Had ordered Punjabi paneer and jeera rice.. I got chicken and rice instead... Imagine serving chicken to a vegetarian.. I am certainly going to take up this issue legally..

Asked for a fruit bowl and the fruit bowl had stale fruits and was dominated by watermelon, tasteless melon and papaya. Some of the pomegranate seeds were brown.

Even though food is not available they display it on SWIGGY if we place order ..they will confirm it and when the delivery boy reaches to pick up the order ...they will say that, order has to be cancelled as that item is not available ..and this particular restaurant people refused to speak to the customer ....worst service ever..

Time killers...

They would make you wait for more than 1 hour for your order, then deliver the incomplete order, then would take more than 1 hour again to deliver the incomplete items.

Also, they wont do anything when you tell them about the incomplete items.

UPDATED REVIEW (one week later): These guys have a serious issue with how they are packing their dishes.....this is now again that my delivery has come with the packaging open and food spilling out. Why are they stuffing so many bowls in to one flimsy paper bag? When these guys are delivering orders on their bikes, they are not being careful and food is getting ruined. I question the hygiene of this place with this issue. They need to figure out some better bagging situation for deliveries.

Previous Review: I am a regular customer of "The Bowl Company", from few days I am noticing that delivery getting worse and worse, they carry the bag on their bike and most of the times the bag splits and it looks like the items get out of the bag, today was the worst day as all the ingredients fell, the guys who delivered did not even inform me that where it fell? is it hygiene or not? it just makes me sick to my stomach paying huge amount of money and getting worse service.

worst f_cking salad ever, I think you just make food for a whole month before hand and put it in oven and give it to us. even my freaking dog is so skeptical about eating your food. I even found spider web in the gravy cap. but guess what you don't even give a f_ck.

This company loots customers in the 'quantity'. I have ordered both mini and regular bowls. Got mini quanity for 'Regular' billed quantity. Please dont get cheated by this restaurant. No wonder food industry is crashing. Wish this restaurant which cheats customer goes bankrupt soon...my worst wishes!

Food is really good,but have to give some importance about the cleanliness in the food preparation area as well as staffs personal grooming. Other than that, the food I ordered has good portion size.The oriental dishes are delicious,also tried continental but oriental cuisine dishes taste well.

Lightening fast delivery, order got delivered within 20 mins. tastes awesome!! reasonably priced. this is going to be my "go-to" place. keep it up!!

Ordered chicken 2 chicken bowl and 1 curry bowl from swiggy but restaurant didn t bother to put lid properly. When delivery guy delivered packet, the entire food was out of boxes due to loose lids . Wasted entire money . Very very bad experience.

Ordered Chefs Madras Curry chicken Spagati. It was only Spagati with butter and 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Taste was pathetic. Not value for money.

A swiggy enterprise. Swiggy's delivery made a mess of our order and then gave a voucher as a 'refund'. When availing the voucher to at the bowl company a half quantity item was delivered and refund was refused. This shows no specific customer service, no priority for food quality and no standards and ethics. As the parent so the subsidary. Both are sharing transaction history obviously. A total violation of data privacy.

Tried the food using Swiggy and it was pretty tasty and healthy. Only "but" was the size. I was hungry after I finished my bowl

Your food was great before that our kitchen is filled with all empty boxes of your food joint .but sadly it is not the same anymore..with respect to taste, quality and quantity..pull up your socks before it's too late #friendly advice

The packing was not at all good. All food leaked into cover. Worst service.

Ordered double egg fried rice. I would rather name it rotten egg fried rice. Too costly though.

Have ordered food online. Tastes good and the quantity is also good.

The Mac and cheese and no cheese. The sauce was floury. The dish was topped with bread crumbs which just adds texture but no taste. Turned out to be a very starchy dish with a very bland and floury taste.

Yum Yum!!!! awsome taste with quality and quantity food. Ordered one peri peri chicken with Corn rice bowl from Zomato and they delivered it super fast. The bowl looked so tempting. Suggest everyone to give it a try its awsome.

