Exceptionally bad service, because customer service or "support" cannot be called it !!! 0 STARS !!! All phone numbers found on the net apparently come together on a hotline ... Nobody answers and you count the minutes ... After more than 1 hour in the queue, I finally give up. I would have expected more because everything is more than what I received as a customer ...

Very innovative working space. Nice to see something from a large tech group in Vienna.

No more classic office structure. Fewer individual offices, but more meeting points and conference rooms.
Many surprising elements such as a slide between the 2nd and 3rd floor.

How easy it is to work with each other there I can't judge ... nobody wants to slide except me at the time of my visit :(

For more than a year, Mircosoft has been deducting $ 10 from my account, even though I have never signed a contract or similar with the company. For a 3/4 year I call the call center and Europlatz, send account statements and the like ... nothing happens, except that now every 14 days a deduction of 10 euros happens.

Wheelchair-accessible entrance and (almost) unobstructed areas inside, some carpets and steps and ramps. Is modern and sober, maybe a little snoppy.
Receptionists are polite, but I (purely subjective speculation on my part) had the impression that they couldn't really do with nerds (I'm at least aware that I can be a little strange), because the trainer was clearly more experienced.
I attended a daily course there. There is a small canteen where there is Red Bull in the bottle in case you can't get by with coffee and water. Toilet is surprisingly spacious, also gives hand sanitizers, not uninteresting in the flu season.
The course took place in an insightful lounge, over time you get used to sitting in the shop window, but in summer this could be interesting with regard to the incidence of light and accumulation of heat. Now in winter the room was well insulated, but I had the illusion of a cool breeze ... Ev the air conditioning or heating?
My trainer was well prepared, there were documents. Exciting course makes you want more.
I wish I had more time for further education ...

N Surface Book bought for just under 2,000 .... broken after 9 weeks ... and now trying to get support for 3 weeks. It is obviously a hardware defect and I can now send photos from the bios. Every 2 days a ne answer !!!! Then again nixi. Great, so do not have a laptop. Really a great technology company ....

The ladies on the phone said I should let you finish, although I was not finished with my explanation yet. So she interrupted me with the words "I can not help you", although I still did not come to the essential part of my explanation. I asked her her name and she hung up.

I have tried to reset my password on outlook, however this can t be done as I haven t send much emails from it ( but it is enough). Was advised to use other form for resetting the account, as this would be more helpful. At the end human being should contact me.

People from other department should have contacted me in 72h, as chat Agent have said. This was not done... after getting on chat again after 5 days waiting ... Nobody can track the number of my ticket as this is available only for other Department . Obviously they can t contact anybody as it is hard cognitive task.

Manager can t login to his chat , so he is replying from agents account. Agent promised to pass the matter to the manager on chat... kept me on chat for 2 hours... wasted my time

I never thought I would have such experience with company that old... Ethics is not your thing from what I experienced...

For now I am amazingly disappointed, think to avoid Microsoft products for the future...
If they can t support you, there is no point of having anything from Microsoft s. Definetely .MAC office for now, PS4 and not MAC software

I bought a Surface Pro 4 about 1 1/2 years ago via the Microsoft Store. I noticed at the beginning that the battery does not come close to the promised 8-9h running time, but rather 4 hours in energy-saving mode. When that got worse, I made use of the warranty. I was then sent two replacement devices. The first did not manage to get by on a full charge for 3 hours. The second replacement device does not turn on, so it sticks to a blue screen. I sent my original device in early February, now it's early April and I'm still stuck with a broken device. So 2 months without a private PC. The support does not want or can not provide me with a correct return label. So I have to say that I do not recommend shopping through their Microsoft Store and the Surface Pro 4 was a complete failure.

Employees are under enormous pressure and stress. You notice that with every contact. Constant change of employees, constant new supervisors, employees over 40 are "retired". Quick, competent information is not possible.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Is more like 0 stars! After I didn't reach anyone on the hotline despite long waiting times, I arranged a personal callback via the website. On Friday shortly after the agreed appointment 9:45 am, Microsoft calls me with an automatic hotline After a 3-minute wait, I have still not been put through to a supervisor.
Man should charge them all the effort for making an appointment and writing the problem description online!

I still have an unsolved license problem and cannot continue working. Top!

Wanted to buy game (Minecraft) online in Microsoft...

Wanted to buy game (Minecraft) online in Microsoft Shop and pay via eps. The money has been deducted, the download is canceled and does not work anymore. Money away but no return. No one on the hotline can tell me what to do now or how to get my money back. The hotline is the horror. You will be connected for hours and kept in queues. If anyone knows, I would be grateful for that.

The products are expensive but ok as long as they work. But there is no guarantee. Poor support because nothing is being repaired. Only exchange for old, used repaired products. You will not get your own device repaired. You should think carefully about what from Microsoft.

The space reaches its limits from about 25 people, as does the equipment. It is incomprehensible that you want to advertise your company with it. It should come as no surprise that the content of the lectures is then 90% blue. Actually a shame about the time.

Only criticism:
The lunchtime catering was lukewarm shaped schnitzel, while for internal delicious fish was served ...
There is, as already at the Tech Summit in Stockholm, a lot of room for improvement, but actually it's not about the food here

I forgot my password for Skype ... apparently a fatal error, because to restore I do not only need a code that takes 5 minutes to be sent but also has to answer 20 questions.
How should I know 10 years later, who was in my contacts at that time (Skype I have not used for a very long time, last for a conversation with customers over a year ago ... and the e-mail addresses of my customers from the register in Skype E-mail address violates anyway against the DVSGO! (Yes that was actually queried!)

Unfortunately I can not even delete the account! An incredible impudence even for a free tool. Since Google is clearly against it.
