This mall is very convenient right in front of Paya Lebar Station.Beside this mall there's two others mall.The PLQ and Singpost.This place is very popular for many peoples and always very busy.

The road is clean (as Singapore ^^), in the middle of MRT lines, short time to go everywhere

Aside from covid19 , Its still busy with shoppers and diners. Eateries around is average and still a wholesome shopping centre with a supermarket.

This mall is directly connected to the Paya Lebar MRT station at the basement level. Accessible location. The usual stuff you'll find in a mall is here like fastfoods, grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, etc.

A typical neighborhood mall with pretty much similar stores. There are a few unique cafes/restaurants to try out. Not too crowded on weekdays. Conveniently located nxt to paya lebar station. Can pop over to sing post centre if u want more choices of food

The first shopping mall opened a couple of years ago following the opening of the circle line.

An office and retails mixed development serve well with a food court and supermarket at the basement 1.

Directly link to the MRT provide seamless convenient to users to the mall and also office staffs.

Though was a standalone few years back, it is now one of the three shopping malls to provide shoppers with alternative when going round the cluster of shopping centres (S8ngPost Centre and PLQ Mall) including Paya Lebra Shopping Centre.

At d basement is a must for me, in every visit. Guess what ?
The #Chow Court. aka foods to live. Its another well located of our favourite taste buds. From chicken rice, nasi Padang, western and asian diets to fruits n dessert.
