Allegro Pediatrics (formerly Pediatric Associates, Inc.) Review

Dr. Zubair is great! We love having her as our boys Dr. She takes time to listen and doesn't try to push you through.

We've been going to Allegro Pediatrics since our 8-year-old was born. The staff is wonderful and the doctors always take the time to listen. We usually see Dr. Claudson, but have also seen other great doctors at appointments.

Dr. Taylor was amazing with our daughter who is terrified of going to the doctor. She made her so comfortable.

Great and friendly staff. I was able to see the doctor on the same day when called to make an appointment for sick child.

I took my newly born daughter to Allegro Sammamish for first visit. Dr. Zubair helped to examine the baby. She is very nice and patient, provided many advices on nurturing baby.

Nurses are good too, gentle to the baby and responding quickly to your requests.

Overall I would recommend this pediatrics.

No disappointment every time!! Dr. Claudson is awesome and great staff team!! Convenient locations and appointment times, I really have nothing negative to say!

Brand new facility is super spacious and beautiful! Friendly front desk and no wait time which is great! Dr. Brunner is wonderful-- she's incredibly attentive with a refreshing sense of humor, she spoke directly to my 11 year old asking questions and listening to what she had to say. She took her time, was very thorough and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Very pleased with this practice and would highly recommend!

We've been going to Allegro Sammamish since our son was born 15mos ago and have had a great experience. Always friendly at the front desk and on the phone. The nurse line is super convenient on the weekends when you have questions but aren't sure about needing an appt. Nurses in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient (especially nurse Bethany!). Would also highly recommend Dr Claudson- our son smiles when he sees him. :)

I travel hours from another state each time my kids need to see the doctor. I would not go anywhere else. The care, knowledge and love make it all worth the trip. Dr. Brunner and staff are the best.

Love it here! All the nurses and doctors are so amazing and kind with my kids. As a mom of 4 I really appreciate how fast we get in and out.

Wonderful set of nurses and doctors. New building is great. Very spacious. Parking is a little tricky, watch for the signs. Construction still going on around and in building.

Great doctors but disorganised office staff with total disrespect to patients time and poor communication between doctors and front desk. Made an appointment 6 months ago for my 2 girls annual . Arrived on time and after waiting for 20 min was told ( after asking ) that they had an emergency and I can reschedule. Of course emergency can happen . It would have been helpful to be notified rather than left to wait . No appointments were available for a month with the scheduling challenges of beginning of school year . Was eventually taken into the doctor s office just to be left there for another 30 min with no one in sight . Had to basically take my kids and leave after waiting for over an hour with no appointment.

Thank you Hannah for responding I appreciate this . It would be really helpful if you could also address the phone wait time for trying to schedule an appointment. My 1 year old needs to see a doctor and I have been on hold for over 20 min to try and speak with someone.

The Allegro Pediatics Sammamish office is staffed by the kindest, friendliest office staff around. Their medical assistants are patient & caring. They run on time but never make you feel rushed. Absolutely THE BEST pediatricians in the area - our family has been lucky to see the amazing Dr Stephanie Brunner for years. She s just the best!

We have been going here for years. Great staff. However, when Pediatric Associates changed to Allegro Pediatrics the hold times to schedule appointments have been horrible! I've had this happen on numerous occasions and today I've tried calling three times only to be on hold for 15 minutes or longer. At work I have no privacy so I have to step away from my desk to call. I then end up waiting until I have to leave for my next work meeting. The call back option doesn't work for me because of this. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. As I write this I've officially been on hold for 20 minutes. I will have to look into other places to take my kids as I just can't rely on them anymore.

Nice doctors. Nice staffs. Easy and convenient to make same day appointment.

We love Allegro Pediatrics. All of the doctors are great.

Great experience as usual, doctors are very knowledgeable, confident, and informative. Really put our heart at ease, would recommend to anyone with children.

Long wait times. Spent 40 mins to hold for getting an appointment and called again. They should have multiple lines if they are so busy!!

We love Allegro pediatrics! I've been taking my girls to Dr Brunner (Sammamish office) since they were babies. They are now teenagers. Dr Bruner is great! She always talks "to" them, not over them. She is kind, smart and patient. We never feel rushed. The front desk staff are all very friendly and the triage phone RNs are all awesome- very responsive and helpful!

My kids have been going here since babies and they are late teens now. We've always found the best service, care, friendliness etc and will be sad to graduate as adults!

