Exceptionally poor customer service. Is more like 0 stars! After I didn't reach anyone on the hotline despite long waiting times, I arranged a personal callback via the website. On Friday shortly after the agreed appointment 9:45 am, Microsoft calls me with an automatic hotline After a 3-minute wait, I have still not been put through to a supervisor.
Man should charge them all the effort for making an appointment and writing the problem description online!

I still have an unsolved license problem and cannot continue working. Top!
