I recently had a wonderful experience with a medical service provider. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided me with all the necessary information and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

Absolutely horrendous provider. I was six minutes late for my last appointment and had to wait in line for ten minutes...only for Gail at the front desk, who is incredibly condescending and rude every time and who definitely does not respect the components of HIPAA and confidentiality, to tell me that the doctor had moved on to the next patient. Why was the next patient there 15 minutes into my appointment? Why was I turned away when I was only six minutes late? The medical assistant who drew my blood spent the entire time telling me about how she was overbooked and running late for a meeting where some director or CEO would be and kept checking the clock and complaining about how they always gave her too many patients...even after I blacked out which I have never done during a blood draw before. Unprofessional and inconsiderate staff, poor quality of care, absolutely terrible practice.

Jai Boardway is the best provider i ve ever had, super insightful and she is very nice to talk to.
