Employees were pleasant and everyone seemed to be doing their best in light of the recent health concerns.

a place that could be better. how bad is it casino, restaurant. what a pity

This place is 90% machines with one small room for poker tables. No roulette tables, no craps tables, and no blackjack tables. I'd give 2 stars except the bar upstairs sells Yuengling for only $3.50.

Great place to throw away your money. On a serious note i did win 150 dollars The second floor is where the action is at . Live music great place to chill after hours, and dance. If you feel hungry ,they have a buffet. I honestly enjoyed Bravo Italian restaurant on the second floor . No smoke smell .! Our waiter was so attentive Mitrie she was super super nice. The food was delicious. Love the lasagna also the chicken Parmesan is the best I ve tasted. And the chef was amazing he came out to greet us. Their pi acolada is delicious!! They are generous with the food portion. Outside at the dome they occasionally have viewings of PPV fights. I ve Been to a couple of them and had a wonderful time. Definitely would go back!

Didn t really enjoy. Cigarette smell is horrific. The scent hits you as soon as the doors open.

Bad!!! Slots are tight if they work. won't take your card or money slips. will only take cash when you cash out your money tickets the money redemption machine doesn't give you all of your money back reported problem to office to no avail. money machine was not shut down continues to steal everybody's money. was told if I returned next day we will have our money. won't go back for any reason. BAD!! TO STEAL MONEY!!!

Nice place but the gaming area is super stinky smoke smoke smoke. The buffet on the second floor was ok

As bad as it can be. I would not go there ever again. Not all the slot machines are open so is like impossible to win.

Did nit have alot of choices for games. And the prices on the items they were selling was really skyhigh. Also since it was Indian day.you think the miccosukee Indians would have there own dancers. Shm

Really not too impressed. I have been here on two different times within a month. The exterior of the place is becoming dated. As far as the slots gaming. It has a lot to be desired. With rampant game glitches, minimal payouts and machines that are down. I doesn't have a real flair or appeal. I believe it is more of a cash vacuum. I may give it another try in another month but on the other hand, i may try another casino in the area.

Lost of fun. A lot of machines to gamble with. Very smoky though so avoid if you can't handle it

This is a beautiful Resort, my hotel room was a nice size, very neat and clean. I left my: black boots and in the closet a black over night bag with a 2 piece off white pants set in the bag. I called the hotel 2 day's later the ask about these items. The man that I spoke called housekeeping to ask was any items logged in ? He was advised, no. So, I then told the man: so, it's my word against your housekeeper ( in other words: if they like the items they found (they can keep them).

Great place for late night drinks and gambling. Smell of smoke is strong, but still a comfortable atmosphere

Want a good meal? Bring it cause all they do here is heat food.

When you check in. . Better know where to go, cause they dint explain, nor have time to. .. too busy looking at phones. Oh. And I was checking in. .. they had to MAKE a call. ...before checking me in.

Maybe miccosukee means no usa, no service.

Clean and nice food is good I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here.

I found this place to be like a smoking heaven for sigaret smokers and a hell for non smokers like myself, couldn't even breath, I didn't last 5 minutes had to get out besides being a sad place for gamblers to lose their hard earned money is a cancer infected place so... no don't recommend it for those who live a healthy life style.

Great night out with friends. A little off the beaten path.

Spent a couple hours playing on the nickle and quarter slot machines. Location is heat, they keep fresh air in the rooms so it's not so smokey. It's a casino so of course I lost a couple dollars. All and all its a nice place just be wise as you walk in and down go broke!

They charge for Wi-Fi. Allow smoking indoors. And they charge $10 per hour for a kids area that has about 10 arcade games from the 80s, but only 3 work. Breakfast buffet was good.

I don't gamble. Stayed overnight. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is very slow. Buffet is acceptable but cheap

If you check in during shift change, get prepared to wait. We had good service and room was clean and comfortable.

Great room but As a non smoker in a non smoking room it still smelled like Smoke.

