No stars for Microsoft! After a multitude of fraud...

No stars for Microsoft! After a multitude of fraudulent and unauthorised purchases were made using my visa card, I battled for over 2 months to get refunded. Tier 3 customer advisor eventually told me to ask my bank for a charge back. Finally, the stolen money was returned.. Oh dear, MIcrosoft have apparently challenged this with my bank. My bank took back the money Microsoft stole - I, and my 13 year old son cannot eat! Emanuel Poiriet, why are you not responding to my urgent pleas for help? Also, what happened to your manager seeing the reams of evidence of my dreadful treatment at the hands of Microsoft's customer service teams.. No accountability whatsoever. Microsoft will now have to pay compensation for the damage done to my son and my lives.. Oh, and guess what - a FURTHER unauthorised purchase by Microsoft has just occurred. How can this be possible? I am writing to the MD and taking legal action.
