Visiting on business and decided this would be a good stop. The service was great, but the food was sub par. The soup was overly salted, and the sea bass was nothing to write home about.

Steak was great everything else was awful. Oyster weren't shucked correct and had shell pieces. The lobster bisque was terrible. Waiter was horrible. He kept trying to upsell wine. He removed entree plates before everyone in party was done with entrees. He then also brought check to table before everyone was done eating. He didnt even asked if we were done or wanted anything else. Wouldnt recommend.
Wonderful dining experience. Nice atmosphere, great coctails, high end cuisine! Would recommend it. Great waiter at the bar, not so good at the dining room, a short haired woman, who was very aloof, almost neglectful. Talked to people at the next table about 15 minutes, discussing every details of her private life while we where sitting there with our dirty dishes to be cleared off. Very unprofessional!
The food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Paul, he needs a personality and better attitude and manners. Had we not already ordered we would have left. So, my recommendation is definitely eat here but ask for someone other than Paul!
Two years in a row for our anniversary dinner, hopefully will continue on the tradition! Awesome food and great atmosphere!
Mashed potatoes and creamed corn were wonderful. Steak was amazing!
Great food and service. Typical high class and quality steak house. Ordered the mesquite smoked filet and was extremely pleased. Will go back and I highly recommend this place.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my 10 month old daughter, her father and myself. The food was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and our time there.
The water smelled like mildew. Waiter and food was excellent.
Classy place! Love the wait staff, our waitress was very helpful and full of knowledge.
We were a group of 9 on a Sunday evening, restaurant wasn't too busy. Service was excellent. Most of us had the filets, very good but not the best I have had. I had 2 cocktails and a 7 oz filet with a side of signatures sauces...after tip my bill was $75.00. Loved the house dressing for the side salad!!
Bar none one of the finest steakhouses in the United States. The crab cake is tall and delicious. Sweet crab paired with a divine sauce. I would also recommend the lobster cargot. I love the Roquefort filet. The sauce is simply perfect. The wine list is spectacular. Service incredible. 11/10!
Third time is not a charm. I often travel to OKC for business and keep hoping that their service and quality of food will improve. It must be a restaurant policy to ignore their customers and hope for the best. Terrible service and average food. Perhaps it s good for OKC but it doesn t cut the mustard anywhere else.
Very fine dining, fantastic food and service. Top notch very classy
The food here is delicious. A little pricey but worth it
I've traveled the USA far and wide and haven't found any place that holds a candle to Micky Mantles . Now I'm not saying that there isn't other fabulous steak restaurants out there because there are many. But If I had to choose my last meal, it would be Micky Mantles !!! Wonderful ambiance, 5 star service and staff.
We had a wonderful experience. The staff very knowledgeable about the menu. The tenderloin was excellent and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was pleasant.
My fillet was excellent, however my friends bone in fillet was only average. Lobster tail was below average. Side dishes were also excellent and the atmosphere along with the drink selection are superb.
I'm writing to give 5 stars because the place had amazing service. I ordered a prime cowboy ribeye steak and it was really not the greatest I've had honestly, but it was cooked perfectly. The flavor was there, the quality of the cut was just poor. Besides that, the lobster cargot and the mashed potatoes were right on point. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot, because it may have just been that steak in particular that was flawed.
Service was very slow. Steak was definitely overpriced
Always great food, and service. Their Happy Hour is the best!! Great place for meeting with friends having a drink, in a really nice place. The Bar area.
Great cuts of meat, terrific sides and very polite and knowledgeable staff. This is what "dining" is supposed to be like. Great craft beer options, and some desserts you can't turn down.
Outrageous pricing for absolutely mediocre food. Service was fine, but I would never entertain coming back.
Always a pleasure visiting here. Paul is my favorite waiter. He always recommends the best.
I had the peppercorn steak and wow was it amazing. Juicy, tender, succulent steak. So soft and moist. I had it with the clam chowder which was equally amazing.
We we're visiting from Texas and tried to go to this place at 10:13 and we're denied a table because they closed at 11 . Very disappointed we will not ever be going
Best steaks in town! Service was over the too! Great job guys!!
Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The staff was helpful and kind. It has a cool interior. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
Great dinner and the staff are very attentive and friendly. I ll eat here again!
Best place to eat. Friendly stuff and the valet was 5 stars. Love it!!!
Excellent experience and food! Nothing bad to say about this place
it was so tasty. looking forward to returning with my friends. food is like a restaurant in jacksonville i liked.
honestly my favorite evening place. looking forward to a return visit. it has a nice interior. reminds me of a cafe in chicago i liked to visit.
They're one of the best in town. Can't be any better than the bar. Food was fantastic
Had the 4 course sampler and it was fabulous.
Choice of crab cakes(1st), french onion soup (2nd), lamb chops (medium rare) with brussel sprouts(3rd), and vanilla ice cream(4th).
Magnificent experience. Wonderful cuisine and world class service
I love this place. Great food and cigars. I wish we had one in Dallas
Last nite Was our first visit to Winstar casino. We didn t think about making dinner reservations prior to the concert. The nice folks at Mickey Mantles squeezed us in and Arron took great care of us. Filet was cooked just right, crab cake was off the hook. We will go back again and ask for Arron. He s a pro!!!
Excellent food and wonderful service provided by all staff members.
GREAT experience. There were 6 of us and we ordered the ribeye special for July. We all had amazing steaks, except for my sister. Her steak was nearly all fat instead of lean meat - but the kitchen cooked her a new steak! The manager, Matt, was amazing and very accommodating. On top of that - the manager gave us a free dessert!! Great wait staff as well. The macaroni, corn, mashed potatoes, cream spinach and potato crusted calamari were all very wonderful. The berry sangria was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place - we will definitely be returning.
