We were there for the second time. It was again very nice, the rooms clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was very varied, large clean area, also on the beach. The animation team did a great job. As a minus we must say unfortunately It would also be enough, if one per stay and room would charge a flat rate. In addition, there was in the spring still "Efes" on tap, now you have switched to the cheap beer "Tuborg" you would feel comfortable On the whole our vacation was there, very nice and relaxing.

I highly recommend a fabulous hotel in the nature of the sea and the clean animations of the pools, super staff friendly and very interested if you are dreaming of a beautiful holiday.
The hotel is great but the rooms without balcony are Ecconomiezimmer speak darkroom. So always book rooms with balcony. Then it will be a perfect holiday.
Room too loud, as the noise from the air conditioning could be heard. Room very nicely renovated. The attitude of the Hausk limaanlage was too cold and the icy air curtain does not need.
Nice clean hotel with very friendly and courteous staff, even without tips. Great choice for food and delicious desserts. Certainly not the highest quality food but delicious. The green park area with different flowers, trees and feeding stations for cats was the highlite for me.
Our vacation (3 persons) was, as always, excellent. Staff of the hotel friendly, good rooms, food and drinks delicious, whole area we like very well. The animation team is nice, friendly and "always hard-working" to give the best .... unfortunately the shows / events are not good. There are other hotels (for example the Thalia) a lot better! We are curious how the hotel will look after the big renovation and if we can still afford it ?! The hotel has a good location-right on the (hotel's) sandy beach, good shopping ....
Value-for-money balance is very good, friendly helpful staff and Yegane lady who does her job very well. Delicious food, Covid measures, hygiene and comfortable rooms.

Were not so excited. Few staff partially stressed. Everywhere at the pool were empty plastic cups. Beach was ok. Slides are very nice for children. Many German-Turkish guests ... Rooms are getting on in years. Only one elevator per block (waiting time). In the whole hotel it is outside temperature while eating is sweating ... No air conditioning except above the reception and in the rooms. I partially don't understand the positive recessions here. Sure, all is not bad. But one should rather list the negative points for other vacationers and compare the hotel with other hotels in the same price range, some of them even have ***** stars.

A dream vacation in Corona times !!! It's just great how this hotel fulfills and complies with all requirements. My family (2 children + partner) and I felt very comfortable. The service is great, the hotel is immaculately clean and modern. We liked it so much that we recommended the hotel directly and friends also went there with the same positive result. We actually always travel around and visit different hotels, but we can very well imagine going back here because we liked it so much. Thanks to the lovely hotel staff at the reception, in the restaurants and bars (you make the most delicious non-alcoholic pina coladas, original sound from the children :) .. it was wonderful

I found this hotel last minute by chance. I saw it in the morning I got in the morning. firstly the hotel has a very large area. I can definitely recommend this hotel. So the introduction was weaker, when instead of a family room 2 + 2, they gave us a 3-bed room, where it went but a sofa. When I told them that I didn't try to break it down (that's not my job - they said that "room for 4 will prepare", but they only brought bed linen and towels). So in the end they laid it out and put it on us. For the view of the sea they wanted a "tip" of 20 and it is said to be "at a discount" !!! But the rest of luxury. Rooms have older but functional furniture. The beds, floor and toilet are already new. However, the services are perfect. There is an incredible amount of food in the restaurant that is still complementary and truly excellent (like cakes there are whole cakes where everyone can cut how much they want and fruits and vegetables incredibly large). Drinking can be ordered from the staff or at the bar, or you can do it yourself. There are fridges with water bottles everywhere. In-room minibar (Cola, Fanta, beer, water - free of charge) available every day. In-room safe, free again. The hotel has a decent WiFi, too. It's great that they bring beach towels every day to the room, which we throw away into prepared boxes on the beach or by the pool in the evening and go clean again in the morning. On the exclusive hotel beach (so not crowded with people) there are cushioned sun loungers with parasols, also free. Bars are open here until the night (some even until morning - I don't know - I'm already sleeping), and if you have a local "Ultra All Inclusive", all the alcohol, incl. long drinks is also free. The resort contains two hotels, including two swimming pools and twice as many bars. And we can go eat, drink, bathe in the next hotel, they come back here - it's one complex. Which is also great (when we are at our bar / pool, we go next). As an Aquapark there are two slides and one water slide. Nothing spectacular, but enough to entertain both children and adults. Better than nothing. So for the time being, I really enjoy the holiday here and I would like to go here again.
Personally for me the best hotel in Turkey. Family atmosphere, the staff is always friendly, in a good mood and speaks several languages. The area is very well maintained and the food is just delicious. I will definitely come back. Thank your for the nice vacation !

We stayed as a family in July 2019 in Miramare Beach. The price-performance ratio is good for itself. Very disturbing was the evening entertainment of the neighboring hotel Crystal Springs, which lasted some days almost to midnight. Both the entertainer and the music were so loud and so annoying that sleeping was absolutely out of the question (despite closed windows and earplugs). The family room is a normal double room and has nothing in common with a family room. In our room was a double bed and a single bed. Since there were four of us, three had to sleep on the double bed, which was not really comfortable. The note at the front desk has absolutely nothing. The food was varied and there were theme evenings, where the local dishes were offered.
My mother was staying in Miramare Beach hotel in September. She highly appreciated the service (everything was clean, food was delicious, stuff was friendly and helpful). My mother would like to say special words to Maria, kids animator, who was especially caring and friendly. My mother would recommend the Hotel to everyone!
The friendliness of the staff, a quality hotel, good quality food, clean in terms of cleanliness. We came in 2017. We are here again in 2018. I hope it will be a good holiday again. A great hotel for a family. 4 star with a very 5-star hotel stone emerges. The sea is shallow and sandy. Very ideal hotel for children as well. There are various activities available for both adults and children. As for every hotel, this hotel can also be negative for the guests who think. But I'm sure 98% of the guests came back with a positive holiday and a nice holiday.

There were 10 wonderful days, which we were allowed to spend in this hotel. Everything was clean, friendly and the food was top notch. Embarrassing were only a few regulars who behaved impossible. And unfortunately you get the problem with beach chairs reservations not here. But we will come again.

Beautiful holiday with children, grandchildren and friends spent.personal very friendly and accommodating. The only pity is that so many Russians are there most of them can not behave. But otherwise the holiday was very nice and we will book the hotel again.
