We have bought HoloLens and a surface book 2 this past months from Microsoft.
So quite big purchase s.
Turns out the HoloLens was broken.
Took us a while to figure it out, but one of lenses was broken. After a good while they have finally decided that they will fix a defect product.
We also bought a surface book 2. And they managed to send us surface book 1
We didn t se the difference before we bought some usb-c adapters. Non of us in my company had any experience with this products.
They offered to replace the pc, but not al the recourses we used to install all the software.

So 2 of 2 was wrong Microsoft.
And no compensation for our troubles.

Sells products that cannot be installed on their products.
Result: SEK 500 and 3 hours in various telephone and chat queues without the product you paid for. Scams.

Microsoft Norway gave me good support but could not solve the problem. Microsoft USA and their affiliates drove me through 3 hours of waiting in line on the phone and chatting with promises to fix it. Ended up not fixing the problem. Very disappointed with customer service.

First through a perpetual speech lift with push options, and then one customer consultant after another with sharply declining language comprehension. Reached three customer consultants before anyone broke the call. The problem is unresolved.

Lousy service. Without my understanding, I was sent to Microsoft in the United States. Should buy a license for Office 365. It ended up that I am now billed for a product I do NOT want, and a DOMAIN I do not need. BAD!!!

My Offiice 2010 suddenly stopped working today without warning. Have had computer people watch this, but do not get the programs running again. That a purchased item suddenly stops working because support is terminated is on the verge of fraud. Microsoft should take action here. Many who can not or will not upgrade to older machines.

I bought a surface pro2 of microsoft a few years ago. Great machine! Loved everything about it, except the service, the windows updates, the technical issues ..

The issues escalated strongly when I was stupid to accept automatic update to windows 10. Now the surfacen has trouble getting online, it's freezing, the charger has to be replaced several times a year, and when I called Microsoft I was queued in 15 minutes before I just asked to call later and the answering machine switched on by itself. Not queued yet. Thank you for helping the people!

The client manager answered perfectly well and affirmatively to my questions whether it was okay and advantageous to have both Microsoft Essentials and McAffee antivirus software with spyware active at the same time on the same PC. Although one has had hotmail account for over 20 years and suddenly the password is wrong and I try for 10 times to reset and answer fast knox questions etc etc online, there is not enough information ........ ... Calling for help, after 6-8 key selection and talking to this person then the answer is that we can not help and you have not used the account in any month, then it does not go ........ .. I called customer service yesterday. And was first met by a person who spoke very bad Norwegian. Tried to explain to him the problem I was experiencing. He spent a long time and wanted to hear what my problem was. Finally, I was put over since he didn't understand it. Was then helped by a grumpy, arrogant man. Who yells at me if I speak Norwegian?