They serve good food, but arrogant brats. Seems like the popularity has gotten in to their head. Multiple time we got orders in leaky packaging. Don't serve order on time and multiple times we got wrong or incomplete orders. Ordering through swiggy is a pain as they do not accept orders on time.

The food as well as delivery (including packaging, accompanying cutlery etc.) is quite good. Truly godsend for hotel lodgers in Bangalore.

There is no call numbers to complaint. I ordered item with chicken in it. But there wasn't any chicken. There is no contact provided even in their bill for any redressal.

I think I have a new favorite... ordered Egg and corn fried rice with peri peri chicken... although it was my first from The Bowl Company.. this made sure that I'll be going back to the Bowls until I taste everything on the menu.

I had a craving for some good food at late night. I ordered a chilly garlic hakka noodles and chilly manchurian. It tasted like heaven. Guys do give it a try ! Grab your dish soon. The food looks exactly as it is in the photo.Highly recommended!

Good food, tasty dishes, verity of cuisines and very good discounts over swiggy app. This is my goto place whenever I want to have good Daal-Rice or Paneer-Rice. It is made in a manner that it is good in taste and doesn't have much oil and spices. Specially Daal-MatarPulav. A must try

Outstanding Mac and cheese. right amount of cheese, bake level, a dash of crushed chilli flakes, some nutmeg, hint of parsley . creamy sauce, and delivered piping hot. Delivered under 30 min. Made my day!

Highly disappointed! The taste and quality have fallen far too low but the prices are still quite high. We ordered the peri peri chicken with corn and the butter chicken with jeera rice. They've changed the rice and it was over cooked. It all tasted like old food from the fridge which was over heated in the microwave. Very bad experience, gotta stop ordering from this place.

I had ordered paneer makhani from jayanagar branch ,through Uber eats app...the taste was very bad.Paneer was sour in taste and couldn't be eaten...

After seeing the good reviews about Bowl company,I ordered from Swiggy. Hats off for the on-time 30min delivery. In terms of the quality of the food,the food is not served fresh. The chicken pieces were just microwaved and the taste was average....You can get better food from other restraunts with cheaper price.

Ordered desserts two times. Portion is very less. Just two teaspoons and you finish a dessert which is worth 90 RS. Also ordered Rajma chawal. Too dry and tasteless. Not worth

Best place in swiggy for a healthy and yet tasty meal! Double egg fried rice is just worth for eggetarians although a little expensive but definitely healthy as oil used would be optimum. Brown rice bowls are quite good too. Only negative point is they use plastic bowls.

Had a very bad experience ordering online from this company. It took almost 1.5 hours for the order to reach me when the estimated time was 35 minutes. On top of that, when my mousse arrived it had completely melted. I will probably never order anything from here again.

HORRIBLE STOMACH UPSETTING FOOD!
Yesterday night we ordered food for my family, and all four members in my family got stomach upset, and had to go to toilet multiple times in the middle of the night. It was a terrible experience, all of us having had our sleep disturbed! The food comes in a very good and hygienic packing. All of the bowls are very tasty and worth trying. Mini bowls are just perfect for one. Definitely worth a five start rating.

Ordered power booster chicken salad for home delivery. It was a piece of culinary art. Mixture of rice, lettuce, grilled chicken and boiled vegetables with their signature sauce. It was simply delicious. Presentation left me wondering if their chef was an artist. How am I going to eat normal food again. It won't be a surprise if this restaurant becomes one of top five restaurants in Pune. Keep serving such great dishes.

This company should be in a bowl faster than it is growing, used to be a great company and I had rated it so highly before on other forums, amending my reviews, put this company back in a bowl. An almost 250 buck bowl with no sauce or dip.

Worst delivery I have ever encountered. Waited for one and half hour and then cancelled it. Called them more than 10 times, no response.

I ordered tofu curry with sesame seed topped rice through swiggy. I must say, the tofu was so much sour that I got throat itching. Looks like the tofu was age old. The rice was half cooked too. :(
