I'm going to have to deal with technical assistance for an Outlook account lockout unmotivated, we'll see if what you say around these operators is true or not. I guess they won't solve anything (classic Italian attitude), but I obviously hope I'm wrong, for now I put a negative vote, because they don't have a reference email address to write to them directly in case of technical problems, you have to call them.

WOW ... and then? Then they give you the possibility to recover it through a code sent via SMS to your mobile phone, and then? After 3 consecutive blocks and 3 times that this recovery opportunity is given, it is blocked directly without any possibility to regain access (even by filling in the online FORM) and also by contacting them in all possible ways (ie only 2: FORM and phone ). Or if you send too many emails to addresses in the address book for work (a limit), ditto has not specified the account is locked for spam. Microsoft THANK YOU!
