a ton of money to do so. They gave him some medicine, but he needed an X-ray, which I could not afford. Dr Erickson came in and asked if she could be OJ's God Mother! She gave him his XRay and sure enough his leg was broke and needed to be set. ( we think he got his leg stuck in the cage and was thrashing to get it out and broke it). I had to leave to to take my husband to work so they said they would call when he was ready! I got a call a little while after I left from Dr Erickson saying that the leg was too badly broken to save. It needed to be amputated. She said that she and her assistant would be donating their time to help OJ and my family. They called a little while later and said he was awake and hopping around! OJ is now a VERY happy 3 legged little bunny with a VERY happy 6 year old boy who feels so special and blessed to call him his own! Dr. Erickson and her staff are so amazing! They knew we could not bare to lose another beloved pet and they would not allow us to do so due to a lack of money! I thank God for them and wish there were more people like them! People who truly do their job because they love to! Dr Erickson and her staff are a true blessing to our community and to our fur family members! Thank you so very much for your act of kindness and compassion to our family!

These people are cold blooded crooks. We took our dog in for what we believed to be pancreatitis since she had it before we knew the symptoms. They told us they tested for pancreatitis but that the tests were negative. So after they did an ultrasound and over $2000 worth of tests they came back and said yes it is pancreatitis. Gave us meds for her and sent us home. They are CROOKS. These people should be in jail not caring for our beloved pets. No idea how they stay in business. I will never go there again even under dire circumstances.

We are in the midst of treatment for raisin toxicity, and I couldn t be more thankful for the amazing team here. In addition to the incredible care my pups are receiving for toxicity, the emergency vet noted that they get stressed when they are separated and can t see each other. To help ease their stress they put a mirror in front of them so they could see each other while in their kennels (See Facebook review for a picture of this kindness) This act of kindness made me feel very happy and grateful. This team genuinely and deeply cares about the pets in their care. I hope you never have to use an emergency vet, but if you do rest assured this team is incredible.

I had to show up at midnight for my cats issue and they handled our case like professionals. They asked all the questions I could answer and I was able to call ahead and let them know I was coming from Moses Lake.

My kitty is feeling much better compared to before their help. Thank you again Mid Columbia team!

I love the fact that you can drop in on emergency hours over the weekend, but I sat in the room waiting for a really long time. The Vet and vets assistants were very sweet, nice and accommodating...however, their prices were outrageous. For a small stitch on my cats tail they wanted over $200.00! My total bill was $500.00 - and really, for not much. I guess to be expected from a ER Vet. They were nice, office was clean and comfortable...but price was just ridiculous.

Mid Columbia pet emergency is a great place to take your animals. I have been here twice with pretty big emergencies. The last one being on sunday and they put me in a room as soon as i walked through the door and kept me informed and answered all my questions. The staff there absolutely loved my dog and even packed him out and put him in my car when he was still sedated. He is a tiny elephant so that meant alot!! Thank you.

My 8 month old puppy would not eat or drink out of no where. They got us in right away. They addressed all of our concerns and made sure we knew and understood everything that was going on. They took wonderful care of my puppy. We were able to leave knowing he was going to be ok. Thank you for taking care of my puppy.

The 2 doctors that intervened to save our dog with RS-CHF were brilliant, loving, and took time to answer questions, called me at home to give updates, best vet service we ve ever experienced. We should have asked for their service earlier!! Our dog is much better and we hope she stays with us for a long time, just like family to us.

Took my 2yr golden retriever who had swelling in her face. The tech was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with my 96 pound girl. The vet came in and said most likely it was a spider bite while in the crate. They gave a couple medications and made sure things were starting to work before we were released. The staff overall were great!

I want to begin by thanking the staff for being so sweet and caring. We brought our beloved cat in last night. Unfortunately he passed before he arrived. The doctor came in to break the news and allowed us time to grieve before discussing options. They made us a clay mold of his paw print free of charge and reduced the payment since nothing was done for my son on arrival. Thanks again for your time and compassion in our time of loss.

Dr. Swick and her team took great care of my dog! They really listened to my concerns and displayed empathy. We received a diagnosis and the team took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process. They even called to follow up and check on us 48 hr later. I wish they could be the primary care provider for my pets, I would take them all there in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing fantastic care at a difficult time.

