Great reception for platinum member. Staff members are happy to help but seem overwhelmed by the number of guests.
Rooms have recently been refurbished. It's a good hotel if u have a short layover in London. Nothing much close by except for the McDonald's across the street.
Its a good hotel but probably better to pay the little extra and stay at Sheraton Skyline
Reception was courteous. Facilities were good. Breakfast had lots of choices.
Since the renovation the rooms and corridors much improved. For the price when booking ahead well worth it. Tip : if more than one person use taxi prebooked to the terminals. Quick, comfortable and worth the bit extra.
The Hidden gem of Heathrow airport hotels! Par excellent customer service both at the front desk and at the onsite Orchid Restaurant! Recommend spending a bit extra for the Club Lounge Access located to the left after you enter the Orchid for that extra touch. Rock solid reliable hotel wi-fi!!! It does not disappoint!
Anyone who knows me, knows the value I place on customer service. This hotel does not disappoint. Every member of staff from reception through to bars and restaurant were outstanding. They were all very helpful and friendly on every occasion. Restaurant was very good for dinner with a range of reasonable choices. Furthermore the parking lot is easy to access. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom was particularly clean and well appointed. Nothing like some of the squeaky, plastic pods found in other hotel chains. Totally recommended.
Even though the place is very simple and basic, I appreciate that the staff try their best to compensate with good customer service. Even during hours, when you know they must be tired, they still make efforts to smile, ask you if you're doing ok and if there's anything they can help you with.
Nice people, room was nice size, room had sm window & view only of roof vents. Nice shower, no tub
Very comfortable beds and clean all around. Lovely staff. Can't fault it.
The rooms are modern and quiet, while the restaurant is surprisingly good. As always, the Sheraton bed and pillows reign supreme over most others in the hotel's price range. Also, the hotel is located within walking distance to a large park that has lots of exercising trails. The national express bus line runs to the hotel, but it was slow and inconsistent. A taxi might be a better way to get to the hotel.
Always a pleasure staying at the Sheraton. Great service and amenities. Sheraton Heathrow is no exception.
Stayed overnight before flights to USA with parking really good deal genuine 5 star hotel and staff. The evening meal in the restaurant was really good. The room very modern and super clean. Super king size bed really comfortable. Will stay here every time when flying from Heathrow.
Hotel is under renovation. As such, accommodations are not up to standard.
Spent the night as a result of a two day conference. The room had plenty of space and was clean. Lunch and dinner were buffets with a good selection to choose. Most importantly, there was a near constant supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and fruits during the day. I remember another London hotel where they refused to replenish the depleted stock!
Aside from comments that the area isn't exactly to sing for and I didn't pay so can't comment about the cost, I'd recommend the place.
Although the hotel is so close to the airport, it is comparatively quiet. The breakfast is however below level with little choice ...
Recent and ongoing renovations have caused me to revise my review. The updates are all for the better. I particularly liked the USB charging ports in the guestrooms. Breakfast is still ho hum, but the moldy look and smell are gone.
Newly renovated but still feels old. Shuttle costs 5 pounds and takes 30 minutes. For 5 pounds or 30 minutes you can make it to central London. WiFi unreliable. Staff doesn't recognize spg status. There's a McDonald's and gas station very close by though
Recently renovated and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff Good food quality. Breakfast very varied and of good quality.
GFood not to good
The pie had been warmed in microwave
Check in takes 5 minutes per person, so could be 10-15 minutes if there is a line. Shuttle to the airport costs 5 pounds and takes 40 minutes due to the number of stops (although brochure says 20 minutes). The lounge is minimal, really an open seating area, with no additional food or beverages.
Difficulties about prepaid rate so I had to come to reception again to clearing things. Rooms very nice, lounge only serves between 18:00-20:00 food and alcoholic drinks which is below standard
Great venue, we stayed for a wedding and the staff couldn't do enough to help
It s not like how it is in the pictures, room is not as advertised, broken outlets, lights didn t work and they made a mistake with our reservation and almost had nowhere to say
If I could give more stars I would. My mom and I came down with a nasty stomach bug at the end of our trip and we were booked here for 3 days. While my dad and brother continued the planned itinerary for our vacation my mom and I stayed in and recovered from whatever we had. The staff were phenomenal and the concierge even asked the chef to specially make us chicken soup.
At one point the fire alarm accidentally went off and they rushed to let us know it wasn t real and that we didn t have to evacuate the building.
They truly went above and beyond for us when they didn t have to and I will be forever grateful.
Stereotypical airport hotel. Boring, getting old. And stuck in 1999 - still charge crazy gbp13 for a bit of slow Internet access.
Hotel was nice, sleep was nice, room was perfect. Food was very sub-par and was all buffet
The staff were lovely, it is really convenient for the airport and the room was lovely. The food was a little disappointing and over priced. It was OK
This hotel is not up to the usual Sheraton standard but is comfortable, clean and rooms are nicely furnished. The hotel is just out of terminals 1,2,3 Heathrow so it is good if you have a early flight. The hotel can be reached using U3 bus from the Heathrow central bus station which is above terminal 1,2,3 tube station. The bus is free and operates up till midnight. The hotel has free internet in the lobby and also free wifi.
