I walked in to buy a lamp for my DLP TV and ended up buying an RC truck for my son as well. Needless to say, I am very happy with both items. First off, the help I received as a walk in customer was impressive. I got home and replaced the lamp and my TV is working like new once again. My son loves the truck. I should of picked up two since I use it just as much as he does. I also saw a big R/C helicopter on display that I intend to go pick up soon. The product quality of the Lutema line and costumer service I received will have me going back for more toys soon.

I purchased an OEM Philips replacement bulb for my Samsung DLP TV from MI Technologies. The bulb failed within only a few months, and upon contacting MI Tech, they were able to track my order in their system and put in for a warranty replacement. However, they required me to return the broken bulb at my expense and required a tracking number for the returned bulb before sending the new one. There were some delays for the bulb to get into the USPS tracking system, and I had to contact MI Tech multiple times to prompt their tracking my return to release the replacement (they basically told me that they were too busy to check the tracking number without my calling to remind them), but MI Tech did honor their commitment to send the replacement. I requested that they expedite my shipping to compensate for the delay in tracking my return, which they did. I received the new bulb and all is working well now.

I was looking for a helicopter for my little brother on his birthday. I looked around and couldn't really find anything. I went to the Lutema website and found exactly what I was looking for. He loves his helicopter and so do I.

I almost brought a new tv before I discovered this route. These guys were knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I started shopping at MI Technologies for my tv lamps and then found out they started selling toys, tablets and speakers. I needed some speakers for graduation gifts last year and now I came back for more. I like giving them out for gifts. Great speakers and products at affordable prices.

I was shopping online and came across some products by Lutema which caught my eye. I did a little digging an turns out their parent company has an office in San Diego. After contacting the site, I was told they had some RC stuff I could demo. Needless to say the customer service rep who assisted me was very helpful and ended up picking a nice little RC Helio. I look forward to some of their future products.

I was very pleased to find someone that actually knows what the hell I needed. I'm not very electronically savvy so I called them and told them what my TV was doing and they suggested I replace the lamp. I went and picked it up(they already had it ready to go when I got there) and he even told me hot to take my TV apart to replace it!! you guys kick butt!!!!