We rushed our fur baby, Meowchie, in after he came...

We rushed our fur baby, Meowchie, in after he came home limping unable to use his left hind leg. He was in terrible pain and obviously unnerved by it. The staff at Mid-Columbia relieved his pain immediately and took x-rays as well as discovering a possible absess. Although there were no recent signs of trauma showing on the film, it did show he had injured it in the past with a possible healed fracture but it also brought into light a rare abnormality where the bone of his knee joints did not close as supposed to by the age of 1. The doctor was so thorough and supportive as my significant other and I desperately brainstormed ways to get him the surgery he would need for a bright long future with us. He even brought us back to see Meowchies x-rays and explain in detail his findings since it was so hard for us to wrap our brains around. You see, Meowchie was a gift to me from my boyfriend from the humane society as we lived several hours apart and I was told I would never bare a child of my own. Meowchie has helped fill that void and, since his arrival, my significant other and I have moved in together and have been blessed with a baby girl on the way despite all odds. So, he really is a part of our growing family and we have been so blessed with his company cuz he is the most amazingly loving cat ever! As I sit in the office sobbing over Meowchies' condition, I was also trying to figure out how we were going to afford the current visit that brought us in to the hospital the first place since my pregnancy has been extremely difficult and I have been unable to work since the first trimester and my boyfriend's new job hadn't started yet though his previous one had ended already. The stress was almost too much for my pregnant brain to handle. The staff treated us as family and were incredibly sympathetic to our situation. So much so, that they allowed us to be put on an in-house payment plan for the amount due and we weren't even required to put anything down that day... an obvious rarity of any animal clinic/hospital. We were sent home with a sedated but comfortable kitty and some meds to help heal the abcess and some to keep him comfortable for the duration. A few days later as Meowchies injuries improved, we received an updated bill from Mid-Columbia but it seemed a mistake had been made... a favorable one with a very small balance due. We received a call from the staff later that day as they were checking to see how Meowchie was doing. I gave them the good news of his recovery and thanked them again for all their help and brought up the invoice to try to make sense of it. It seems as though an anonymous angel had paid the majority of our bill as a random act of kindness. My heart was instantly overflowing with love and gratefulness to this amazing blessing and as I sit here writing this review, I am snuggled up with my loving fur baby who is just as happy as I am, even though he doesn't know just how lucky we really are. So, I'd really like for our anonymous angel and all of the wonderful, caring staff at Mid Columbia to know just how amazing you guys are and how blessed we are to know that such wonderful people exist in the world. We are truly blessed and will continue to refer anyone and everyone to your hospital and share our story of thanksgiving for years to come. From the bottom of our hearts, we THANK YOU!
Sincerely,
Nicole, Leon, Meowchie and (coming soon) baby Adalynn

Backwards business. Brought our pet here and was quoted a price, I specifically said not to do anything else without letting me know. They agreed. Final price is almost double the original quote... What? Then they tried to lie and say I said it was ok for x rays, well I didn't, and they didn't even do x rays, it was something else...I will never come here again. All they did was make excuses and say they discounted it for me...well it's still almost double the original price. What happened to professionalism and owning your mistakes? Not even an apology... Horrible taste left in my mouth after this.

I would not come here unless your animal has something severely life threatening AND you have ALOT of money to give. I'm currently sitting inside after they talked to me about pricing. They will present you with the most expensive list of procedures and won't tell you there are other options until you get upset or start crying. The price list showed $36 for fluid injections but an additional $40 hospital outpatient because " it takes two people to give the shot, one to hold the cat and one to give the shot." Really? Apparently them working isn't included in the initial $110 vet visit price. If you are anything other than rich go somewhere else that cares more and isn't out to rob people. Also, please get a better vet tech/assistant who might actually know something and have answers when you ask questions.

Shelby was our 3 week old puppy and when she got hurt we rushed her to the Emergency vet. These people are so sweet and kept us in the loop when it came to her care. They didn't care that I had called several times to check on Shelby. They truly do care about fur babies. I would recommend that if you want an emergency vet that cares about your baby and you as a concerned pet parent that you take them here.

