Beginning with the best regular-menu steak in OKC - the Roquefort filet - everything about Mickey's is a steak lover's dream. Not heavily promoted but they also have some of the best seafood in OKC, beyond strictly surf and turf. The sides More

My husband I made reservations for our 31st anniversary, when we showed up - no reservation to be found - we were then rushed into a corner table which would seat 6+ people - nothing cozy like you would expect for such an occasion. When we asked about the two variations of menus we were told one contained the sides and the other ala-cart, our waitress recommended a steak and side from the second menu - well we will not do that again. When we ordered she asked if we would like the house salad - when we hesitated she said it is complimentary (of course we want it then) - the question could have been worded so differently to not sound like we were stupid or cheap for not ordering one - when the plates arrived at the table - my steak was given to my husband (mine was RARE) and I received his (which was supposed to be MEDIUM, mind you she did not ask medium rare or medium well) - needless to say - the steak was extremely small, supposed to be 7oz... barely 3-4 oz if lucky, the side was lobster cartgo - very sweet - and well the portion was misleading due to the bowl it was served in - after dinner we were asked if we would like anything else, when we said no - again we were met with the "stupid and cheap question" of "how about a glass of port wine, its complimentary" REALLY???!!!!!! All this cost us $135.00 + tip - I wouldn't complain except the service was awful, the food misleading and not nearly as good as expected... We will not be going back - OVER PRICED, MINIMAL FOOD, POOR SERVICE FROM START TO END.

Came out to OKC on a business trip and everyone kept telling me I had to have a steak here. We didn't need reservations (it was a Tuesday night) and our party of 8 was seated pretty quickly.
I had the filet mignon, comes with a house salad or soup. I had the salad - it had a tasty dressing. Every steak I've ever had in my life, at best, has just been good. How much different could this be? This was phenomenal. Completely delicious. As a side I had the jalapeno, bacon mac & cheese. Really good with just a little kick.
Yes, this place is pricey but I've never enjoyed a steak like I have here. Totally worth every penny.

Wonderful service and food. I'm a steak snob and I consider this one of the best in the area. I could eat the Lobster risotto every day it's amazing. The house dressing is delicious and great wine menu. This is an upscale place, but I think a lot of people confuse it with The Mantle across the street. You can wear jeans and Polo, or nice shirt and be fine. They will not turn you away!

Great! Wonderful place and also have a closed off bar where you can actually have a cigar or smoke a cigarette, very few places left that still accommodate someone who smokes without making those who dont miserable which is awesome. The food is beyond great. Amazing place.

Delicious steaks, great service! I've been here multiple times, and never had a poor experience. The reason for 4 stars, is they nickle and dime nearly everything. Good example would be tonight, my wife ordered a 10 oz filet, and the waitress offered truffle butter (delicious? Yes!) So my wife agreed, and was served a steak with a little dollop of truffle butter. Prior to, however the waitress asked if we would like a house salad or soup, so of course we agreed. My wife asked for a ceaser over a house, and was served as such. On comes the check... $11 for the ceaser, over the complimentary house salad and soup and what really takes the cake - $15.00 single scoop of butter. $26 for addons that likely should have been $10 between the 2. I could see an upcharge for a ceaser - happy to pay it. I expect to pay for truffle butter if requested. Those charges were too rich for my blood. We frequent The Ranch steakhouse quite often and will keep that as our primary in the metro. Cozier atmosphere, better steaks, no nickle & dimes (not to the extent of Mickey Mantle's, anyway.) All in all - if you've got a smooth few hundred to blow on a steak dinner - go here. Carpaccio appetizer, 2 10oz Filets, mac & cheese & brussel sprouts and 4 drinks =$225. Will I return? Sure! When someone else pays :)

We weren t particularly impressed by Mickey Mantle s. We had a late reservation but from the moment we sat down, we felt rushed by our server. We were in and out within an hour - starter, main, and dessert included - He didn t seem particularly interested in improving our experience and made us feel as though we were imposing. All of our courses were quickly whisked off, oftentimes before we d actually finished eating but we didn t really have the energy to bother with them.

Needless to say, the experience wasn t terrible but it wasn t particularly pleasant either. We did not feel as though the experience was worth the rather high price tag. We both concluded that we could have probably had a meal of the same caliber at Texas Roadhouse at a fraction of the price. I doubt either of us will feel particularly compelled to return any time soon.

As a baseball fan this place hits a home run! When visiting OKC, this was my favorite places to eat. The food is phenomenal, the staff is extremely attentive and I loved everything about this place. Their wine and scotch selection is great and it was awesome to finish my meal with a nice cigar and drink!

Our first time here and it was so great! We had a gift card and the server didn't seem to mind that we were sharing a meal. He suggested a great wine to go with our steak and answered all our questions. Best steak I've probably ever had!

