Absolutely amazing from outside either inside. Super technological office.

They are now moving in another place, so the main reason could be that this building is away from the city center.

Visited on the occasion of an event, I could see the ground floor. An environment open to the city, thanks to its windows. Few visual filters that - for me - also mean an "attempt" to dialogue with the surrounding environment.

Unfortunately, in Italy we think more about profit and not for service ... serious A company should always maintain its high reputation not only with promises but with facts. I have read hundreds of blogs where other people like me have lost their Outlook account (thousands and thousands in the world) and have not had the chance to recover it, Microsoft (with its "infallible" security system) does not take any account of the the fact that many users move around the world and connect to their servers from other IP addresses and other Internet connections ... the "security system" what it does in this case? recognizes unusual abnormal traffic from other IP addresses and blocks your account assuming it has been hacked ... WOW ... and then? Then they give you the possibility to recover it through a code sent via SMS to your mobile phone, and then? After 3 consecutive blocks and 3 times that this recovery opportunity is given, it is blocked directly without any possibility to regain access (even by filling in the online FORM) and also by contacting them in all possible ways (ie only 2: FORM and phone ). Or if you send too many emails to addresses in the address book for work (a limit), ditto has not specified the account is locked for spam. Microsoft THANK YOU! Your security system is bombproof ... nobody can break your accounts ... Not even a Russian Hacker! Compliments to all of us! You are great geniuses!

If I could assign zero stars I would. My Surface Pro had to be substituted and because I need it for work I had to go through a procedure called advanced exchange, by which they send the client a device and place a hold on their credit card until they receive the defective device. The substitution device they sent was also defective and thus I had to return it. The second substitution device arrived in early December and because I was never sent a return shipping label I started calling them nearly on a daily basis to receive it. Bottom line, a month has passed, I never received a label (despite my two calls per week since receiving the sub device) and I was charged the amount. Noboby seems authorized to send a shipping label for a device that is already part of the return process but for which I don't have the return label (I was told that the one I received with the first sub device was no longer needed it. Now thay are saying I should have kept it to use it to return my defective device). Customer service says they can't issue a second label (or even the first one again), but all they can do is talk to their "superior" and send an email to the tech department who is the only unit authorized to issue such substitution label. In the meantime they themselves complain about the systems they are using. Unbelievable. They say they will call back, and they never do. I wrote the issue on the feedback form for the process, and never heard back. What incompetence. Will evaluate proceeding legally.

Great idea: a completely free-access lounge in which you can work, play and charge your devices. Staff really awesome and nice place inside the Microsoft Italy headquarters.

Products on display old and unprepared staff. I saw a rather interesting keyboard, looking for it on the internet is nowhere to be found, as are most of the PCs on display and tested. The most beautiful thing: you can not take pictures ... you never know that they are copied by Apple!

I have been visiting with other university students. One part is accessible to anyone and allows you to try Microsoft technology. In general it is a modern, clean building with some small home automation introduction. The only activity that is carried out in the building, however, is sales, there are no job opportunities for computer scientists or engineers.