This veterinary facility has gone above and beyond...

This veterinary facility has gone above and beyond for my little puppy Raiden. I have a 4 month old boxer that has fainted a total of 5 times. The first time he saw Dr. Blake and the other times he saw Dr Gosink. On 2 of the visits he needed to stay over night for observation and oxygen and I can t express enough how wonderful the entire staff is, my daughter usually calls as we are on our way and Millie at the front desk has been so sweet and is waiting and ready for us as soon as we arrive to rush our baby to the back and she has everything set up to make a very stressful situation a bit easier. I have always been given an estimate and been well aware of the treatment given. Dr. Gosink has gone well beyond anything I expected calling and checking on our boy and trying to find me the proper drs for his care outside the ER. She has researched and done everything she can to help try and find out how we can help Raiden. She has been in contact with WSU and a number of other vets to find answers. This vet has saved my puppy a number of times and I can t thank them enough

We were beside ourselves today when we had to bring our service dog into the emergency center. He was vomiting and had collapsed. Although the wait was somewhat long, they were really swamped today with all of the people/pets needing attention. They kept an eye on him in case his condition changed. When the vet met with us, she was very clear about our options and gave us the good news that at least our dog's vitals were good. It seems as though he may have had an allergic reaction to something. They treated him for the reaction and told us we could take him home, keep an eye on him, and keep him quiet. By evening, he was almost back to his old self. I think the care they took was really good, especially considering how very busy they were. We appreciate them being there on a holiday. Thank you.

Everyone was so awesome, welcoming, and super caring when we arrived with Angus friday night. Due to his diagnosis of lung cancer 11 days prior, they made sure we could have a little more time with him as the time was coming close. They talked with us and laughter about little stories about Angus. They got him comfy and calm so we could take him home to spend quality time with him. The next day dr.V called to check on Angus and I had to tell her the news, she was so caring and sympathetic as I cried on the phone with her.
Thank you so much to all of you and especially Dr.V for everything you did for Angus and me! You all will have a special place in my heart!

Took my dog here a few nights ago, as she was severely vomiting and I was worried. I came in and was told to leave my vomiting fur baby in the car because she "might" have parvo. The receptionist just sat at her desk and said nothing the entire hour wait since we had to use the "parvo" room. We went in the room and waited another hour until we were seen. Of course, they try to get us to agree to all the expensive tests and blood work . Besides the wait, snobby receptionist, and high cost of tests; Doctor Wilson and 3 assistants were sweet and courteous.

Mid-Columbia PES saved our dog's life! Despite being vaccinated for Parvo, our young husky contracted the virus. Because this occurs so rarely, the diagnosis of Parvo came late in the process with our normal vet (understandably). Upon arriving to PES, Glacier was considered extremely critical and the PES care team was as forthcoming about how dire Glacier's situation was as they were empathetic to our potential loss. The team displayed competence and professionalism in our initial interaction leaving us with as much hope as we could realistically have before stepping back to allow them to work their magic overnight. As we came to understand, dog's with Parvo are extremely high maintenance patients due to their constant need for fluids, meds, and nutrition support while uncontrollably excreting a good portion of these supporting measures back out into their kennel thus requiring constant cleaning. Because of the infectious nature of the situation and the constant care needs, PES nurses and assistants dedicated their days to remaining the isolation room with Glacier for three days and nights. The tenacious dedication the PES team showed towards Glacier's health and dignity will never be forgotten. If your pet is in bad shape, do not hesitate to bring them to Mid-Columbia PES.

Excellent service and compassionate vets. I brought my kitty in one evening because she was throwing up constantly. We were quickly seen, and the vet gave her a thorough exam and talked to me about her. While I would have agreed to any tests needed, the vet advised me to wait and explained her reasoning. We went home and the kitty was just fine the next day. I'm very, very particular about pet care, and Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service offers quality care.