The experience was not what I expected. I ordered my steak medium, and received it medium well. My husband ordered his medium, received it medium rare. His steak was chewy and mine was a tad dry. Plating was not elegant at all. The grilled lime shrimp was awful. The sauce that was used tasted like mayonnaise. Just overall not what I wanted or expected. I'd rather go to my favorite steakhouse and get what I really want at a fraction of the cost. To add, I felt like we were over dressed. I saw people there in t-shirts and jeans. Yikes! It's not that type of restaurant. Just expensive.

I was looking so forward to a great rib eye and have had much better rib eyes for much less bucks. For the place and price, I was expecting the absolute best and in my opinion, it wasn't even close. Hope it was an off night with an inferior quality of beef.

A great place to go! Food is excellent and the steaks especially. Steaks are around 40 - 60 dollars each and include a house soup of the day or a salad. Sides are A La Cart and range from 5 - 15 dollars.

Regarding the staff, first class and very helpful. The Valet parking is great and VERY convenient but if you plan to party afterwords park in pay parking lot which ranges between 5 and 20 dollars but you can keep your care there till around 2 AM no problems. For an after dinner drink go to the piano bar (10 $ entrance fee) and have a great cocktail, they have nice tables for to in the back of the Piano bar up by the bar, the tables face the piano man and are high stools or sit down below and get a table if thats more your style.

Back to Mickey Mantels dress is business casual appropriate in my opinion but it is OKC OK so you could get away with less than that with no problem. I just prefer the business casual look.

This place is reasonable for a high end stake house so I do give it 5 stars which is rare, the location is impeccable, the food superb, valet is conevenient, food is always great and the place has a wonderful vibe of polite and professional guests. Hit the place around 6 - 630ish is my favorite time to visit. If you prefer not to go out afterwords cozy up to the bar in the center of the resturant and have your night cap. Cheers all and I hope you enjoy

This place is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I came here for our first date, the night we got engaged and now we come for all our special occasions. The food is amazing and I can't say enough about the wait staff!!! We love the lobster cargo and they have the BEST speak in Okc. My only complaint is that it is too far for us to come more often. Thank you all for every special moment!!!!!!!

MM's is a very expensive restaurant and you'd expect 5 star service and quality of food for the price you pay. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our waitor was quite uninformed and had a terrible sales spiel. The cost of the food was outrageous and everything I had that should have had lemon in it (Lobster risotto, seabass and lobster bisque) was lacking it. I had to hunt down the wait staff to request it.

Probably one of the best "gourmet" restaurants of OKC. Against this is haute cuisine in the American style, so not necessarily very subtle. The quantity is more present than the quality, but the latter is more than correct. Some dishes are amazing, like breaded asparagus and dripping sauces that go back to 500 calories asparagus .... Perfect home. Very high prices.

Pretty expensive, but the food was great. The service should have been better for the amount it cost for us to eat there. Could have just been the night, though. I have been here a couple other times when it was full of people and had great service. The filet mignon was absolutely perfect in flavor and texture. Highly recommend medium rare prep.

I and Natacha would like to extend our thanks to you and the whole Mickey Mantle Steakhouse team for a very good service you gave us. We had a wonderful wedding celebration and we recognize your contribution.
We all liked your place and staff assigned to our event. Food was excellent, cleanness, ambiance, to sum up everything was great.
One of my best men is getting married this summer and he decided to use the same service because you are excellent. Thanks for everything, you and your place gave us good memories and hope to be back for dinner one day.

Stars are earned, not given. I loved the food, but our server was difficult to understand (slurred his words, maybe intoxicated, not sure). This is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review.

The food was excellent, I must say.

We started with the Lobster Bisque. It was creamy and luxurious, the flavor was so rich and it was just about perfect.

We were a party of 4 and all had the bone in filet. The cut was great, everyone's came out perfectly, and mine tasted amazing.

I hope our server was just having an off night. We'll definitely be back to find out!

Was an amazing experience in Bricktown. The only downside was the fire alarm going off and they ended up closing early. Not great for your Friday night experience closing. Food was amazing, drinks were good, and our bartender/ server Frank was one of the best ever.

We were greeted with the valet. There was a 10 dollar charge for parking. The restaurant has a rather eligant decor and is relatively quiet. Our server was excellent and knew the menu by heart. I ordered the filet which was cooked the way I ordered. The flavor was excellent. We ordered mushrooms as a side and they were equally delicious. All in all a excellent experience.

Always good. One very small complaint is they always over cook my steak. I never say anything because it's still delicious and tender and I don't mind finishing it. From medium too well done does change the flavor however. I actually nevermind I well done steak as long as it's tender and tasty.