Three of us ventured in for a bite to eat and decided to go for the buffet.
On our way out of the casino, we donated a few hamiltons to the slot gods...

I want to add that being an ex-smoker and walking into the casino I now realize how non smokers feel about the smell of smoke...I'm not gonna whine about it though because this is America and those that wanna smoke have the right.

Stayed overnight in RV geat place to gamble and outstanding breakfast

It was my first time here. I was surprise by the very good and affordable prices here, sadly the casino have very strong cigarette smell.

The gaming area isn't better than other casinos in south Florida, the carpet isn't clean, it smells unpleasant. The only thing is that beer is cheap.

the slot machine all I did was swallow money didn't get pay off at all or nothing lost

My family enjoys the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. If my kids aren't hungry my wife and I leave the kids downstairs in the supervied playgrounds and activities area. While not huge the few slections are tasty. My favorite is the prime rib. Prices are good. I have always enjoyed my visits and will continue to come back. Go check it out.

All staff very accomodating and friendly. Secure rv overnight parking.

Exec chef took time from his busy schedule to greet and make sure we were happy with the food quality...top shelf VIP treatment, we'll be back!

Everthing was great .. only thing the coffee was cold .. and the waiter was slow. I know its a buffet but everything eles was great!

Breakfast is a little to expensive for a buffet $$18 ,,they dont have a lot variety but for a place that I have to standing to get my own meal it is expensive!! I could get a good breakfast for less

I went to the restaurant and the service, the food and the place was excellent. I'm very satisfied with everything.

Casino and venue were a bit outdated looking but staff was accommodating.

I stayed at the hotel. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She wouldn't let me talk she just kept interrupting me . Just down right disrespectful . I believe her name was Luby . I'm always staying there and that just left a bad taste . I will NOT be returning .

The price on drinks have spiked up! I ordered two titos and two tequila shots and it was $69.00! Plus they had crab leg Fridays and now that's done. The buffet wasn't even open! I won't come back here no more! It's worth the ride to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino!

So freaking mad when I got here!!! Not a casino AT ALL!!!! Slot machines ONLY!!! Stay away!!! SCAM!!!

We stopped in for a couple of hours for some gaming on the way back to Ft Lauderdale. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Payout was comparable to other casino games I've visited. I was pleased to find that they give you $30 free play when you sign up for their players card. I would definitely visit again.

Great hotel the only thing is the mattress are a not comfortable

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was excellent, even at the price. The Casino was a little disappointing to me, it only has slots and live table poker. It doesn't have the virtual games other casinos in the area have.

It's just ok. They have 2 to 3 of the same games. I made a little money back. Don't know if I'll go back.

The music is LOUD from the club on the second floor. You can hear it from almost any room making it about impossible to sleep if you go to bed before 2AM. Nothing is done well here. I dropped my sd card under the bed. Guess what I found - A dead bug and a pair of womens underwear. I woke up to housekeeping banging on my door even though i had the DND sign up. So after ignoring it for a minute I get a call...they need me to open the door so I can sign my checkout paperwork? I think to myself that is crazy since I already paid for the room, but whatever I tell her to hang on while I put some clothes on and she hangs up. Not a "ok" or anything, so I know now that she's mad at me... I answer the door and she hands me a receipt with room service charges telling me to sign. I know I'm half asleep but pretty sure I would remember ordering room service. So of course I say that I didn't order anything. Now she's even more mad and says "sir it says right here room 326". I tell her this is room 526 and she walks off in a huff. So now I'm up 2 hours early after getting almost no sleep because of the music... I wouldn't even bother mentioning this in a review as it's a specific problem to one specific person. But I do mention it because something like this happens every single time I go here. And yeah i go here about twice a year. It's kind of fun mixing with the local cubans. They are nice and sure know how to have fun. So i do recommend this place for a 1 night getaway if your from around the area, but dont expect much from the hotel or it's employees.

You do get what you paid for I guess. Front desk is not very friendly. No free Wi-Fi. Bathroom is like a public restroom...