Called ahead to bring in my dog who was experiencing symptoms of the highly contagious, kennel cough. $110 fee to be seen. They did not bring us into a separate room right a way. We waited in the waiting room (due to cold weather) for a while before being placed into a room. After assessment, left after a steroid shot and cough tabs. Called back later after we received confirmation of another dog we had been around was receiving antibiotics for kennel cough, they told me to call my vet the following day. I called back again to insist on the antibiotics since I had already paid for a visit and the dog presented with symptoms and had been evaluated. They finally gave the Rx. It's an okay place in a pinch but prepare for a long wait.

I brought my 2 yr old cat here because he was having trouble going to the bathroom. He had never had this problem before and was a pretty healthy cat. My local pet emergency place was closed so this place was the closest to me. I was very iffy about this place after reading a couple reviews, but it was my only option so I left my cat there with the high hopes that he would be okay. He was there 4 days and 3 nights and somehow never got better. They said they tried everything they could to help him but when I went to pick him up they said that in order to find out what was really wrong with him they would need to do blood work and all this other stuff, which would cost me more money (and why didn t they do that on Day 1 anyway?). I took him elsewhere to get another opinion but at that point it was too late. He was in too much pain. I had to put him down. I don t think they really did everything they could to save him. I feel like the money was more important to them. Now I m left with a hole in my heart and $2000 in debt. Just take your pet somewhere else. I wish I did.

We live nearby, we have always had a good experience here. The front desk & vets have treated us kindly. We have been coming here for 5 years now. Usually just turns out to be sprained feet & backs. It is on Sandifur next to Blylees pet store & Pet Medical Center. They are currently open ALL hours I think Sat, Sun, and Monday. Other days it is evenings. If u go before a certain time in the evening, it is cheaper than the evening. Our dogs knee surgery was also done here. They took such good care of her.

Friday evening June 21st I came home and discovered my 10 yr old Akita had been vomiting blood everywhere along with diarrhea which also had blood in it. She was extremely lethargic, couldn t walk and hadn t been able to eat or drink. Since I just moved here from Arizona I had no idea where to take her since it was after 6pm. I called my parents sobbing. They came over and helped rush my 123 lb Tsunami to Mid Columbia. We called ahead to let them know we were coming. They were busy but said they would do everything they could. We were able to check in and wait outside with her which didn t take long at all. The Doctor actually came outside to make sure we had help getting her into the building. The Doctor and staff was so caring and gentle with her and did a full evaluation exam. They did some blood work which took less than 45 minutes. Along with auto immune poly arthritis which we ve been treating we learned she has Pancreatitis. The Doctor says but she will get better as it s treatable . She gave me a couple treatment options, one being an overnight stay with IV s the other with home care instructions. I couldn t leave her. I chose to take her home. The Doctor wrote out detailed instructions with medications listed and dosage amounts and when to give them to her. She received fluids and and anti nausea shot as well. Let me say that with lots of love and attention Tsunami was up and moving around that next evening and is doing so fantastic!!! The staff has even called me to find out how Tsunami is doing. I m so grateful to them for helping her. She s my baby and best friend.
Sincerely, Kimberly G.

We took our critically injured English setter puppy here (hit by a car), and they were terrific. They stabilized what many would consider a non-survivable injury and my dog is now at WSU. I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice. To those who complain that they ask for money, most people don't have pet insurance and elective (non-emergency) care should be paid up front. I found them to be very sensitive to the financial issues associated with an ill pet.

Please do not bring your pet here. We brought our healthy 2 year old cat here who was very sick. We got there around 8pm and even after being told how sick he was and how quickly he needed treatment, they didn t start anything until around 1am. They won t even start anything until your card is swiped for payment. We knew how sick he was but it was never a suggestion that he may not make it. They even had us sign all the paperwork to transfer him to the day clinic in the morning and gave us the cost for the full treatment. Well our boy didn t make it. Who knows what really happened, but I do not feel like we got the truth. Our family went in to say our goodbyes around 2am. The first tech who was in the room with us, had no idea about our cat. They tried to tell us that it can just happen sometimes with an old cat. As we are sitting there hysterical and have to correct them that no, our cat was only 2 years young. As we went to leave, the receptionist wanted to talk about owing us back $45 after we just paid $1500 for our cat to pass. Because that s what we want to talk about! It was just overall so unprofessional and a horrible experience. We never got a call once his ashes came in. I finally called 2 weeks later and of course they were there, they just forgot to call. We were promised his paw print in a casting and my mom was really looking forward to that, since he was her baby. So we went to pick the ashes up, low and behold, they can t find his paw print. Please please take your loved one somewhere else if you can. This place is horrible.

