call the support, put on hold for 40 minutes after 3 different referrals, to finally hang up on the nose, and my problem still open. We have the impression that no one wants to work at Microsoft support, or that no one knows how to do anything, it's unbearable. I called back and there I simply waited 10 minutes before giving up since there was no answer anywhere.

Microsoft moved to this new building beginning of October 2018 on the Brussels airport site. Follow P4 parking, offices. Private parking underneath the building. Inform their reception upfront to register your car's license plate, so it will open up the parking garage automatically.

Purchased Forza Horizon 4 for windows and despite this being a microsoft product, it simply doesn't work! already tried all the steps that cause issues ... the demo worked great and my desktop is completely up to date in terms of hardware ... the internet is full of complaints about this game of yours that it doesn't work! please do something about it because according to this step I will continue to do piracy in the future and I will not pay you a cent. if you can't put together your own software on your own operating system, your thieves just don't deserve it ... I am extremely disappointed with microsoft. I have always been the most fervent defender of microsoft against its competitors (windows and xbox in particular). Only that these are objects that self-destruct the day after the end of the warranty. It happened on an xbox360 then on an xbox one and finally on my new xbox one s. On this generation of console I would therefore have to change the console 3 times and paid more than 1000chf of hardware. They again refused my request to guarantee for a week. Know that if you do not make an effort I will buy a used console then I will go very soon to the competition and will never again praise your products.

Microsoft customer service is zero point zero! I have to pay 99 euros for office 365 + 1TB cloud storage.
Shortly after taking this subscription and uploading all my files and photos, Microsoft incorrectly blocks my account. There is no customer service, only chat robots and mail robots.
Can't get my files and photos anymore and Microsoft does nothing.
They do not even respond to emails from Test-Aankoop.
99 euros of wasted money.
With a globally large multinational such as Microsoft, you can expect a decent quality customer service?
No, not with Microsoft.
Taking a subscription to one of their products is child's play. Troubleshooting is impossible.
I will never use Microsoft products again.
I have removed everything from Microsoft from computer and am now working with Linux, Libreoffice and Google Office and Google Drive (cloud storage). All works well and smoothly and costs nothing. Moreover, much better customer support.