Had a great meal last night. Celebrated my sisters birthday last night. I got a cold smoked fillet which was amazing. If you brussel sprouts this is a must for a side they are delicious.
Excellent restaurant. Top notch food and very good service. Like elsewhere in the vacinity, parking cost ($10).
My husband and I frequent Mickey Mantles about once a month. It's a treat to ourselves to get away from the hustle and bustle of our lives. We go, listen to the music, have some drinks, with an appetizer or two. My personal favorite is Baked Herb Boursin Cheese. Then enjoy food from their wonderful menu. From the Rib Eye to the Crab legs or the Lobster Tail. All of it has been delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and wonderful. The wait staff has always taken great care of us. We will definitely revisit.
Wonderful steak selection, also great for date night.
I was there for a meeting I was invited to. I'm glad I was not paying for the food. We were in a group so the menu was set for us. I wish the salad was a choice I see all the good reviews for the wedge salad. We were given the toss salad and all of the dressing was goopy and hard to get on the rest of the lettuce. The steak was little flavor, and the broccoli had no flavor. And the cheesecake should have had some topping or flavoring on it to enhance it. I'm certain I would not go back after I had that dinner.
New York strip was outstanding, however paying $9 for two shrimp on top of said steak but I get it, bricktown pricing
Good place for before and especially after Thunder games. Four stars is low for a place I really like, but The Mantle (so similar name) is a block North and is especially fantastic. This place has a good open bar separated from dining right when you walk in the door. It's got great food and a large inviting bar area to accommodate game crowds, and is always very clean and upscale. One of my favorites in Bricktown.
Decent but pricey steaks. There are free appetizers in the bar during happy hour. Cigarette/cigar smoking allowed in the bar area, which is somewhat annoying unless you want to do that. Service is prompt, and the menu is large. It's across from the Dodgers Triple A baseball park, so you will get traffic there prior to games. The bar is a decent place to people watch, as long as you don't mind some smoke.
The crab cake was fantastic, that lemon butter sauce made the dish. The shrimp cocktail was good but the shrimp kind of tasted like it was fresh out of bag of precooked frozen shrimp.
We had the seabass with lobster risotto, the seabass was unevenly cooked with parts under and parts overcooked. The risotto was just a touch overcooked but on the whole was very nice.
The waiter Kyle however must have been new. He was unsure of the wine menu and when we asked for a suggestion for a dry white, he took 5 minutes looking at the iPad menu they have. We asked what the specials of the day we're and he listed off everything on the iPad "specials" as his favorite.
Best steaks we have ever had. Awesome service and atmosphere. Will be back each time we are in town.
The absolute best service we've ever had at a restaurant! Money has been really tight in our family recently. I had to switch jobs which ended up taking almost 2 months with no pay, a big ice storm forced our family of 5 into a hotel for a week, hundreds of dollars in groceries ruined because of the power outage, etc. For my wife's birthday we got a hundred dollar gift card to Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse. We thought awesome, we can have a nice night out even though money has been so tight and we can cover the extra cost. My wife ended up ordering something she didn't like, no mistake of the chef, and the waiter could tell. They told her, "we'll get you something different, let me bring you the menu, we want you to have something you like." She tried to keep what she ordered, but they wouldn't hear of it. When my food came out I said "didn't this come with potatoes?" The waiter immediately say "no, but i'll get you some." Again when I tried to say it was fine, they wouldn't hear of it. They stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal multiple times. After such good service I honestly didn't want to pay the majority of the bill with a gift card, but we had no choice. When the receipt came back they had given us a further discount even after seeing the gift card. It really meant alot to us to be treated so well when we've been struggling like this. I highly recommend Mickey Mantle's!
Food was excellent and the service was above and beyond!
Had a group of 7 for a 71st birthday. Everything was excellent. Service ,food ,everything was great.
Great service and wonderful food! It s definitely on the upper end of dinning so be prepared for a high dollar check! But we ll worth it!
The Bass was perfect. The Wedge Salad was delicious too!
This place is amazing! Great service, drinks, and food! This is my first trip here and I wish we had one in Jacksonville Florida! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I sat at the bar. The first thing you need to know is that smoking is allowed in the bar. The night I was there it was mostly cigar smokers, so it didn't bother me. It is a high dollar restaurant, so I expected my steak to be cooked properly. It was cooked to perfection. The sides are quite large. If you are on a date, consider sharing a couple of sides. Overall it is a great dining experience.
Honestly, one of, if not the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. Our waiter Max was very polite and took care of us.
When I was a kid, Mickey Mantle is my hero. He was from Oklahoma, and he played for the New York Yankees! When I went to New York, the first place I wanted to go was to Mickey Mantle's restaurant there in downtown Manhattan. And lo and behold, when I got back, what did I see but one in downtown Oklahoma City! I thought I had died and gone to heaven!
Great food Great people Great service what else can be said
You absolutely need to eat here if you're in OKC.. Amazing!
We always sit at the bar, the service is incredible. We have ordered most of the menu and nothing has disappointed. They have the best happy hour, my steak is always perfect medium rare, and no matter how busy they are you are treated like the only customer there.
Service was fantastic. My cowboy ribeye was incredible. The onion rings are delicious!
Fantastic service and food. This is the 16 ounce Texas Wagyu rib-eye locally sourced from the Rockin HD Ranch in Oklahoma. Perfectly prepared with mixed vegetables and tequila shrimp. This place has the feel of an old-time speak-easy reinforced by the occasional hint of cigar smoke in the bar. Take your time, relax, and take it all in!
Best steaks in OKC. Incredible menu all around. I was pleasantly surprised by their bourbon selection as well.