We had no option, she needed a Vet. I was really glad we took her to Mid Columbia Pet Emergency. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. I called asking for help for my dog who is very sick. Weve just recovered from covid and Christmas and so funds are super tight right now. They would not work with me at all. Not very friendly and uninterested and lacked empathy. I'm sad that people cant get help for their sick dogs if they don't have the full payment for treatment up front. Good old fashioned care is lost it's all about money.

This place was the worst. We had to drive from out of town 1.5 hours. We arrived 15 min prior to the scheduled time so we could fill out our paperwork. When we arrived there was one person waiting. It was expected for him to go before us. But the another gentleman arrived with his dog. The receptionist told him that he was a week early for his appointment but she took him back. We thought no problem. Always understand getting people in. Then after waiting for being there for a few minute another lady came and said she needed an eye check for her dog. "It will be quick" we were told. Finally 1hour and 15 minutes past our appointment time we asked what was going on. We were told that it would be just a couple more minutes. The final straw was after asking what was going on, another lady walked in with here dog and was taken literally right back. We had had enough. We told the staff we were leaving. Did they say sorry, it will be a couple minutes, or let me see what we can do? No, they just "Ok, bye." We are not sure what the problem was but that is no way to treat new patients.

We came during three different shift times and were treated equally well by the staff each time and I believe that they really care about their patients. I also very much appreciate the fact that when you lose a pet and bring them in they offer clay paw print as a keepsake which is very thoughtful. Thank you.

Dr. Wilson was AMAZING. She was very informative and really cared about my baby girl kai so no complaints about The vet.....BUT The receptionist on the other hand was very rude and it almost seemed like us being there inconvenienced her. She made my dog sit in the car and we waited for almost an hour when there was only maybe 2 other animals there. So much for "Emergency". She only cared about the money and wanted nothing to do with us. When I asked questions she looked at me like I was an idiot. Honestly of you hate your job as much as she made it seem like she did then you shouldn't work there.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the facility was clean. They explained what was going on with my dog and gave me options to treat her with step by step walk thru of the procedure. The staff called and kept me updated thru the process of the procedure and recovery. Once my dog was home they continued to keep in touch to see how she was handling the medication and how she was doing on her healing process.

I took a client who needed to euthanize his dog of 11 years. The staff was beyond excellent! They comforted, assured and the vet did a thorough exam to clear any doubts. They have an option for a payment plan, which was needed desperately. At every turn they showed the utmost compassion and care. They even provided free of charge a beautiful paw print with his dog's name imprinted. They made a horrifically hard event easier and we thank them profusely! You would think the story ended here...my client's daughter contacted him the next day to lend him the money to pay the whole (very reasonable) fee. When he returned to pay it...someone already had. We can only guess who, but there were only 4 of us there that night! Thank you and God bless!

I have been here a few times unfortunately for pet emergencies. The doctors are great and the staff is also. Prices r very resonable given that it is an emergency. They do have a better price for emergency during different times, so if it can wait past a late night or extremely early morning it is actually cheaper than my normal vet.

Emergency Vets are expensive, so if you can't afford the services, simply don't go. Also this place is for true emergencies, and they put the critical patients first. We had to put our dog down due to sepsis. They were professional and caring.

If their was a negative 5 star I would of chose that. I absolutely hated it I felt like they were rushing the whole time they attended my dog they didn't check him how they should have and I know this because I've been to a normal vet before, every time they came back in they told me they wanted to do this to him an do that and my vet bill just kept going up and at the end I didn't have enough care credit to let them take more blood out so they treated him like he had Pancreatitis when he didn't have the symptoms of it but she was more than half sure it was Pancreatitis so I let them and then they had forgot to put one of the injections on him! And injection I had already paid for.. I called 2 days later telling them he wasn't looking better all she said is "you can bring him in again and we will have to charge you another $110 and maybe the doctor can make it a check up instead of a regular emergency " but I didn't have enough care credit to pay for it they gave me another number that is a low cost vet they couldn't help me because my budget was $300, that same day he died sadly and I'm stuck with a bill of $419 dollars that I thought was going to help him because I had took him to this emergency vet that didn't even care about my dog. I do not recommend this place if you're worried just schedule an appointment at your regular vet because they will get treated better than this stupid place.