Allegro Pediatrics always has friendly, helpful and fully competent staff. Nurses and doctors always take time to listen to our concerns and questions.

Dr. Bruner was fantastic! My kids thought she was very nice and I was impressed with her bedside manner and thoroughness!

Was overall good. Didn't get a diagnosis but good tips and referred to an ENT ...

Love these pediatricians! The dr took time with us and listened to me.

It took 40 minutes for anybody to come and take my TWO stitches out. A process which lasted about 1-2 minutes max wasted about one hour of my time.

Dr. Claudeson and the nurses on staff are very warm, patient, and knowledgeable. We have loved our experience bringing in our newborn son so far and look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

Easy to get an appointment and always personable pediatricians. I have been in to see four of the doctors at various times with my son and it has always been helpful and easy!

Text reminders on time, once online check in is done we can see doctor almost immediately. It was that fast. Everyone seemed really nice.

I went to this place for regular check up of my son. Before appointment I gave my insurance details and specifically asked that please check my insurance and let me know if there are any charges for visit. One regular check up is free and they verified with my insurance. I do not have any complaint with doctors but with the billing, to my surprise i got a bill from the lab. As it turn out Allegro did not send the tests to correct lab which was covered by insurance. This is totally their billing fault. Called them i can say infinite times, But they are not owning up the their mistake!!! Now I am left with no option but to get defaulted on this bill. I irony is, I have no where to go, there is no Government agency where I can go and put my complaint !!! Plz let me know if there is any agency, where I can file complaint and someone can listen to me. I would recommended to stay away from this provider. Imagine you have a billing problem which is caused by them and then you end up paying ?? In my case it is small, what happens if it is big??

I have been taking my two daughters to Dr. Zubair for past six months and I am very satisfied with her and her staff's service. Dr. Zubair is very kind and patient with our questions and concerns and provides thorough answers. One time my daughter went in for a broken toe nail and she immediately directed us to the emergency and also gave us the name of the doctor there after speaking to the staff there. This saved the nail in time time to grow back properly.

All staff is friendly and helpful. Nurses and doctors take time to make sure all your questions and concerns have been addressed. They are always up to date on information to help you.

Bad experience, stay away. My son got sick, with stomach flu symptoms, which led to body dehydration and weakness. I took him to ER for IV hydration, and while passing through Allegro, decided to try to see a doctor if such available, which I thought would speed up ER things. In the lobby, the nurse did not let me to see the doctor, did not check up my son, and told us to leave because they would not recommend IV hydration. With no any explanations, she almost screamed at me. To be clear, we did not go any further from registration desk.
It that was not bad enough - 2 weeks later, I received a bill from them for over $300!!! I disputed the charge. Some time later, I called them to make doctor appointment and was told that they terminated my son's account and will not schedule.
All that sucks because actual doctors there were quite good.

I have been taking my daughter here for 18 years. The front desk is fabulous and has repeatedly bent over backwards to help accommodate difficult requests. Nicest, friendliest people at the front of any people I know. I have seen several different doctors everyone of them is kind, knowledgable and sympathetic. I'm a 60 year old man and I wish they could be my doctors. You're lucky you found them.

Dr Claudson is great and they ve recently implemented online scheduling so I can bypass their phone system which has been known to take forever and a day.

Dr. Zubair has been my children's pediatrician for 12 years. She and everyone else with Allegro is extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Dr Weigel was very nice and the overall experience was good.

Friendly staff. Appointment started right on time. Was given the option of two different rooms for two kids which was appreciated and it wasn't assumed since they were siblings they were comfortable sharing a room.The doctor made the kids feel comfortable cracking jokes. Healthy kids and both were done in 30min..no corners cut. Definitely would recommend Allegro Pediatrics.

Great location, great staff, doctors and nurses. We have always had the best care at Allegro. The doctors have always been caring, attentive and informative. I ve called the nurses on the phone numerous times and they are always so helpful. The previous Sammamish and Pine Lake locations were awesome, but now with Pine Lake moving to Issaquah, the Sammamish location is busier and slightly more difficult to get same day appointments in, but I still recommend Allegro, and it s Sammamish location. We have also been to the Issaquah and Redmond locations and liked the doctors there.

Allegro is great! It s a good location with excellent staff. Dr. Tham is incredibly nice and intuitive. She also answers questions calmly and makes us comfortable. So glad to have Allegro for our little man s care.