A ghost hotel..there is no amenity. Nothing in the room..staffs are typical...will never stay again!! Lobby is ok..but i like the hall way to go the room!!
This is a review for the staff.
My mother was slated to arrive to London from the US in the earlier part of the morning. I wanted to arrange room service to be brought up once she checked in. It was also her birthday.
I called from the states and spoke to Zoltan Kovacs, the night manager. It was past 1am over there and the room service team had left for the day. He did whatever he could to help although my request was last-minute! He even sent me the room service menu over email.
When my mother arrived not only was she able to check in a little earlier the food was delivered promptly. Food was correct and presented very nicely too! They even drew a happy birthday message out of chocolate syrup.
Great service! Going above and beyond. Thank you!
Moderate hotel that charges for wifi. Noisy clientele. Convenient to airport
I still got quite high expectations on Sheraton, but unfortunately I get disappointed almost every time.
This hotel lays close to the airport. Very close to terminal 5, but do to the roads it will take some time to get there anyhow.
People will normally only stay here for one night, and I wouldn't want to stay longer. I stayed in a room with lounge access, but frankly, why would anyone want to visit the lounge? Just a room in the restaurant with a glass door. A soda and Nespresso is pretty much it.
The room was at most ok. AC was quite loud, but worse was that the door didn't close properly. When closed completely, light and air still entered the room at the bottom of the door. On a hotel close to an airport, where people tend to come and leave all night long, this is unacceptable!
There's many 4 star hotels close to Heathrow, next time I'll definitely try some of the other ones.
So comfortable. Welcoming. Although you have to take the bus, it is convenient for the Terminal (2&3)
There was an odd choice of 70s style disco/dance music playing in the conference room in which we were having a professional meeting. It was distracting but hilarious at the same time. There were odd looks share amongst participants. The bar was a bit slow, drinks were standard, staff were helpful.
Had to change rooms twice, mini bar stuck for hours, worst buffet ever. Paid parking
Always enjoy staying here...consistent quality customer service.
Relatively old hotel with some recent renovations to improve the rooms . Hotel surrounding is not too impressive . Convenient location from the Heathrow airport . car rental company within the hotel and ample paid parking . Breakfast is good, but the temporary lounge that serve some food in evening is not good.
Come here often for meetings and can t complain, professional from initial contact to the end and rooms have been revamped and in good shape, good competitive rates considering where it s located!
Nice, spacious room and the buffet was perfect after a long day of travelling.
Decent hotel but the charges for internet are outrageous. Even when you pay the constant reauthentication is annoying
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff supports you very well. The restaurant inside has nice steaks and nice other meals. You reach the hotel by bus in less than 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Very good hotel.
Looks like the white house, Staff couldn't master a real smile between them..
Firstly the hallways smelt damp on way to room.. The first 2 minutes in the room we heard heavy pipe clanking... The walls are very thin too ( can hear everything.)
Bed is comfortable pillow's feel like stuffed with toilet roll..!!
I expected more for the name Sheraton but I should admit that I wasn't impressed and merely disappointed. Staff are fine but somewhere it is a bit chaotic, maybe because it is always busy with air crew coming in and out, which means busy, which inturn affects the service. I was here for 4 days for a training course at their conference center, the only reason to stay near Heathrow. Also swimming pool was advertised, but there was not one.
Recently remodeled. Clean and bright, plus great rates available on Priceline.
Pricy parking. You can park outside the hotel for close to nothing
So far I am experiencing great service... At the reception desk, the restaurant as well as in the bar :-) And the room is very nice
Clean and comfortable room. Good amenities. Convenient location for airport hotel. Breakfast with a nice buffer spread. Service was impeccable.
Superior customer service and outstanding dining experience
It is located very close to the terminals and car rental locations. The service is effecient and courteous. The hotel is rather old and needs upgrading. Breakfast wasn't that great, few choices with less than perfect service.
Nice hotel, clean, great food, room service, but tiny rooms. TiNY
Not the prettiest hotel but has plenty of long stay parking which is great and the room is comfy and large. Terrible aircon.
Booked this hotel as it was the best deal for the night I needed. Very easy to access, clean rooms, good service, and most importantly very fast/easy checkout (just drop your key in the box on your way out, no waiting necessary.) Would definitely stay again.
Although, this hotel is rather dated and in need of a major exterior facelift, what made our stay pleasant and memorable was the very helpful and personable front desk person we had the good fortune to encounter, Ms. Jessica Rodriguez. The five stars is entirely for her great service in taking the time to recommend nearby restaurants for dinner, and afterwards, also following up with us in knowing whether we actually liked her recommendation. She initiated a conversation to connect with the guest upon check-in and certainly delivered in extending a genuinely warm and friendly service that helped in elevating our overall experience staying at this hotel. Great job!
Takes forever to place an order for room service. In the end got the order wrong too. Incompetent staff.
I loved staying in Sheraton Heathrow hotel with nice cooperative staff and nice foods
The hotel itself is fit for purpose and good value but my car was keyed in the hotel car park. The hotel doesn t even have cctv to be able to provide to the insurer
Really good service, excellent food very comfortable and convenient for the airport. Will go back there again.
Old hotel with no ambience. However convenient for a stopover.
Rooms are small but clean with a good bath and shower. There are two Sheraton and if you can choose, take the other one.