I brought my German Shepard in for care, she got out from our back gate one day. By the time I found her I could tell she was injured. I took her to the Mid Columbia Pet Emergency for care. The staff there are incredible, Jax, (my dog) had been peppered sprayed and kick very hard in the hind quarters. The staff took very good care of her and followed up with a call a few days later. Jax is back to normal thanks to the care she recieved.

I had an emergency on a Saturday night when my little dachshund was attacked by a large dog. Mid Columbia Pet ER took us right in and we were seen right away and then they did surgery. All of this only took a couple of hours and they were super busy. Would highly recommend and we are lucky to have care like this available to us.

I went in to this ER veterinarian last weekend. The 2 vets I saw were simply wonderful. My dog was found almost dead and Dr Vang started saving him and then Dr Gosink arrived and started helping out as well. The whole staff worked so hard to save him. They were so caring when I was so upset. My dog unfortunately had a very bad disease so he ended up needing to be euthanized. As awful as that was, the care he received and the comfort I received made it so much more bearable. If he had died at home I never would have forgiven myself. Now I know what happened and why he was so sick. Being an ER staff member has got to be one of the hardest thing I have ever witnessed. These people work so hard. It was really busy with several very sick pets and yet they still took great care of both of us. I cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful care.

When my boxer was 9 weeks old he had a hard time breathing. He started shaking and coughing and wheezing and couldn't breath well. We rushed him to this ER vet clinic.
When there, they hooked him up to IVs to calm him. They then told me that he needed a blood transfusion right then and there or he was going to die. I was a teenager and had saved up for a year just to buy him.
My mom was like "uhm noooo... a blood transfusion on a puppy would kill it. We need a second opinion" they got super angry, and suddenly took the IVs out of him scaring him half to death.
We drove to Yakima in the middle of the night with a tiny coughing, shaking pup. There they said, he was having an allergic reaction and had a constricted traquia. It would cost less than $100 to get him on an antibiotic. He was totally fine.

They almost guilted me into killing a puppy, my best friend, the only thing that mattered to me.

The staff is beyond amazing! They treated my cat with such care and compassion, they even followed up the next day to see how he was doing. They also took the time to really explain what was going on and how they were going to treat Max. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to take care of Max!

Unfortunately I have had to use this facility more than I would like....FORTUNATELY, They were there! This is a group of knowledgeable and caring professionals who have saved the lives of 2 of my dogs! They care, not only about the animals they work with but the families who bring the pets in. The providers are sensitive to everyone s needs and care about making certain everyone is informed along the way. I am grateful that I have a place to help if our Vets are not available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My pup needed emergency care on a Sunday. Within 4 hours we received immediate attention, care, testing, a diagnosis, and a plan. Having to leave him overnight was hard, but the staff texted me this photo at 8 PM, which made the entire family feel so much better. I'm so grateful for the kind and quick-responding the staff!

Great experience. My dog needed foreign body surgery late on a Friday and they were open 24 hours on the weekend. They promptly called me after surgery with updates and followed up the next day when he was ready to be picked up. They have even called me to follow up on my dog days after surgery.

I almost lost my female english bulldog. Pioneer Veterinary in Moses Lake didn't have 24 hour staffing and referred us to Mid Columbia Pet Emergency. After the lost of her pup's she was deathly ill. The facility and staff here has been remarkable. They allowed me to visit and call at all hours. They where honest and encouraging the whole process. I was in a nearby hotel and didn't feel uncomfortable leaving my most beloved pet with them. They where upfront with my charges and what care my dog was going to receive. Pet owners are most vulnerable when their babies are sick. Mid Columbia Emergency reassured me they would do everything they could for her. Happy, safe and sound at home now. We are so thankful for their caring hearts.
Teresa and Athena
P.S. The follow up care by staff is just as amazing. Well done crew, well done!!
